Baking with author and updates

So guys, it's not 2 days left for my birthday~ there's good news and there will be updates about what my doctor said, for those who haven't read my last blog called "birthday~" go check that out and then come back to read the other one I'll publish later today. There lays the "main reason" why I haven't published on smft lately.

BUT ANYWAY back to the happy things. For like a year now I have been asking for Belgian waffles and yesterday we found our waffle iron~ so I searched up resepices and found a great one and I'll honestly share it with you guys ~ it is written in another language than English so I'll have to translate it and it is used like "kg" and those so I'll do my best to translate it over to "cups" and those English baking it's used. Forgive me for bad translation, I swear I am doing my best. Lol I have to use the internet to convert "kg" into "cups" haha

NOTICE: THIS IS NOT MY RESICPICE! I JUST FOUND IT ON THE INTERNET AND WROTE IT DOWN! IT IS NOT MINE! ALL CREDITS TO THE ONE WHO MADE IT.

Also since it is in Norwegian to English, I hope it will make sense when I convert it. But I'll write what it is in kilogram and those too

So you need:

A mixmaster (since it takes less time)

One big baking bowl ( you heard right : a BIG baking bowl)

A medium sized baking bowl (or half big)

A Belgian waffles iron (of cuz)

A teaspoon

4 eggs

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup sugar (100g)

3 teaspoon vanilla flavoured sugar (common ingridiens to basically use in almost every baking product in Norway)

3 teaspoon baking powder (also common ingridiens)

2/3 cup (150g) melted butter

2/9 cup (7 dl) milk

4 cups flour (500 g)

So:

Step 1:

Seperate the egg yoik (the yellow part of the egg) and the egg white in two separated bowls. Make sure the egg yoik (again, the yellow part of the egg) doesn't break because it wouldn't give the same effect then.

Tips: a tips my mother gave me is that if you're struggling with separating: just break the shell (?) of the egg and hold the egg in your hand. Move the egg from your hand to your other hand and hold it over the medium sized bowled since the egg white will now fall down from your hands as you move from side to side. I know this might be disguating but you juat gotta do it if you want them seperated.

When the egg white it gone, put the egg yoik in the big bowl. Do this on all four eggs.

2: put the salt, baking powder and the vanilla flavoured sugar in the big bowl where the EGG YOIKS is and mix the ingrediens.

3: melt the butter (no matter what temperature it is, just melt it) it is completely melted and add it in the big bowl

4: add the flour and milk in the big bowl and again, mix all the ingrediens.

5: now put the big bowl aside and get your egg white OPS OPS DON'T ADD THE EGG WHITE YET

6: mix the eggwhite till in the own bowl in till it's COMPLETELY still. When you can turn the bowl upside down and defend gravity without the eggwhite falling down (like Jungkook when they made food lol I laughed so hard) it is done

7: now you can finally add the egg white in the big bowl and slowly mix it with a whisp NOT A MIXMASTER OR A MIXER

8: now it's done~ put the mix in the iron (preheat it on low heat) and cook the waffles till they are golden.

Attention: these waffles doesn't need to be in the iron for that long so it only takes like 10 minutes to warm them

Enjoy~

Again: I apologize if it doesn't make that sense with the kilo and those
