Hello, this is BaekMeSomeEggyeol who is a tiny titsy bit upset and saddened.

Yesterday one of my reader kindly told me that a user on Wattpad had plagiarized my story (No Miracles in December - co-written with hopebunnyaf). But ends up she not only did that, but she also plagiarized other people's story and she did this all under my name. She made a Wattpad account under the name BaekMeSomeEggyeol and stated that the stories were written by me (but instead they were stories she had stolen from other writers).

Now, the plagiarized stories were taken down and she changed her name but some stories are still there, we don't know if they were plagiarized too or not, and she's still using my name.

Also, when we asked her to stop using my name, that was her sweet reply:

So yeah, this is messed up and I am so, so, so angry that someone used my name to do such things and won't even apologize sincerely and stop. She was also awfully rude to the people trying to help me out (whilst they stayed polite and composed) and that's something I can't stand - you don't come at my friends/readers like this without seeing my sharp kitten claws >:(

BaekMeSomeEggyeol is my pen name and someone using it to steal other people's story really hurt me. Let's not omit the fact that I could have been framed for something I hadn't done. But thankfully that didn't happen.

However it doesn't change the fact that I was hurt by this - she stole my identity and BaekMeSomeEggyeol is a name I dearly love, it's a big part of who I am and I can't stand having it stolen from me and soiled like this.

Now, you probably already read my last blog post, I was quite clear there, but I'll repeat it just in case:

I only post my stories on AFF. If ever you see some of my stories on another platform, or if you see someone posting stories using the name BaekMeSomeEggyeol, it isn't me.

The only exception to that is my entry for BAE, which I will anyway post on AFF after reveals.

So yeah, if ever you see my stories posted outside of AFF, it means they have been stolen, so please tell me.

And if ever you see someone posting under the name BaekMeSomeEggyeol on another platform, it isn't me, unless I have stated on AFF with a blog post that I was moving to another platform.

That's it. This whole thing made me pretty angry, but then again my friends and readers were there to help me handle this and supported me, so that made the issue way easier to swallow for me. I'd like to thank all the people who helped me out in there and supported me. Thank you guys, without you I wouldn't have known what to do :(
