  "Why aren't they coming?" Woojoo slid down from the common room's couch, now leaning his back on it. He's finished his plans for the day and was now waiting for the rest of the members to come back for the meeting. He'd usually hang out with Heejun before the meeting to fill time, but his bestfriend had a part-time job interview. Now, here he is, arriving early—even before the president. Woojoo folded his feet together to his chest, humming, watching the tv only to have fallen into a short nap. He woke up from his uncomfortable position. He sighed as he looked at the clock. "I should call them."

  He opened their group chat and started a video call. "You guuuuys," he whined as the members joined one by one. "Why aren't you guys here yet? No one's here. It's boring." As the members each state their reasons—caught up in group study, just finished classes, on their way from their jobs or waiting for the elevator—Woojoo nodded. "Jaehoonie, Woonie, you guys, too. Hurry and come back." He waved as they ended the call. At the sound of an opened door, he grinned when the frozen lawyer appeared. "Welcome baack! Hah, I beat you to the dorm first!"

 NICKNAMES.  

▸ Woojoonim — He got this nickname ever since the members witnessed him tackling down the frozen lawyer for the first time during their early gatherings. They rejoiced at the fact that the president actually listened to him and the rebellious rocker immediately hugged him saying,"Woojoonim!" Despite the respectful use of -nim, its often used when Jaehoon mocks him. Other members will include it as a reply to Woojoo's request: "Yes, yes, Woojoonim."—and other replies along that line.

▸ Hamster/Hamutaro — He's squishy, smol and active. What other animal would they compare him to but a hamster? The iron man gave him the hamster nickname at first because of how he resemble it. The loud designer then joined in dubbing him as hamutaro, a japanese anime with hamster as its characters. The nickname is often shortened to hamu or taro.

▸ Crybaby — As a child, woojoo often cried. Whether he's happy, mad or just sad, tears will just pool in his eyes. Normally, he'd run to his sister, Haein, and cry. Thus, Haein calls him crybaby. Although, he'd cry less after stepping into high school, he'll still cry when the emotions are just too hard to contain.

 LANGUAGE SPOKEN.  

▸ Korean — fluent; mother tongue. Woojoo lived in Busan his whole life thus, he speaks with a dialect. Although he and his sister had adjusted to the city dialect, Woojoo still has a trace of his dialect when speaking. 

▸ English — Woojoo only started out learning the language as he entered university to keep up with some of his classes, thus he's learning by observing the other members and taking online classes. This was all he got when he started which earns a handful of teasing from Jaehoon. But he's improved a lot now.

▸ Chinese — intermediate; his dad is half chinese thus, he has relatives from China. He's learnt it since he was young to communicate with them as sometimes they'd visit korea or Woojoo and the fam goes to them.

 APPEARANCE.   

    ▸ Woojoo is the epitome of cuteness amongst the boys in his course. He stands at 172 cm and weighs 58 kg, probably the shortest of the princes if not one of the shortest. Woojoo's hair's naturally as dark as the night sky which frames his egg-shaped face. His lips are proportional and always gives out his signature boyish smile that sends his small eyes to a straight line. His cheeks, although not categorized as chubby due to his slighlty elongated face, is still damn soft and pinch-able—often a victim to the iron man's and loud designer's hands. His manly charm is his killer jawline.


 FASHION STYLE.   

      Woojoo's closet consist of mainly casual t-shirts and pants. The t-shirt and short pants pair often made him look like a high schooler surveying a future university. There are times where he'd layer his t-shirt with a button up shirt acting like a jacket. On colder days, he'd throw a sweater, a shirt jacket or jumper over his t-shirt or turtle necks, paired with dark denim jeans. The sweaters he wears often a bit bigger than his size, giving him sweater paws. Like Haewoon, he prefers comfortable clothes he can move around freely with since he's always wandering around here and there. His colour pallete consist of brighter hue and ranges from blues to reds. His everyday style exudes a boyish feel but once he dresses up and uses darker colours, you'd realize he's as manly as the rest of his manly members. ( this is in english which can be translated into: 'would you like some banana milk?' and yes, supposedly a  pun on his name ehem cr. to wjsn woojoo like )


 ELABORATION.   
 

  woojoo is that one child you can't get enough of. he's a necessary human being you have to meet once in your life. he radiates posivity and natural cute charms that makes people around him doubt his age. with his friendly and happy-go-lucky nature, people can easily feel comfortable around him. with those approachable vibe, it wasn't difficult for woojoo to have a large circle of connections--he most probably has one connection in each course. woojoo's need for an adventure that quenches his curiousity causes him to seek out experiences and possibilities. he'd drag the uni-princes or his friends for a hike, a street-food tour, a party, a sudden 2 days 1 night trip to the beach or just a walk in the park at night. he's always excited aboout the findings in his adventure and shares them with others that are willing to listen. he's one to take chances, a trait that's in one package as being adventurous. he's not afraid of failure because he says it's nature's way of saying try harder.

  woojoo's also not afraid to say what he thinks and feels. he can say his feelings to a girl he likes out right or even to a shady underground rapper he met once. but then, woojoo likes most of the people he met with their strengths and flaws. he's definitely not afraid to hug the frozen lawyer--even if he'd get hit at the end. he's one warm cinnamon roll that's always concerned for other's well-being. he's quick to see and feel change in other's expressions and actions that he'd pause to cheer you up before asking what's wrong. woojoo's always ready to listen, give you a warm hug and try to find solutions. even to other living things, he'd take a little of his time to pay attention to it. he'd stop by a pet store to give food to stray animals--then he'd come to class late. 

  woojoo is used to deal with spontaneity that things becomes unorganized if he plans things. he doesn't have the skills in administrations (you can bet it took him a while to register himself to the uni), keeping things in a good condition and note taking. that's probably why woojoo respects the frozen lawyer so much since he's able to follow rules and a lenient, organized man. and it's probably worse because woojoo's always easily distracted which also caused him to forget his stuff at times. like the stray animal case above or even simple things like texting back. he'll think he's sent a reply but actually didn't. "oh? i swear i texted back!"

  when it comes to problem regarding himself, woojoo's an expert at avoiding it. he tends to get deeply involved into other's life, giving them his support and his time, all the while forgetting to take care of himself. he'd turn his back on it for a while until someone or something forces him to come face to face with it. while being emotional has its positive perks, being able to empathize etc, woojoo can have emotional outburst once a while when under stress, strong criticism or conflicts. he'd explode in anger if his closest gets hurt, or simply cry. and being someone who relies most on intuition and emotion, woojoo tend to act without thinking logically. his impulsive nature has caught him into a few troubles and hurting himself in the process. its an even more dangerous trait as he's known to not have many fears.

   BACKGROUND.   
 

  Born at dawn of 10th of October, the Busan born boy lost his parents at the age of 5 in a car crash. It took place in Seoul when the family was on their way back from a friend's wedding. His parents died on spot. Woojoo himself was lucky they pulled him out of the debris just in time. Having little recollection of it, he was adopted by his father's long-time bestfriend after consulting with the grandparents. His new parents genuinely loves him as much as their own child. Although it was hard for their daughter, Baek Haein, to accept woojoo into the family, as time passes, Haein began to take care of Woojoo. Of course, there were objections from a few members of the Baek's outer family. Cousins of Haein would bully Woojoo as he got older but his adopted older sister has his back, thus Woojoo was never scared by their bullying. 

  The Baek family has been known to be a band of wanderlust. They'd spend weekends on the road with their camping van. And on holidays, they'd search korea for hidden nature gems and travel out of korea--mostly china. Woojoo would also go with his dad to observe animals in the wild. These trips caused Woojoo to fall in love with nature. Contrary to most teenagers, Woojoo spent his time helping his mother in the vet clinic or going to the park with a dslr camera in his hands. He hated being cooped up for a long time in the house.

  Though the Baek raised him like their own, Woojoo can't help but wonder why his cousins didn't really like him as he gets older. At 17, he detached from his family members after they reluctantly revealed he was adopted after overhearing his dad will be going to the scene of accident for his birth parents' death anniversary. The truth had knocked the sense out of him and he spent a week and a few days sleeping at his friends' house. It was hard to take in, and he hated being a jerk by ignoring his parents' calls. Hearing the news, Haein came down from Seoul, searched for him and yelled at him for being such a baby. "Fine. Stay like this. Cut our freakin ties. I won't even care anymore. But let me ask you this...are you prepared to lose another pair of parents?" The question sent Woojoo crying (like a baby). "See," Haein hugged him like how she used to when he was younger. "I told you. You're such a baby. Aigoo. My baby brother."

  It took a while for Woojoo to get used to being an adopted son, but with the Baek couple still showing him the love they always shower him with, it felt like Woojoo's silent treatment never happened. They continued to be a warm family, until Woojoo moved to Seoul to pursue his studies in Geology--a field his birth parents mastered in.

- woojoo resembles his adopted father in terms of personality. despite having a serious face, baek hyunjae is one energetic and independent man. the father-and-son duo was always missing during one weekend, driving the mother-and-daughter crazy (mostly the mother) because they are out of reach. they'll come home with stories to be told at dinner. ever since woojoo left for seoul, hyunjae often hiked around alone or with his colleagues. he makes woojoo jealous by video calling him after he reached the peak of a mountain causing woojoo to have an impromtu hike the next weekend he's free. "this kid, you went to that place first without me!"

 - anchor of the family of wanderlusters. she's a cool headed woman and a middle woman for the father and son petty bickerings. now, she always checks in on woojoo as he tends to forget (more like procastinate) to wash his clothes and clean his room. she'll send side dishes or cookies to seoul, enough for him to share with the members. her love for woojoo overcomes the fact they didn't share the same blood. she always knew when her son is down and she'll call at the right time, every time he wanted to call her but decided not to. even late at night. "our woojoo, everything is okay, right?"

"ah, nunaa, they're really not your type." - when asked to meet the members

- despite being not blood related, 27 years-old haein adores woojoo. how would she not when he was stuck to her the moment he entered the baek family? although, she hated the fact there was an addition to her family, she set aside her childish greed for attention as she started to understand woojoo's loss. they do bicker at times, and when they do, woojoo's unintentional aegyo caused her to drop her stubborness. haein works in a travel agency in seoul and they'd meet often. she'd tell him to introduce her to the uni-prince members but woojoo always refuses. he's always picky about the man his sister meets, always try to act like a tough little brother when he sees them...albeit, with his face, they were never intimidated. but hot-headed (and "lonely single" as woojoo joked) haein eventually met a few like the frozen lawyer when they went hiking together. "woojoo-ya, say only good things about me, got that?"

 - being able to control the members and basically built the pillars of the club alone, woojoo have a lot of respect for this individual. but he hopes the frozen lawyer can smile freely one day and till that day, woojoo makes it his mission to loosen him up. maybe the frozen lawyer still doesn't open up about his background, but woojoo knows he's been through a lot and is actually a nice person inside since he'd always say fine everytime woojoo begged him to hang out with him. and probably one of the few that can fearlessly joke with him like this

- a strong man with a heart of...cotton candy. that's how woojoo sees him. the iron man would always scold him for sleeping with his hair still damp since he can catch a cold. thus, the members sometimes find the iron man drying woojoo's hair with the hairdryer. they'd probably look like a big brother and little brother if they hang out together.

- the mockable duo with a lot of aegyo. woojoo likes to watch the baker cook in the dorm's cafeteria--not to mention eat his cooking. he also likes to bring back any good food he found on his food tour with his sister, bestfriend or the uni-princes and share it with the baker. they've had a little clash about the rocker though. woojoo would side with the rocker at times and the baker doesn't understand why he'd defend the rocker. but with a little aegyo from woojoo they never spoke about it again.

- a victim to many of jaehoon's teasing, woojoo has tried to mock him but it always backfired. When jaehoon mocks him too much, he'd give jaehoon a good and long glare before jaehoon would apologize. woojoo tend to tell him not to play too much with a girl's heart to which jaehoon smiles away to. since he doesn't approve of jaehoon's method of meeting the right girl, he never introduced his older sister to him. yet. despite knowing jaehoon is not half-bad. he silently think it's cute jaehoon somehow believes there is the one for him out there.

- woojoo likes to use his aegyo on haewoon just to see haewoon squirm in disgust. other than teasing him, woojoo's learning english with him too. it was too bad that haewoon is scared of the rain though. he'll get worried if it rains and haewoon is outside. he'll call haewoon and ask him where he's at before heading out with an umbrella if haewoon needs it. they're both love noobs.

- albeit, y is something woojoo is bad at--if shown intentionally. hearing that the foxy businessman will sling his arm around woojoo and pinch his cheeks. "aigoo, alright, y woojoonim." woojoo turns to him for advices and ehemaboutgirlsehem. although, he knows not to take note of everything that the foxy businessman says. but then again...it's woojoo. he'll probably do everything the foxy businessman told him to do in a date.

- most probably, woojoo is the one and only fan of rebellious rocker amongst the members. he tries to come to every one of rebellious rocker's concert and support him as a representative of the princes. they were rocky at first meetings, but with woojoo able to handle (or beg) the president's club and never looked at him with pity, they become close. woojoo will tell him to chill out when facing the frozen lawyer or not to tease the gentle baker too much.

- the one who introduced him to sns-es. woojoo learned the basic of social media with intelligent hacker. woojoo plays computer games with him even if he lost every single time. woojoo will come to the hacker's room and challenged the hacker again, after practicing with his bestfriend, only to lose again. although woojoo does think he needs some effort on the clothes, he's not as forceful as the loud designer.

- put these two together and you have two high kids. the dorm is loud and cheerful because of these two sunshine--or annoying. it depends. woojoo would watch animes with him but ended up bickering since they like the opposite characters. the members always ignore them when they are in this mode. only when it gets serious, the frozen lawyer yells at them.

- people can't figure out how they became bestfriends since their last year of middle school. heejun is kinda sketchy, but he's like any other guy his age when with woojoo. like the rebellious rocker, heejun is a rebel with his own secrets only woojoo knows. woojoo pulled him out of his dark past. a past in which he was at the lowest time of his life, depressed as his family fell apart that he almost commited suicide. thus, forever thankful, he'll always be there if woojoo is in trouble. he's in music department at another university, also part-timing as a bass and a vocalist. they always meet in the weekends or when they are free in the weekdays. and heejun's acquainted with the uni-princes.

- a victim to woojoo's constant pun making. haneul is his classmate and close friend, the very first friend he made in uni and dormmate. he's a total opposite of woojoo: organized, mature and collected. his family owns the vetenary woojoo works in.

the adventurous geologist

  COURSE.   geology/being someone who's always facinated by nature, woojoo decided to study it further. and it so happens that his birth parents were once geologist themselves. his decision became stronger as he felt a little closer to them and a small part of him sees it as a process of getting to know who they were. but that's not to say he chose geology solely for them. besides he gets to go on trips as a part of the syllabus. yay!

  SCHEDULE  
    woojoo's timetable (mon-fri) click! 

    wake up & getting ready - woojoo usually take 15 minutes to be fully awake. he'd roll around in his bed before lazily dragging himself to the bathroom to shower for 30 minutes or less. he'll water plants that needed watering, clumsily clean his room then sits in the dining area to eat breakfast. after he's done the necessary he'll wake the other members still sleeping or simply chat with the ones awake. around 30 minutes before going to class, he'll make coffee or stuff banana milk in his bag.

     morning shift - woojoo takes morning shift on thursday and saturday. the routine is usually opening the clinic, cleaning, feeding the animals. afterwards he'd help the vet in tending animals if there is any. or play with the animals.

     free , self study/ break - he'll study with his group, making presentations or prjects that were assigned to them. if he's free, he'll call heejun if they can eat together for lunch. or find the uni-prince. nowadays, he'll look for his love interest. 

     free - he'll hang out, out and out. with uni-prince or heejun, it doesn't matter. but he dislikes not doing anything. on tuesday or thursday, he'll eat dinner with his older sister if haein isn't busy. he'll follow heejun or the rocker when they practice or help the baker cook dinner. he'll even follow the businessman to the club but only to leave after an hour running away from females pinching his cheeks. his schedule is the same as in the weekends. his saturdays and sundays are all filled with random hiking, 2 days 1 night trips, attending heejun's live or the rocker's concert. woojoo normally sleeps around 12 or 2 am, the latest.
