You have all asked some very good an interesting question, to which some I honestly didn’t even think about. Some of these are quite long because they need a proper explanation. I hope I managed to get everyone’s question in here. If there is anything else you’re still curious about, please do write it in the comment and I shall answer it~

Why did Ji Soo kill herself?

“Sometimes I wonder whether death is a blessing or a curse.” His hands stopped moving altogether. “The longer we survive in this house, the more of a curse it has become.”

Ji Soo exhaled a deep exasperated sigh. “We have been given the gift of life. But what use does it have if we lose the humanity in us? Only if we have turned into a monster are we allowed to give up.”

(Ji Soo to Yoon Gi in Chapter 19)

Ji Soo is a VERY proud person who disliked Yoon Gi to begin with. The fact she was already mentally drained from the game, and then had to let go of her pride by begging Yoon Gi for an answer was a switch where she felt utterly disgusted with herself. That was the point where she felt she had no humanity left in her, because humanity to Ji Soo equaled pride and dignity. She started to see death as a blessing rather than a curse, and therefore welcomed it willingly.

Oh, and Ho Seok had gone completely nuts at this point and started hallucinating or making up stories. So Ji Ae killing Ji Soo? All a part of his brain trying to make sense of his belief that Ji Ae is alive and that Ji Soo is dead.

Who shot Seokjin with the arrow?
The steel zodiac balls they obtained could only be opened using the fingerprint of the person whom it belonged to. For example, Jung Kook’s sign was Cancer, but it Ye In tried to open it, it wouldn’t work, because it isn’t Jung Kook’s fingerprint. All these data were already put into the automated electric(?) arrows in the garden. They have a sensor for body heat and can distinguish one person from another. So when the timer hit zero, the arrow was programmed to shoot whoever did not manage to open their zodiac ball. If you read it carefully, you’ll know that Seok Jin opened the ball after the countdown hit zero.

Seok Jin’s stared at the countdown timer that reached its end at zero. With his thumb pressed against the sensors, he uttered a proud scoff. “And the Game Master said we’d die if we couldn’t find the zodiac sign in the allotted time.”

(Seok Jin in Chapter 3)

What was the sound inside the house that got everyone thinking it was Ji Ae? Where was her actual body?
Very simple answer. Something just happened to fall right at that moment, like a broom or something. But their fear made them believe it was Ji Ae. Her actual body was probably next door in someone else’s room. But GM would’ve prevented them from going there with the reason they need to hurry and leave now.

How long did it take Jung Kook to plan all of this?
Since Ji Min died five years ago, it probably took him around that time to plan his revenge. He waited for anyone to apologize or comfort one another, but instead, they ignored each other as if nothing had happened.

How did Jung Kook monitor them?

“Because there are actually cameras installed everywhere,” Tae Hyung confessed.

“Really? I thought you said there were none,” Jung Kook frowned.

“None to the human eye,” Tae Hyung sighed and shut his eyes. “But I did some experimentations last night. I began to measure the sound sources in the house, and it turns out it picked up several external input devices. This means there are cameras that not only records our movements, but also our speech.”

(Tae Hyung to everyone in Chapter 5)

Why do you think the cameras were there if it wasn’t for a reality TV show? Jungkook must’ve had a secret hideout (like his room, cause no one actually went in there) where he could playback and monitor everything.

Why was Jung Kook confident he wouldn’t get killed?
He wasn’t. Most of the time, he didn’t have control over the game either. His only advantage was knowing how to play the game correctly. (There was no way he actually memorized the location of all 36 cards when playing Find The Pair, and in QnA he actually didn’t remember some answers). But he accepted that if he also died, it simply meant he didn’t deserve to survive. He recognized he wasn’t purely blameless, and therefore accepted even if Ye In wanted to surrender him to the police.

Did Jungkook leave the diary/strychnine on purpose for others to find?
No. Despite his careful planning, he is rather reckless and forgets to get rid of several items. I think that makes his character seem more humane since it shows he isn’t all that perfect after all and he makes mistakes too.

Why isn’t Ye In afraid of Jung Kook after knowing the truth?
She never saw the GM as the bad person ever since she found the diary. She had always sympathized the GM, perhaps understanding him on a more psychological level. Plus, she did have romantic feelings for him which prevents her from ever seeing him as a killer.

What is wrong between Ji Soo and Yoon Gi?
Sometimes, there are just those people you can’t get along with even though you are in the same ‘gang.’ That’s how I feel it is like for them. This one is open to your own interpretation.

Didn’t others try to save Ji Min during the fire? Why are they selfish?
We need to remember that the flashback we saw was mainly a dream based on Ji Ae’s point of view. Of course she would represent herself more as the good person. But was that really the case? Maybe it was, maybe it wasn’t.

How has each character shown their selfishness? How would each character behave if they had lived longer?
Before they were trapped, they had already shown this selfishness when they decided not to save Ji Min, and when they chose to ignore each other instead of acknowledging that someone important had passed away. Being put at the house was really a chance at redemption. But if we want to talk more specifically about within the house itself.

Soo Jung:
She is angel. She is the most selfless player. T_T Even if she survived longer, I believe she would still put others above herself. There may be times when she would doubt, but her nature to care and please others would probably save them
Seok Jin:
He is super conceited based on his desire to update his followers all the time. He didn’t have much screentime to show his selfishness, but had he survived a few paragraph longer, we would see he could pretty much become like Yoongi, though in a less diabolical way and a more “I can’t believe I did that, but I did” kind of way. He even tried to challenge the GM when he thought he wouldn’t die in the first game.
Yoon Gi:
Speaks for itself. However, as one user had beautifully pointed out. Because he is so ambitious and selfish the entire game, once he shows his concern towards Myung Eun or helped Ye In out, you know he is being sincerely genuine. But nope, still not enough to change him.
Ji Ae:
She deliberately chose to kill Mi Joo using the walling method instead of saving her using acupuncture, and she let Myung Eun die. If she had gone out, she would’ve run to the bus, not caring if anyone followed her, but not brutal enough to kill them. Though if it was Mi Joo, perhaps she’d pick up a stone as well.
Ji Soo:
During the Russian Roulette, she could choose to save herself or Ji Ae, and she chose to save herself by possibly letting Ji Ae die. Even if she didn’t kill herself, I think she’d live with extreme guilt for the rest of her life and would end up at a mental ward.
Ho Seok:
He was selfish when he let Nam Joon die! He could’ve saved him, but his bias towards Mi Joo made him go against everything. He has gone completely crazy and would end up at the mental ward too. Though unlike Ji Soo who would be calm, he’d be really crazy. Like laugh for no apparent reason kind of crazy.
Nam Joon:
He was pretty selfless too. But his simple tendency to keep every knowledge and information to himself instead of sharing it with everyone was quite selfish. He probably would’ve kept this up until the end instead of openly sharing them.
Mi Joo:
She knew Ho Seok was in a dilemma, but instead of telling him to go save Nam Joon, she indirectly begged him to come and save her. Plus, she lowkey enjoyed torturing Ji Ae during Find The Pair game. If she had survived, she’d probably continue to act as a coward. Nothing much would’ve changed.
Tae Hyung:
He took Ye In’s hand and forced her to shoot the gun to her head. Had he survived longer, he’d be the type who would try his best to remain cheerful, but is really the most scared of all. He’d be the first one to cry, I think.
Myung Eun:
She killed Soo Jung. Even if it was by Yoon Gi’s influence, at that time, her mind and action wanted Soo Jung dead. Her character could go two very different ways if she survived. She can become more twisted, or turn back to the right path and be influenced by Ye In and agree everyone should work together. She is easy to be swayed, but got swayed by the wrong person.

Where did Jung Kook get all the money for all this?
Like many thriller movies I’ve watched, the killers always have access to these equipments without any background about their wealth. I shall borrow that theory in this case.

What will happen after this? Will parents find out about their children?
Like in many thriller movies I’ve watched, the screen fades to black and the ending credit rolls after the final scene is over. I shall borrow that scene in this case. XD

What about the bus driver?
What if the bus driver is Ji Min?! I honestly did not think about this, so this may be open to interpretation. Maybe there wasn’t even a driver to begin with, because Jung Kook knew they’d all die from the strychnine poison?

I also realised that namjoon is quite selfish at first. He likes to keep informations for himself, like how to solve the zodiac code and the deathly number. But he did tell Soojung when she asked for it. Now it makes me ship them more, although I know you doesn't intend to make their relationship to be romantically like that.

By the way, I'm curious. what if by any chance another people disobey the rules for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th? Will they get shot by the arrow too?
For the first game, we know seokjin was shot by the arrow. Because the ball has the fingerprint's sensor on it that connected to the system and also the arrow.

But,

What if the other player aside from Yein got the deathly number on the 2nd game and refused to shoot it to their head, instead s/he shoot it at somewhere else. How will s/he receive the punishment?

What if someone doesn't find their item but refused to kill the other people when their time limit ends at the 3rd game?

What if everyone refused to hide in the restroom at the 4th game? And just let the time running up and the rest room blow up.

What if Jisoo failed to answer the last question in the 7th game? Will she die like she thought she will?

Questions like that lol. I know I should've asked it before you released the bonus chapter. But pabo me, I just thought about it now.

"Maybe there wasn't even a driver to begin with", then who drive the bus when they first come to the house?

Taehyung's character was really interesting, I was glad to know how he would've been had he survived. It makes it kind of sad, though, knowing that even though he acted selfish and reckless in the beginning, he could've(?) eventually shown a different side of him, one that the others would recognize.

All the planning you put into this was amazing, all the characters are so well thought out!!

Wow. I didn't think Namjoon was selfish until I read this. I realised that he liked to be secretive with the answers or clues when he could have just shared it with the rest & get the game done faster. To think that I actually was disappointed when he died bcs the team just lost a genius.... :'D

Hmm I wonder, what if Jungkook didn't survive, let's say half way through the game (not too early & not too near the end)? Who would survive until the last mission (the poison mission) bcs to get in there, Jungkook was the one who gave them clues? And if anyone is able to escape, would they discover who is the GM? And how to escape, they're in the middle of nowhere unless someone knows how to drive a bus. XD

Oooh I don't think Yein will survive too if Jungkook didn't, bcs he saved her by giving her that charcoal candy. Well, he saved her many times throughout the game. :/

You do make a good point about the parents. Will they ever find out about their children? But the teachers do at least know about it since they gave the letters to them.
To be honest, I did blame Hoseok and Mijoo for Namjoon dying. But the problem with that is how Namjoon could also have asked the others to help him too, no matter how scared or selfish they are. Or Hoseok could have tried to do both at the same time, instead of wasting time checking up on Mijoo, he could just grab her and race off to rescue Namjoon.
