But one student overheard her call, and understood it all. Second year Chinese student, Jin Longguo. He reached out to her, but Luli was hestitant at first, untill he introduced himself in Mandarin. They had some things, including their shyness, in common, and those small things build a bridge between them, and since then, Luli had been sticking with that boy. When he left to study at Ongsung high, Luli had made a few other friends, but she missed her best friend greatly, so she absolutely wanted to go study at Ongsung later on too. Now it's finally time to reunite with her sunshine, Jin Longguo, but he's the only one she knows at the new and scary place. How will she react this time?

SCHOOL LIFE Little Luli has variating grades. She generally gets B's or C's, but will always get a straight A in music, while she gets D's and sometimes even F's in English, because she really struggles with the subject. It's not that she doesn't put any effort into it, no, she actually puts a lot of effort into them, but she just can't do better than that without any tutoring, gladly she found a tutor for English now, and that will probably make her grades increase. Her favourite subject is Music, obviously, and her least favourite is Economy. She is mostly clinging to Longguo, but is slowly opening up to some other people who take care of her too. People actually think she and Longguo are dating because she's either holding his hand or gripping on his uniform. She always dreamt of playing baseball, because her older brothers both were in the Ongsung baseball team, so the first club she joined is the baseball club, even though she almost didn't join it because Sunghyuk was joining too. Her second club is the choir. She is afraid of performing in front of other people because of what happened in elementary school, but after a choir member Woodam heard her sing with her earbuds in when she was walking home on what she thought was an empty street, he literally dragged her along and forced her to join the choir. She's really glad she joined though, and it's giving her courage, and the choir members are like super friendly towards her and lets her open up to them at her own pace, unlike a certain member from the baseball club.

WEEKDAYS!
7:00 am Her alarm clock goes off at this hour, but Luli stays in bed for at least 10 more minutes, trying her best to wake up, which is like the hardest task in the world.
7:10-7:20 am This is around the time she arrives at the breakfast table. She's still not awake, so she mostly eats in slow motion, her breakfast literally takes ages.
7:50 am Finally her breakfast is done, and she realises she has to start hurrying. Luli quickly gets dressed, brushes her teeth and does her hair. After that she prepares her backpack, an old-school brown leather one that elementary school kids would laugh at, but she is in love with it.
8:10 am Time to leave for school! She goes to school by foot, and since the school is very close, it only takes 10 minutes. She often buys a snack for breaks on the way and might lose some time by assisting elderly people.
8:20-8:30 am Luli usually arrives around this time, right on time for school to start, but it might happen that she's too late and then she'll come sprinting like she Usain.
3:20 pm As she tries to shake off a clingy Seo Sunghyuk, she heads to her club activity for the day, she probably won't encounter any friends because most of them are second years and still in class. On Monday, Wednesday and Thursday she has baseball practice, sadly, with Seo Sunghyuk. But on Tuesday and Friday she has choir practice.
6:00 pm This is the time when her private academy on Tuesdays and Wednesdays start. She's in the class with Joo Haknyeon, Lai Guanlin, Jeon Dami and -sadly- Seo Sunghyuk. After that, Haknyeon walks her home, she didn't ask for it, but he just wants to make sure she's safe. It started out by Haknyeon just walking next to her silently, letting her be her shy self, but after a few days she was already rambling to him about how annoying Sunghyuk is. On Monday she has private tutoring in English from Jiyeon, and on the free days she'll probably hang out with Longguo or some other friends she makes later on.
7:20 pm After Longguo or Haknyeon have walked her home, Luli has dinner with her brothers and they chat about their day, and her brothers will probably bully her about the boys that are close to her and all and the chance is high that they will bicker. Her youngest brother does know several of her second-year friends, because he graduated from Ongsung last year. After dinner, Luli will do her homework. On Thursdays she has bassoon practice. Sometimes other students see her dragging that huge instrument case along and especially Lai Guanlin loves to about it. After her homework and bassoon practice is over, she'll probably play some games with her brothers or get into the bubble bath to relax from her stressful day. She also might invite some friends over to enjoy the bubble bath with her, but not of course.

When Luli found out there was a transfer student from Taiwan coming, she got excited, because yay, more people that shared the same roots with her. Untill she actually met this guy. They are friends and really care for each other, but the problem is, Guanlin makes it his life goal to tease and bully her. He will always find something that he can bully Luli with. It's too much for her poor heart. Longguo actually doesn't trust this guy, but despite constantly being teased by him, Luli absolutely loves to have him around. Guanlin also randomly drops by at Luli's penthouse like it's his own home and often joins her to do homework together.
- #1 fan | Park Woodam | second year, fellow choir member | the only person except for Longguo and the rest of the choir that has actually heard Luli's mesmerising vocals. He was the one who accidentally heard her sing, and literally dragged her into the choir, she had to be a member, she was just so good. Luli was afraid at first, but is actually very thankful of Woodam now and they have grown closer quite quickly. Woodam is now her #1 fanboy and tries to encourage Luli to sing more for other people.

LOVE STORY On the first moments, everything was fine, and Luli wished it stayed that way. On the first day, around lunch time, Sunghyuk approached the shy girl, not realising that it scared her. He was so bright and bubbly and cheerful, introducing himself and immediately asking for a handshake. Luli was so overwhelmed, she dashed away at the speed of light to hide behind Longguo, who sighed, patting her head. Since then, Sunghyuk was so desperate to meet the cute girl from his class that was totally his type, but Luli was only getting more afraid and tried to avoid him at all costs, but that wasn't what life had in mind for her. Luli really wanted to join the baseball club, but when she saw who else was joining, she just wanted to leave immediately. Seo Sunghyuk. She literally fell on her knees when she saw him. And then, on the first day of private academy, guess who was in her class? Seo Sunghyuk. Out of all people, Seo. Sung. Hyuk. And Lai Guanlin on top of that. Luckily there was Haknyeon keeping Luli company, just silently, but looking after her. He at least knows how to give her space to open up. When Haknyeon walked her home, Sunghyuk was burning with jealousy, just what did he do wrong? Advice from other people didn't work at all, and it kept going downhill. Untill Sunghyuk, the naive young boy that just found his first love, confessed his feelings for Luli, on the wrong moment, only after two weeks. Luli's only word was 'sorry', a silent and soft sorry, before running away.
Sunghyuk was rejected. Sunghyuk was down. The next two weeks, Sunghyuk had changed from a blooming flower, to a withered one. He was down all the time, and didn't talk to anybody. Luli noticed, and not only did she feel guilty, she also felt like something was missing. She missed having him around. After like a week of doubting if she should talk to him or not, Luli left a letter on his desk, saying that she was too shy, and was willing to give him a new chance and start again, and maybe love will grow?
