► Her face, laugh, smile, height; everything is cute as can be. As Mariposa' average height member, she knows how to user her height to her advantage. Her face reminds us of a bunny, in a completely nice way. We dare you to tell us it isn't an accurate description of her. Sunny is just kind, and her loveable personality makes her all the more squisable and huggable.

► We often see Sunny being all glammed-up and girly and elegant on stage, on the red carpet and other events/activities, but airport photos show us a different side of Sunny wearing more laid-back, comfortable clothes. According to Mariposa, Sunny is the member who spend the least amount of effort when it comes to fashion. She’s so cool, right?.

► Sunny has firstly proven herself to be a variety queen. Sunny just seems to be good at anything, and we do mean anything. She’s hilarious on “Infinity Challenge” and has numerously proven herself to be daring, whether it’s her catching chickens, rolling around in mud, revealing her real height or baring her face for all. Her honest nature makes us absolutely love her, and we adore that she has an “I don’t care” outlook on what others think of her. When people bashed Sunny, the girl didn’t care, and kept doing the same gushy-mushy act on shows. Normally, we can’t stand aegyo, but Sunny' is just so purposely exaggerated it’s hilarious. Granted, though we love the more “boy-ish” charm she’s been exhibiting lately, we’ve never had anything wrong with Sunny' great personality.

She does seem like she doesn’t like being on camera, but it just might be her personality. I do think she needs to be taught what is appropriate and maybe be taught how to control her facial expressions. Even if she doesn’t like what someone says, she should still be able to control her facial expressions, and maybe try to make a joke out of it so she doesn’t seem like the bad person. But Sunny has antoher personality on the inside of her, for instance getting scared of loud noises whille perofming on stage singing the end of the song can be difficult for her because then fireworks would go off and bang her body twitches and her hearts pumps really fast. The next personality is shy, she can be shy on variety shows such as "Running Man" or in an interview alone but members of Indefinity would cheer her on or cheer her up so that she would be more comfortable with them beside them. The final personality is childish, she can be a bit annoying somethimes but also on stage she can be very annoying she would laugh at other people's mistakes or just play around with props.

► Sunny was born on September 14, 2001, in Seoul, South Korea. Her family consists of her two siblings Roy Kim, Kim Hyesoo his father Kim Hongtaek and mother. While Sunny was still an infant, her and her sibling moved to Seoul. As a result, Sunny grew up being scared of loud noises. Once she grew up at the age of 13 Sunny tried to go to different entertainments such as S.M. Entertainment, she left S.M. due to her health issues and missing her mother alot. After a few years at the age of 14 she saw some posters in S.M. Entertainment saying "Auditions" so this was her chance to be in an entertainment since she was 15 she can now join an actual anertainment an live her life as an idol. She got approached by S.M. Entertainment at the age of 12 via contacted by email. She agreed to this because it was her life to become an idol plus it was one of the most top 3 companies around korea, Roy' heart wasn't broken at all once he heard the news from Suyoung they both promised each other at their breaks (lunch).

As Sunny made it clear she wanted to start acting, Sunny would go with her brother Roy Kim once in a while to see how she was doing. During one of those trips, the producers asked her sister if Sunny would be an extra since a few of the children in the scene weren't going to make it. That was her first taste of being on a sort of stage which she can only remember now if her family points it out in the scene of the movie she was in. She started visiting her older sister, more on sets and realized how happy he would be when he'd be filming or just running lines with other actors. Seeing she is happy while acting made her want to persue something as well to make her happy. Her brother Roy Kim signed her up for singing lessons as a start to see if she would enjoy it. That one  moment changed her life forever as she realized during her 1st year at dance classes, she loved singing and dancing. She continued to sing when she was in school and got into k-pop through a music video. One day, she and her friends decided to take part of a k-pop dance cover competition. After performing in front of an audience alongside her friends, Sunny realized that she wanted to become an idol one day like Taeyeon, IU and Ailee because she immediately fell in love with the feeling of being on stage.

► Father | Kim Hongtaek | 43 | CEO | They're not that close and it isn't hard to see why- they haven't spent a lot of time together due to his work, and they're actually quite awkward with each other. Despite Kim Hongtaek being a good person overall, he just wasn't there most of the time and cared more about his acting than his family.

► Mother | Kim Sanghui | 41 | artist | Her mother was not really strict, caring, hard working, intelligent, and smart. She loves her children very much and always wants the best for Suyoung. She used helps Sunny' future, seeing what she wants to be when she gets older. She knows that Sunny can take care of herself, but she worries that Sunny might not get into the girl group. Sunny and her mother used to get along though, she prays for her mother at nighttimes.

► Older Brother | Kim Sangwoo | singer | They both get along really well during everyday but her brother can annoy her sometimes whenever she's writing lyrics in her bedroom he asks alot of questions due to her being famous in Korea now that their group have debuted in the music industry..

► Older Sister | Kim Hyesoo | 19 | school girl | Just like the Siblings typical relationship, they're always yelling at each other, getting jealous over some things. Despite all of that, they supports each other on whatever they do. Their sibling bond was unbreakable even though they are miles apart.

► Cosuin | Jung Yoonhye | 27 | actress, singer | These two cousins get along really well, never stop talking to each other even though they both had different jobs but they comefrom the same entertainment. Her cousin is sometimes rude to her but she can be nice when they both are acting together, her sister is elegant and also is a model for a cover magazine.
