I'll describe them as if they were my friends in a crack high school fiction then

Jisung: the type that always has your back, a nice kid in general but also not afraid to insult a nasty with the snappiest comebacks. *snaps fingers in zig zags* Talks A LOT.

Sungwoon: the shortest in height but looks down on people the most and judges them along with Jisung to form the Gossipping Ahjumma's Youthful Society (a.k.a the GAYS). Jisung would be the President and Sungwoon the V.P.

Minhyun: the quiet one with a face that easily gets all the girls (and sometimes lunch ladies) UNTIL he starts pulling out a sponge and/or mop out of nowhere to scrub and dispose of any dirt that comes in 10 m radius around him. This dirt usually comess in the form of Kim Jaehwan. Has a stalker named Seonho.

Seongwoo: this one is honestly so random. If he isn't the main character you'd still think he's the main character because he pops out (cues p101's 'Never') /everytime everywhere/ doing questionable things. Daniel is always there to laugh at him. Not with him. At him.

Jaehwan: NOISY AF. Laughs like a psychopath only it doesn't seem to stop and gets higher by time. Likes skinship A LOT and Minhyun is his favorite victim. Also likes to be lazy but is actually the human embodiment of an excited doggy.

Daniel: 40% y thighs. 30% Soft and happy giggles. 20% being the actual center of the group. 10% Satoori outburts. But actually just 100% Sungwoo trash.

Jihoon: the kind of guy who winks and smiles at everything that breathes. Beware unless you want your hearts captured; JEOJANG!! Wants to be your oppa but is too pretty for all the girls at school tbh. Guanlin's personal unpaid Korean language tutor. Pink sausage number 2.

Woojin: not apart of the club but is still heavily influenced by the GAYS' hyungs. Only, instead of judging other people he judges the two eldest most. Can't wait to get out of class to go somewhere and just shake that brass. Satoori talks with Daniel. Pink sausage Number 1.

Jinyoung: Deep. Quiet. Smol face... fisherman's hat. Orz I dont have much for this one. Sorry.

Daehwi: the actual baby of the group. 24/7 cute, adorable, squishable little child. Easily friends with all the girls in school and every teacher's favorite. Ever watched phineas and ferb? Daehwi would be Jeremy's little sister, Suzie and Jaehwan is Candace. Secretly a candidate for new GAYS recruits.

Guanlin: that handsome foreign exchange student who wants to be swaggy and cool. Doesn't talk much but is actually savage af. Has a pet chick that looks just like Minhyun's stalker. Also the youngest basketball captain to ever walk the hallways.

Jisung: Absolute meme and dork, but he's still such a loving and kind person ♥ I know he has qualms about being leader but I have complete and utter confidence in him to do well especially with the support of the others. He doesn't even mind being called the mother of the group because he's such a sweet person that wants to help. ALSO HIS VOICE IS TOO GOOD TO NOT GET LINES AFJALKFS
Sungwoon: Talented. If Jisung in the mother, then he's the aunt (in words of wanna one lolol) and honestly, even he's a complete dork that loses his temper way too fast xD I love his voice tho like wow
Minhyun: EMPEROR. This boy is freaking tall af. If Jisung is the mother and Sungwoon is the aunt, he's the father that stays at home and cleans. Istg he's such a clean freak and would be absolutely content with his life if he had to spend it cleaning. His temper is just about as bad as Sungwoon, but only around Jaehwan lmfao. He pretends to be strong but he's such a softie and ;-; he really loves s (nu'est and wanna one) so much that he'll put them first.
Seongwoo: He has big, flappy mouth (literally, he said that himself). Walking extraness of the group. HIS JAWLINE THO????? I live for his smart casual outfits tho like askldfjsdlkfj. ALSO SLATE KING LOL. He's honestly such a sweetheart that breaks hearts without meaning to xD EVERYTIME EVERYWHERE
Jaehwan: PSYCHO. NEED I SAY MORE? Ok, even tho he's a complete psycho, I still love him haha but I think I would be like Minhyun with Jaehwan considering how much I wanted to push Jaehwan off a cliff during Wanna One Go rip xD He seems clueless, but I really think he's just evil. But besides all of that, his voice ;-; his high note from never still gives me goosebumps
Daniel: Resident y boy that is also absolutely terrified of bugs and ghosts. He's also very strange....he laughs at everything and anything and absolutely nothing.
Jihoon: Pretty boy. Aegyo boy. Wink boy. Popping boy. Rapping boy. NAE MAEUM SOGE JEOJANG.
Woojin: SPARROW. DEEP VOICE RAPPING, DANCING SPARROW WHO I CAN'T BELIEVE IS YOUNGER THAN ME ASLFJSD. His rapping skills tho
Jinyoung: His face is way too small to be real dude. Like how even. I'm so proud of the fact that he went from no confidence to holy--stop-that-stare-on-stage confidence ;-; His talent is so prominent now and I'm so happy
Daehwi: He still has some feminine qualities but that makes him that much more sweeter and more adorable and holy crap he's a baby. His voice, producing and song writing is amazing and I can't believe he's already so accomplished T.T his english man dkajfsdlj i love ALSO HIS WAACKING SKILLS. I LOVE.
Guanlin: Second half of the chick pair :') His Korean is adorably broken and I admire his effort to work so hard in everything he does <3 His basketball skills are also extremely really good like woah if boy didn't do performing he could've been a professional player.

jisung : loud and funny, gossip, kinda sensitive when we talk abt his age haha, a caring leader, a loving hyung, another p101 icon, memed his way to the #3 spot, and then he showed the world how talented he was and ended up in the final lineup
jinyoung : small face, another visual, winkdeep, super shy at first, ended up being the center for the last performance, had a nice progression throughout the show, shortie

Jisung: Loud and super fun Hyung. He talks too much his jaw always hurt. He can be mood booster at times, vitamin! (Mom of the group)
Sungwoon: The smoll member of all, he claims he has smth "big" in him which vague LOL. He sings really well! He brings lots of unnecessary things with him starting toaster to deodorant for shoes. Imo (aunt) of the group.
Minhyun: Minhyun is clean, he loves cleanliness, He looks very mature and tall.
Seongwoo: Walking meme, the gag, visual of the team. Very extraaaaa
Jaehwan: Bluffer, Dirty, lazybum. extra ordinary laugh. like a child sometimes.
Daniel: y cutie, afraid of bugs, he laughs at everything, he talks a lot to himself (saying his mind out loud)
Jihoon: fake maknae, have lots of aegyo. His existance itself alr a living cutiepie
Woojin: snaggletooth fairy, always teased for his seoul-busan accent. silly.

Guanlin: Basket ball captain back in taiwan, he is 183cm and will still growing brooohh, he looks maturee and y and that's crazy and illegal for soon to be 17th old boy. He looks like his age in rare occasion. He is jihoon fan, he admires jihoon ever since he saw his dance in ep 1 PD101. His Korean has been improved, he especially sounds like Korean when talking about food. High fashion sense. He isn't the typical quiet guy, he is staying still bcos struggling with Korean. He is hungry most of the time.

Jisung: A mom. Cares about the members a lot to the point he nags about everything. Very talkative. Gets sorethroat a lot because of it. Meme King.
Sungwoon: The talkative one after Jisung and before Jaehwan. These 3 are literal crowd.
Minhyun: Literal prince. Literal angel. Soft and caring. Takes care of the others a lot. Jaehwan's arch-enemy. Hygiene king.
Seongwoo: Rising variety king. He doesn't look funny but everything he does is appropriately funny. Kind of likes to show off to look cool (not as bad as Jaehwan though). Looks like the type to look for discounts anywhere, idk why.
Jaehwan: Bluff King. Think he's mature and calm because he sings esp. ballad so well? Well, think again. Lethargic all the time. The type to lovingly bully a friend or make a bet to make a friend become his slave for N weeks/months. Also dirty king. Also fart king.
Daniel: 부산 사나이. Talks to himself a lot, even when no one's watching. Knows how to melt noonas with his gaze. Ultimate boyfriend material.
Jihoon: Fake maknae. The cute one everyone always dotes on. Pranks a lot but no one can get mad at him because he's that cute.
Woojin: Seoul person (that's a lie). 부산 사나이(2). Blanks a lot. Constantly 'what?'s. The slowest. If his friends are planes, he's a tricycle.
Jinyoung: Quiet. Secretly cute but when he aegyos the hyungs cringe. Doesn't talk much. Pretty and has a face as small as a girl's fist.
Daehwi: Sassy. I imagine him Z-snaps a lot. 'Oh my god's a lot too. Not stereotypically pretty but he's pretty like seriously there's something about his face that makes him look kind of feminine and pretty. Seal laugh + seal claps. Mouth as wide as the ocean.
Guanlin: Struggles at Korean but tries hard. Raps perfectly in Korean, which is weird but it happens. Basketball genius. Looks older than his actual age (height is one of the important factors).

ooh, Jaehwan. He is a lazybum. He hates cleaning. and All he ever wanna do is just lay down in bed. and and He really really loves to sing. You know how they say "noise pollution" because he sings whenever he wants and loudly too. (Guanlin calls him the always hardworking Jaehwan hyung for always practicing). In one word, Jaehwan is a dirty member. LOL. okay I sound like a stalker.

Minhyun: A TOTAL OPPOSITE OF JAEHWAN. hahahahahahahha

Daniel: He himself said that among MMO trainees, he's the most talkative. He talks a lot, and talk nonsense. He likes talking to himself too. and and He laughs so easily that even if Jihoon made a slight weird sound, he would laugh so hard. and still laugh at the same joke for days.

Woojin: The VJ wanna-be. LOL. Always speaks in Satoori but believes he speaks in Seoul Accent.

Jisung: Despite his funny character, he is a really caring guy. Like he takes care of the members a lot. Wakes them up in the morning and all. Basically eomma~ A caring eomma.

Daniel: Looks bomb off stage like a y wolf, in reality is such a cute SQUISHY PUPPY that's afraid of everything and always laugh at everything :")

Sungwoon: The one who loves to talking sooooooooooooo freaking much that made people wonder how can he has so many things to talk about. He is a caring member. sometimes has cute side too. (well I think for me he is cute). And idk, they call him Imo (aunt) of the group.

Daniel: nice, caring, and really chill! Also super hot af
Jihoon: quiet with his words but has so much aegyo it makes everyone cringe sometimes. But he's so cute everyone forgives him.
Woojin: kind of shy and awkward around others at first, but once he opens up you realize he's a very awesome person. Super quiet but very laid back and chill!
Jinyoung: he's super friendly! It's hard for him to get mad really.
Daehwi: a child, but a very cute child who's super talented. A lot people baby him cause he's one of the youngest.
Guanlin: LOL he's really hot but he's like?? Looks Very clueless about everything since he's a foreigner but he smiles and laughs a lot and everyone loves babying him.

I was obsessed with produce 101 and I'm still keeping up with them now as wanna one, so yeah haha! That's the personality I see from them, but it could differ from other people's point of view.
