Why commenting and up-voting it's important?

Because it's the only way you can show authors appreciation for their hard work. Writing consumes A LOT of time. Time in which the authors could perfectly be doing something else with their lives. We don't get paid and I'm not looking for a job or a publisher. In my case, I write because I like it. But I know my mid and long-term goals and writing full time, it's not something I'm looking for.

I write because it helps me to unwind and I get some joy out of it. But that's all.

So,

Commenting and up-voting are VERY easy people! Commenting will take you less than two minutes of your day and up-voting will take just a second.

Commenting:

If you think you are too shy to leave a comment, I will only say this: No one knows who you are. No one will never know who you are.

If you don't have a "good" English. Were you able to understand the story right? Then you should be able to write a short comment! :)

If you don't know what to write a comment. It's easy! What did you like about the chapter? What did you hate about the chapter? Do you have constructive feedback for the author? What do you want to happen in this story in the future?

If you don't have the time to leave a comment. Let's be honest, you just spent 15 or 30 minutes reading a chapter. Commenting will not take you more than 2 minutes.

Up-voting:

If you need to verify your e-mail to be able to up-vote and you think this is annoying. Remember how many long hours the author has spent writing these stories.

If you believe only stories that have blown your mind deserves an up-vote. Well, I don't know what to say. I don't think it's fair for you to read a whole story and judge that it doesn't deserve an up-vote. If you stayed all this time, it's because it brought you joy or has made you feel so many different emotions. Let's not be snobs and let's encourage authors into keep writing! 

If you will up-vote once the story ends. That's ok. But don't forget up-vote once a story is finished! This is a way of saying, "Dear author, I appreciate your hard work and read your story! Thank you!"

Having said this,

After sharing a pair of comments with another user on this site, I realized that my constant nagging about feeling discouraged is getting frustrating to some of you. So, I want to apologize to everyone who feels frustrated by my behavior.

First of all, sorry for trying to get into a healthy discussion with the subbers of these stories. I don't lie when I say that I would probably be dying to get home and write if people would leave in-depth comments about the stories. I want to read what do you like about the story. What do you hate. What would you change. What are your plot theories. I really try to answer to these comments whenever I can, and if you ever have a question or if you are feeling confused about something, I'm more than happy to reply to those questions. I don't want comments praising me. That's not what I'm looking for, in fact, I feel a little bit of a burden when I read those type of comments. :(

Second, sorry for asking for help to make these stories more popular by asking for up-votes. I don't think any author that writes in this site would say: "Oh! I just write for myself and don't care about the upvotes." If any author has said this before, they are LYING! Why would you expose yourself this much and publish these stories if you don't want comments and up-votes? 

Therefore,

I will return to my mute behavior. I will not ask for comments anymore, I will not ask for up-votes anymore. It's humiliating to ask for comments and upvotes and get ignored by +700 people. So for my sake and for the sake of the current readers, I will stop this. 

I will finish my current stories for those loyal subscribers that always leave comments and up-votes. Thanks for the support! ^^.

But please be PATIENT!

I will write when I'm totally in the mood and want to update. I won't stress myself to write daily and update a story daily. I will live my life outside of here since lately, I've been very focused in this world. So this means that I will at least update these stories weekly, but won't promise multiple chapters within a week. If this bothers you, please feel free to unsubscribe and look for these stories once they are finished. (If you still remember haha!) Or if you just hate me after reading this, please block me and stop reading the bull I write! Haha! ;)

I wrote this blog because:

1. I'm tired of asking for interactions and up-votes. I'm VERY shy, so I had to get a lot of courage to leave an author's note and ask for this.

2. I don't want to burden you with my struggle to keep motivated inside this site. I don't know how other authors do it. I just have a year doing this and it's so hard! :S

3. If I ever stop posting new stories on this website, you now know the reason I left. I will probably continue writing but for my own amusement! ^^
