personality » The first thing you notice about Myung is the way she holds herself. Then she starts to speak and you are sure: she doesn't only look like a queen, but she also acts like one. The amount of confidence she has is huge, and she's not afraid to say anything. She's also someone that enjoys being around people, making her a pure extroverted.
Myung is loyal too. The thing here is that until now she doesn't know she is, at least not to anyone besides her grandma and best friend. To her other friends and other people she works with, she always thinks she's trying to keep on their good sides, but she's actually a loyal one. Just in denial about it.
She's also perceptive, cunning and manipulative, making her usualy the person moving the chess pieces without anyone else noticing it. She actually hides this side of her because she thinks it's her greatest weapon. If people think she's just a empity-headed beauty, they will never see the hit comming, nor will they ever guess that it was her.
It's also true that she's defiant, although she nowadays tries to make it discreet, usually in the form of tons of sarcasm and irony. She grew up and learned that her words have more effect than her fists.
And it can be kind of a double-edged sword, her rationality. It makes her insensitive if it doesn't pertain her, or if it doesn't bring her any advantage. The thing is that her mind ends winning even when her heart notices that there is something wrong, because that for more that she tried to make herself hard as steel facing teh world, there is still a little girl inside her that listens to every lesson her grandma thaught her. This makes her a horrible person to actually express her feelings, the true ones.
But what keep all this mess together is her sheer determination. Determination to keep going, to show others she doesn't need them after they abandoned her, to show she's even better alone, to show she's worthy for those that stayed by her side. 'Determination' and 'show' are the words that can sum her up.

BACKGROUND » Myung was raised by grandma Kim (Kim Kyungja), her mother's mother, since she was six years old, because her parents had divorced and her mother was a workaholic. She never got along with her mother, specially after she married (and had children) again and basically stopped to care about Myunguk. Because of that Myung doesn't want to become like her mother, working nonstop in a meaningless job, to the point it affects her relationships. All of this also turned Myung into grandma's girl, and she would do anything and everything for her grandma's wellbeing.
Also, as a curiosity, during her middle school and high school years she was part of a female school gang (kind of like the japanese sukeban). She was the right hand while her best friend was the leader. The gang naturally dissolved itself after graduation and they all went foward with their lives. Nowadays she lost contact with most of them, but she still talks with her best friend Hayun. The older girl in engaged with a Police Officer and they have plans to adopt a lot of kids already, since Hayun can't give birth.
Her rebel phase was more to spite her mother than anything else, but after graduation she decided to change paths and try to make her grandma pround, so that's why she worked out for an arts schoolarship in dance (and won it) since dance was the only constant in her life besides grandma.

- Hates nosey people or when they try to take information out of her that she's not willing to share. Will reply to this situation with an "it's not your damn bussiness!"
- She absolutelly despises people that cheats on their romantic partner. (her father had cheated on her mother, that's why they divorced)
- Absolutelly hates vegan food.
- Do not mess with her things without asking first, or you die. Specially if it's her make up.
- When it's her period, because she gets bloated, her entire lower body hurts and she has mood swings that could make her snaps angrily at you and then starts crying, apologizing for being such a b*tch. In other words, she's a mess and she hates being a mess.

strong points» 
- She's hella flexible.
- Rocks the dance floor. Anytime, any style.
- Oficial bug/spider killer in the mansion. Her grandma's house was in the mountainous outskirts of town, so there was a lot of... wild life there that Myung go used to deal with. Frogs, snakes and ginormous moths are included in the package.
- Generally good at sports and athletics.
- She's one of those rare blessed human beings that can sleep little and still be ready to go on the next day.

weak points» 
- Can cook just the very basic. Rice, egg, ramen. She needs Grandma to eat healthy. 
- She does keep her basic hygiene, bur she's kind of messy and not very fond of cleaning.
- Not a strong drinker, but she's a fun drunk.
- Is actually scared of the dark. As in you-can't-see-absolutelly-nothing-in-front-of-you-dark. Oh yeah, and she hates anything horror. (as in, is scared sh*tless)
- Her biggest fear in life is dissapointing her grandma.

trivia » 
- Her name "Shin Myung Uk" can be translated as "Deity of the Bright Rising Sun", so now you know from where her confidence to make people call her 'Goddess Myung' came from.
- Wants to play the rich lady but actually has a cheap taste. Show her a shop with a good sale and take her to eat some greasy burger and you just won her heart.
- The only thing she mastered to cook is ramen. As in, instant ramen.
- Although she's a model and a ballerina, she barelly uses social media. She doesn't see the point on Twitter, her Facebook is all private and friends-only and she barelly updates her Instagram, although she's tagged a lot. She's really 'granny' on this aspect.
- She's not a super model, as in, super famous and all. She's just a local (as in works just inside S. Korea) model. She usually poses for sports brands, swimsuits brands and she made a couple of lingerie adds too.
- She's also part of a dance crew.
- And she also briefly worked as a ballet teacher for begginers (could be or could not be in the same school S1 Hoseok teaches. It's up to you xD)
- Because of her job as a model, she has no qualms about changing in front of others. So her roomates can expect to see her stripping until her underwear in front of them like it was absolute nothing. Of course that in front of the guys she's more guarded, in name of decency and making a good impression.
- She knows that if she's accepted, she probably will be compared with Hana in a way or another, since the other was a super model, so she's already mentaly prepared for that.
- She's an Arts enthusiast, so anything that is under 'arts' she's interested in.

(If you really have to limit to only three, that's the list, but she's going for anyone that can give her a stable life)[But there is 99,99999999999999999% chances that she will end falling head over heels for Gun, because she has cheap taste so of course she will seriously crush on the broke guy]

the reason you applied » Myung knows that she's gorgeous and that gorgeous girls have chances on getting a better life in a easier way. She's in it to find a guy that can give her a stable life, so yeah, in a way, she's a gold digger. Tho the thing is the reason she's a gold digger. Her beloved grandma is sick, and she's not a genius but she knows that the money that she makes probably will not be enough to pay for everything, so she wants to find a guy (a pleasant guy please, she doesn't want to have to divorce him later in life) that has enough money to easily pays for her grandma's treatment. 

strategy » There is no such thing as "a bachelor she doesn't like much" she has back up plans for all of them. She also doesn't care about future possible drama (as in, one of them being married etc, like the things that happened in Season 1), because it wouldn't be HER fault. If you're already in a relationship, you shouldn't even be a 'bachelor' in the show (but if this ever happens with her, expects the guy to be slapped by her). But all in all she has an specific strategy for almot all of them, and she will act an certain way around them. Not like she will be a completely different person, but she will emphasize different aspects of her personality to each one of them, to broaden her chances of charming someone.

The bachelors » Of course Myung would be delighted to actually end with the Hidden Card, but she's already aiming for those she think can provide for her, so the Hidden Card is more of a bonus than anything else.

• jooheon » He's the crazy party boy, she gets it. And she doesn't mind that much. Probably helps that he's a DJ and she loves to hit the Dance floor. Actually, she already knew him, not like, personally, but she knew who he was. And although he's not her main target, since he seems kind of have been disowned by his parents, she has a crazy plan for the possibility of them getting together, and that consists in charming his parents to un-disown him. She would come with the story that she would make him a better man, more responsible and etc (and he better be because if they end together and he cheats on her she will legally take away every penny he has). But back on track, during the show she will probably try to bond with him through music.
• changkyun » Changkyun is kind all over the place?? It's not only about his job, but about everything in him. He doesn't give a care about the cameras and his image, and she does find it kind of attractive. His wild spirit is something that she can never really drown in herself, at least not while she has her grandma's problem as a constant in the back of her mind, so exactly because of that she feels kind of drawn, the young rebel in her wanting to just let go of everything and just have fun. In a way, he's kind of dangerous to her to her plans so she has to consciously make an effort to not drop her guard around him. [secretly, Myung wished she could be carefree as he is, but she probably would never admit it] All in all, he probably is more financily stable than Jooheon, and if she's giving the DJ a chance, she would give him one too.
• hyungwon » He's good looking, he's educated, and most of all, he's already rich. Doesn't matter if he's the Hidden Card or not, he already has money and this put him in first place in Myung's list (along with of course, his other apparent qualities). It's possible that around him she will be on her best behaviour, charming, educated, and everything she can do to channel her inner lady. On the other side, when caught unguarded, it's really funny to see the combo of ' please' face they do, at the exactly same time.
• hyunwoo » His awkwardness around girls does makes things a little difficult for her, but she thought that going easy on at least one of the bachelors wouldn't hurt. After all, she doesn't want to scare him, or traumatize the poor soul right? She tries to make parallels between his passion for swimming and the way that dance saved her, in many ways. A professional athete has at least good connections with good doctors, so it's not a lost case. And she's not dumb, she notices that at some point there is a general disguised doubt about his uality, but she won't label things right away, nor will her pry, after all, she hates nosey people. If he ever feels comfortable enough to share those kind of things, she will be happy to listen. And if everything does end comming down to that side, well, having a gay friend would be awesome.
• minhyuk » Minhyuk is a rising star, so of course he has money, or will have a lot soon, if his career keeps this pace, but she has seen what type of trouble fans can bring from watching Season 1 (cough Jiwoo cough), so she had decided that he was not worth the trouble of being first in her list when there was other easier prays, I mean, bachelors, in the show. But yeah, nothing is a lost cause so she does her best to make a good impression while still being herself. After all, connections are always a good thing. (and yeah, it would be hella awesome to marry a celebrity, she admits)
• hoseok » Ok, she admits, maybe she's a tiny little bit of a fangirl when it comes to him. Of course she would know the korean male model that made big in some big brands. Most people don't know his name, but Myung is not most people. He's gorgeous, he seems educated and he probably makes enough money. Besides, have you already imagined their babies, how gorgeous they would be?! Well, Myung had and she's all for this bonus of perfecting human DNA. And in general he's probably the one that she can relate the most (and vice-versa) as they share the same profession. Bonus for him is that she won't pry on his past. She hates nosey people so she will respect other's privacy. He could have killed a person and still she would wait for him to willingly tell her that.
• kihyun » Being the owner of a succesful high-class restaurant, and in the brink of opening more filials, Kihyun for sure also has some good money on him, and that makes him almost as a good target as Hyungwon in Myung's eyes. The only thing that puts him in second place is his aparent workaholic personality. Because his bipolar one really doesn't daze Myung at all. With her burried past being a gang member there is very little that can surprise her. There is also the chance that she will end answering his sarcasm with her own, if she thinks it's safe to do so (otherwise she will just stay quiet and look at him unimpressed).
  gunhee» He's the guy that should not even be in her list. He shouldn't be in her radar at all, but he is. Deep down she knows how it is the feeling of failure and how it is to always be in the shadows of your own best friend. (just to make it clear, she is totally happy for what Hayun got in life, but while they came from the same situation at one point in life, Hayun managed to get everything she wanted, while Myung doesn't even is completely sure of what are her real dreams for the future). Also, around him she doesn't need to be calculating every step, or to worry about the best way to act, she's just herself and has fun with it. He's the simple guy for her simple girl and she can't fight it.
  The other girls» She's not here to make friends, but she won't fight it if she does end making friends. Society always thinks that women are always against each other, but she knows that women united are stronger than men. And nothing stops her in making friends with someone that is not after the same guys she is, after all.

• "I just want to be able to help and provide for my grandma, and make her proud" [And this is the only thing she didn't lie or twisted about]

• "Of course I did. My grandma watched as well, she was heartbroken at every elimination" ["And you sure had a lot of trouble Mister Disney Princess" smirks]

• "Oh, it's just different seeing you in person. It's like meeting a celebrity." smiles ["I just wonder what kind of surprises this season will bring if YOU are still around" smirks]
