i'm so sad right now and i just cried my eyes out, i just wanna ask what you guys usually do to get rid of your sadness?

I have a problem right now and I just bawled my eyes out cuz there's nothing I can do right now. So guys I need your help guys. Please tell me what to do to get rid of this sadness temporarily. What do you guys usually do when you're sad? Eating ice cream? Thanks alot! Ps/ I'm still in the middle of writing the next chapter of my story.

I usually cry and play a good song then when I fell not crying I just go out somewhere eat something sweet, sit on a bench and watch ppl around me. I don't know why but I like to just watch ppl doing something, then call my best friend
or I just open YouTube and lay in my bed, entertain myself then sleep
speak to trusted ppl will help me to feel better, or just go out with them without saying your problem

I cry my eyes off. If I want to stop being sad I listen uplifting songs (I have 564 best k-pop songs on two play lists so it's good so long I don't get sad songs and for some reasons I always get HARU HARU when I try not to be sad), especially IOI songs good. And then eating while watching TV, I usually watch a movie (musical), series I follow or LOVE IT OR LIST IT VANCOUVER. One hour happiness. And to me also long shower helps as well as online shopping (no need to buy a thing). Running and long walks are also good, but I always end up in the middle of a forest and then I cry because I am so scared. I don't bike when I am sad because I cause many accidents also when I am happy.

But I think it depends on the reason why you're sad. If you're sad because you gained weight then eating ice cream or cookies makes it only worse.

It depends on your personality I guess . For me I'm kinda a masochist . When I'm sad i'l listen to sad songs to be more sad and drown into the emotion then i'l be fine after some time. I will even walk in the rain , run till I'm out of breath , sleep and just mainly be alone.. On the healthier or more positive way , I would suggest you to watch comedies to like up your mood , watch animals or cute babies , eat some comfort food , take a warm bath , meditate , go for a walk at the park .. I hope that things get better for you. Cheer up stay strong
