FASHION STYLE ☆  We often see Sojin being all glammed-up and girly and elegant on stage, on the red carpet and other events/activities, but airport photos show us a different side of Sojin wearing more laid-back, comfortable clothes. According to pandora, Sojin is the member who spend the least amount of effort when it comes to fashion. She’s so cool, right?.

PERSONALITY ☆ 

Sojin has firstly proven herself to be a variety queen. Sojin just seems to be good at anything, and we do mean anything. She’s hilarious on “Infinity Challenge” and has numerously proven herself to be daring, whether it’s her catching chickens, rolling around in mud, revealing her real height or baring her face for all. Her honest nature makes us absolutely love her, and we adore that she has an “I don’t care” outlook on what others think of her. When people bashed Sojin, the girl didn’t care, and kept doing the same gushy-mushy act on shows. Normally, we can’t stand aegyo, but Sojin’ is just so purposely exaggerated it’s hilarious. Granted, though we love the more “boy-ish” charm she’s been exhibiting lately, we’ve never had anything wrong with Sojin' great personality.

Sojin is cute, to put it lightly. Widely known for being “Power Girl”, Sojin’ manners, respect and responsibility are well known throughout the fandom. Sojin is as cute as can be, though not necessarily for a lack of emotions. Rather, we see her “Power Girl” personna as being the result of her personality being extremely vanilla and mature. Some may find her the love heart image lovely, others may find it a bit bland and boring. This girl though is sweet as can be, even if she is a bit closed minded sometimes. But Sojin has antoher personality on the inside of her, for instance getting scared of loud noises while perofming on stage singing the end of the song can be difficult for her because then fireworks would go off and bang her body twitches and her hearts pumps really fast. The next personality is shy, she can be shy on variety shows such as "Running Man" or in an interview alone but members would cheer her on or cheer her up so that she would be more comfortable with them beside them. The final personality is childish, she can be a bit annoying somethimes but also on stage she can be very annoying she would laugh at other people's mistakes or just play around with props.

BACKGROUND ☆ 

Sojin was born on September 14, 1993, in Seoul, South Korea. Her family consists of her sister Jung Somin, but sadly her mother passed away when she was 7 years old. Though years apart in age, Sojin and her sibling were known to have the same birthday together. While Sojin was still an infant, her and her siblings moved to Seoul. As a result, Sojin grew up being scared of loud noises. Once she grew up Sojin tried to go to different entertainments such as Starship Entertainment. After a few years at the age of 18 she saw some posters saying "Auditions" so this was her chance to be in an entertainment since she was 23 she can now join an actual anertainment an live her life as an idol. She got approached by S.M. Entertainment at the age of 18 via contacted by email. She agreed to this because it was her life to become an idol plus it was a new Entertainment around korea, Somin' heart wasn't broken at all once he heard the news from Sei they both promised each other at their breaks (lunch).

As Sojin made it clear she wanted to start acting, Sojin would go with her sister once in a while to see how she was doing. During one of those trips, the producers asked her sister if Sojin would be an extra since a few of the children in the scene weren't going to make it. That was her first taste of being on a sort of stage which she can only remember now if her family points it out in the scene of the movie she was in. She started visiting her older sister, more on sets and realized how happy he would be when he'd be filming or just running lines with other actors. Seeing she is happy while acting made her want to persue something as well to make her happy. Her sister Somin signed her up for singing lessons as a start to see if she would enjoy it. That one  moment changed her life forever as she realized during her 1st year at dance classes, she loved singing and dancing. She continued to sing when she was in school and got into k-pop through a music video. One day, she and her friends decided to take part of a k-pop dance cover competition. After performing in front of an audience alongside her friends, Sojin realized that she wanted to become an idol one day like Taeyeon, IU and Ailee because she immediately fell in love with the feeling of being on stage.

TRAINEE BACKGROUND ☆  5 Years ago at the age of 18 in 2012 her and her sister Somin went to the S.M. Building, Boyoung said "auditions are today sister" so she went to see were the audition room is and found it staright away but the producer wasn't a nice producer because he kept training elsie really tough and hard. Having trained for S.M. since she was 18 years old, Sojin had some background for the training process, Her teachers in S.M. praised her for her beauty and talent about main rapping and even praised her for her growing singing skills. Her trainee life was smooth because of being a former trainee at S.M. Entertainment. She thought a few minutes before making the final decision that she will stay on at S.M, Entertainment to train hard before debuting in the new girl group.

PERSONALITY ☆  J-Hope is just a sweet little dear but, sadly, he is too shy and introverted. His introvertedness is something really hard to get over, because we can’t help but feel it creates distance between him and his fans, when usually, fans want to get to know their idols. He is adorable, but in a shy girl kind of way. J-Hope has proven himself sweet, and the other members usually comment on how much they want to take care of their dancing machine, and how he, in turn, also wants to take care of them. He is a strong character. J-Hope, is also very easily brought to tears. J-Hope' tears however, come from his sensitive heart and emotional being, while J-Hope is just a wiener. (;.

RELATIONSHIP ☆  Sojin and J-Hope are just friends for now as she dosen't wants to date but he really likes Sojin alot, in the end he confesses to Sojin his feelings about her and what she thinks of him and finally starts to date.

HISTORY ☆  Once Sojin went to her first school she first met J-Hope when they were in school. She was seating right behind him in the classroom, she was completely in daydream thinking about him. Curious, he sat infront of her and smiled at her and said what you daydreaming about. She snapped out of her daydream and stared at J-Hope for a few minutes. Both got to talking about the challenges and joys of training and their project groups, anticipating their debut dates. They soon lost track of time and had to part. They saw each other several times between schedules at different entertainments, falling easily into a long conversation each time. One day, just before BTS' comeback, he saw on the internet that Pandora will be making their debut soon and 'new developments' were in the making. One of the fans noticed and asked his opinion on the matter. Since the group was talented, J-Hope knew that these developments must be something good and exciting, perhaps an earlier debut. He smiled and agreed whole-heartedly, saying that he hoped to see everything come about soon. They starting dating after Pandora' big debut and BTS' comeback.

OTHER ☆  Sojin cannot stand him, yes they argue sometimes but not all the times. Whenever he tries to seat next to her at shows she stares at him for a second and looks away. J-Hope calls Sojin clearly every night and Sojin is annoyed by the calls from him. On the other hand when there both down music bank together s friends Sojin tries and not to laugh with J-Hope when performing because it takes away her concentration and the other girl find it quite annoying. Outside of the agency they go apart of town due them going to different dorms in different parts of the city. Sojib was currently filming in Running Man the other day and didn't know that J-Hope was the guest of Running Man with other idols but she was glad they weren't on the same team together.
