group details : yg entertainment decides to debut a four membered girlgroup in 2012. after bigbang and 2ne1 debut went successful, yg wants to take a shot in creating rise and make them known worldwide. rise is different from yg other artists as their concept mainly focused for the bright personality of the youths. yg took the challenge and try to debut a total different colour for rise. they debut when they're about 15-18 years old which really represents the youth. they are the only yg artist that don't use hip-hop as their genre. the strategy of rise popularity is different because they debuted first in japan on 2012. they gained popularity there less than a year and decides to debut in korea in mid 2013. their debut in korea gained them more and more fans. on their second anniversary, they won "the song of the year" on 2 awards show. these young ladies are so talented and have a bright future on their career, they aced on singing, dancing, composing, choreographing, modelling, acting and so many more. yg prepared them so well until you can't find their flaws.

Appearance —  born a beautiful princess, people often describe nell as beautiful ever since she was still a . sometimes its a joke but sometimws its the truth. she has a beautiful appearance, v-line face, innocent eyes like a deer, a quite tall nose and natural pinkish thin lips. she isnt the type of beautiful girls who are like perfect and bold and steals the attention with their heavy makeup, nell tends to wear light makeup, she is like the pure beauty, the beauty of a snowflake. nell has a beautiful smile, a smile that is bright like a child. standing at the height of 170cm and weighs about 50 kg, nell has a slim body. she has brunette hair right now and her hair reaches to the middle of her back. nell doesnt have any birthmarks, scars or tattoos and she would never want to have on on the future.

if you ever heard loud ruckus occuring somewhere within the practice rooms of yg, that's more or less choi nell. she's an energetic kid who either eats too much sugar for breakfast or was dropped as a baby. nell has too many sides to know and to count; one moment she could be mucking around in practice and the next she'd be completely focus on dancinf as if her life depends on it. however choi nell isn't just your noisy girl-next-door, learn more about her and see for yourself.

a slight social butterfly who bows, waves and grins at everyone she makes eye contact with, choi nell is well-known within yg for her chirpy demeanor and the huge ruckus she creates with her fellow members. she gets along with trainees and staffs because of her polite and friendly attitude towards the people around her and is basically a little ball of sunshine who laughs at everything she finds amusing. she's very affectionate towards everyone, escpecially to her family, her bestfriends and her members, giving them equal love and shows it through numerous ways whether it'd be her constant warm hugs, boosting confidence, being supportive and encouraging words. when it comes to others, she will never hesitate to help them out and simply look out for them and was the type to ensure that those dear to her gets enough attention and care, dropping everything to be there for her beloved ones and help them in any way possible  that ot's no surprise that nell's tender hearted and cannot say no as an answer, she will give in to them even if it does seem rather reluctant.

nell's brain works like lightening speed thus why she always has something witty to say and can quickly latch onto things and was able to pick up what was going on around her to the point where there's nothing to hide from her, she even goes to the extent of being able to read others through lips, expressiond and body language. with such as trait like this, despite numerous attempts to cover it, one cannot hide from nell. she'll eventually persuade people to vent out their feelings to which she attentively listens, makes a few comments and show hat she's trying her best to understand the situation and so the indormation that is required confidential stays that way; nell can be within that room and everything said is to be left in thre for no one ro see or hear off. however even with that trustworthy side of her, nell has the great tendency to tease them because hey, that's what friends are for right? 

and lastly, she had always been in the "top 10 smartest korean celebrities" videos you see in youtube. after it was revealed that she has an impressing iq of 160, can solve a rubik's cube in under 1 minute, and can speak three languages fluently, she was known as one of the most intelligent celebrities in the industry.

although Nell seems like she doesn’t give a care about the world with her free-spirited demeanor, the girl can be quite stubborn. once she needs to do something, she won't stop till she finishes it especially when it came to her dreams. being an idol is her life and it's the only times when you can see her so focused and serious—there are moments when she forgets to eat or sleep because she's completely immersed in finishing practice or choreography. Nell stays grounded no matter how much you bother her or tell her off and words don't hurt her. at times like this when she's being stubborn because she needs to complete her tasks, Nell becomes hard on herself and forgets about her own well-being in general; she won't leave the place, she won't sleep and she certainly wouldn't eat in which she risks her health. the reason being is due to Nell and her perfectionist side, she's highly critical when it comes to work related things and she won't stop till she finds it perfect.

her strength (emotional, physical and mental) is covered by her weak appearance whilst on the other hand, that strength is covered by the fact that she's easily scared. never in a million years can Nell be like those who seem to have no fear in the world because this girl is practically a chicken. her concerns can range from one subject to another and if she was ever told to write down all her worries and fears, it'd be as long as GD's hair extension in fantastic baby thus there has never been a day where she isn’t overthinking situations that haven’t even occurred and basically everything that comes to mind because this girl has the tendency to stress herself for no apparent reason. Nell may act like a tough girl however you place her into a haunted house, she will cling onto the person beside her as if tomorrow will never exist and before you know it, all sorts of screams, cries, wails will be heard throughout the vicinity. so don't be surprised if she comes out like a wreck with tears all over her face and the person she was with inside, all ruffled and exhausted due to her .

this or that, who cares she goes for both and if she can't have both then expect to hear an answer in about ten years. never trust this kid to make a certain decision right away, Nell is like every fangirl you know in life; they like one person in this group but suddenly there's like three other more who interrupt her feelings and they become an emotional wreck because who to choose?? her mind will cross loads of thoughts but in the end, won't have a single clue on what to do as Nell has the worst decision making skills throughout the entire universe that not only does it annoy her but it annoys others as well. she has no idea when it came to deciding thus grew up to be rather passive and went along with what others wish to do because she does not give two cents and refuses to decide. this trait was a huge reason on why Nell has a difficult time when it came to serious situations where deciding took a toll on the path she takes that'll lead to another chapter in life.

and lastly is her competitiveness. during quizzes and tests, she'll study like there's no tomorrow. once it somes to variety shows, she'll definitely act on her competitive mode on. she tends to be really upset when she lose but after 2-3 hours, she'll be fine.

nell's omma - han song hee -  60 y/o - he mother passed down the habit being tidy and organized, but she is also a procter to some of her insecurities. her mother wants her to keep her doors open and not pull all her faith in becoming an idol. they love each other of course, but they just have issues understanding each other

bff - song jaehee - 24 y/o- these two met when they were in middle school and have been best friends ever since. jaehee is a bright, fun and exciting girl. she's also a creative ones. she made her name famous through the fashion world in such a young age and now she have her own brand. jaehee understands nell's passion for music and she supports her all the way.


childhood friend - lee hongbin - 24 y/o - nell's lovind childhood friend. they are closer than anyone and are basically inseparable. now that they're both idols, they can't see each other often and that makes both of them sad. whenever they have time, they meet up. but because they are celebrities with lots of sasaengs, their meeting place ended up becoming their home. a huge scandal went out when disheveled looking hongbin went out of her condominium at 3 a.m. , and the reporters published an article the following day. since they are the "idgaf" type, they dont pay attention much to the articles. they had been dancing and singing together since they were toddlers and they never fought before. yeah, they bicker over silly things but they don't consider that fighting.
