APPEARANCE He has fine face features, with straight lines and a straight nose. Despite not being super tall, he looks taller because he's slim and has good body proportions. He keeps his hair it's natural dark color. He also has both his ears piearced.

STYLE / FASHION Chaebol meets yangban meets old money. He has a sleek and sofisticated style, with lots of pieces of modern hanbok incorporated into his style too. Some things of horse riding styles also spill into his personal style (like the boots and pants). His aim is to flawesly mix western and eastern old money styles.

EXPANDED As a good representative of an Aries, he's impulsive and impacient, always striving to be the first in anything he does. But because of that, he's also a do-er and anything he puts his mind on he finishes. He also always believes in his own potential, and he manages to balance the line on knowing he can do something but be able to admit when he can improve on something.
Something that usually creates friction is his sarcastic approach of most things. Doesn't help that he's also short-tempered, but on abrighter side, his outbursts may be easy to come, but they are also easy to pass. And he can tone down his sarcasm and be polite, when the occasion asks for it. But he has in general a charisma that attracts people and make them become fond of this short tempered 'shortie'. (just don't call him shortie!)
BACKGROUND Han Misuk was a journalist student when she met eight year older famous playboy Hwan Jaebeom. Against all good sense, she got into a relationship with him and alas, she got pregnant. At almost two months, she found out she was pregnant, at three, she was sure it was a boy (and Yejun suspects it was only this fact, that he was a boy, that made his father agree with the next part). She of course told Jaebeom, and she asked if he would agree with a legal marriage, what he did. They were married for around 10 months, and amicably parted ways not long after Yejun's 100th day ceremony. Misuk never married again, and always seemed very okay with that.
Yejun grew up being raised by his mother and his uncle, her younger brother. His father did come to see him sometimes, and he did pay what was owned, but Yejun was never really close to him.
He always looked up to his uncle, and since he was a child he liked to watch his uncle work in his shop. Because of that, his uncle Byungho started to teach him small stuff about his craft early on, and even paid for his french lessons, so he could later study in the best fashion schools. And that was what Yejun did. He is already his uncle's heir, since his uncle has no child of his own, but now he's training and working to one day inherit his uncle's shop the same way his uncle got it from his own uncle (Yejun's great-uncle).
OCCUPATION Junior fashion designer at his uncle's company
ROUTINE He wakes up, has breakfeast with his family, usually he goes with his uncle to work (unless his work has to go specially early because of a client). It's not uncommon that the whole team has to put on extra ours to finish a project, but Yejun and the other juniors are always pushed home first. On the days that it allows, he alwys go for a run with the dogs at sunset. On his free days he hangs out with his girlfriend or his friends or both. No matter the day, he's always exchanging text messages with Hyejin.
CURRENT LIVING SITUATION He still lives in a big historical house in the Bukchon Hanok Village area with his mother and uncle, his beloved chihuahua and the two sapsali dogs that belongs to his mom and uncle. But now that he's certain that he's serious about his relationship with his girlfriend, he's thinking about moving to a place of his own.
SECRET He has been dating for one year already, but he didn't tell anyone in his family because his girlfriend is five years older than him. He's also thinking about dropping the Hwan family name and adopting the Han of his mother and uncle, so he can really look the part of his uncle's heir.

≛ He is his mom's little boy since he's an only child. She has a lot more sunny and optimistic disposition than him, but she has been one of his biggest supporters since ever. She always encouraged him to participate of the gatherings on his father's side, even when he would rather stay home with her brother. She is a news anchor.
UNCLE Han Byungho | 40 | 10/10 | SuJu's Leeteuk
≛ His true father figure, Byungho was the one that helped raise Yejun, and the one Yejun always looked up to. Even his current carreer was inspired by his uncle. Byungho was the one that was always there for the moments that mattered, and Yejun will never forget that. He's Misuk's younger brother and he own a tailor shop and atelier, where he makes suits for the rich elite of the city. He also has a new project of lauching a modern hanbok line too, inspired by Yejun and his style.
FATHER Hwan Jaebeom | 50 | 5/10 | Lee Byunghun
≛ If he hadn't a male figure to look up to while he was growing up, he probably would be closer to his father and would want to spend more time with him whenever it was possible. As things are, Yejun thinks his father is not really reliable and he lowkey ressents many of the ocasions where he was dragged to Hwan family meetings by his father when in actuality he had plans with his other uncle, but he had to 'prioritize' his father because he was, well, his father.
GIRLFRIEND Im Hyejin | 26 | 10/10 | Everglow's Aisha
≛ She's an editorial model and has a bit of a rockstar vibe. They met through a mutual friend and people never imagined that they would hit up so well and end up dating. Yejun himself thought that she was way too good for him, but Hyejin liked him and wouldn't be dissuaded. She supports his dream and he supports hers and they are surpringly a very mature couple. She's almost as tall as him, so when she's wearing heels (most of the time) she towers a bit over him and he lowkey loves that. (It's the "You see this gorgeous woman? She chose ME!" line of thoughts)
AUNT Hwan Jihye | 60 | 8/10 |
≛ Because he lives in Seoul, she's the relative from his father's side of the family that he had more contact growing up. Also helped that her husband was a loyal customer of his uncle Byungho's shop. He spent many holidays with her family, when the Hwan couldn't gather, and she would always invite his mom and uncle too.
COUSIN Hwan Youngjae | 21 | 8/10 |
≛ They were born with only a week between them, so for most of their childhood they were kind of grouped together. Things for their relationship could have gone worse if Youngjae wasn't such a peacemaker. Now they get along enough, with Yejun even annoying Youngjae last year so he would be his model for his final project in fashion school. "You hoged all the tall genes, so now you are my model! Stop moving, I'm holding sharp pins!" is what he would say the most to Youngjae.

≛ Yejun can admit, if only to himself, that his effort to get along better with his uncle than with his father is lowkey out of spite, because he looks at his uncle and sees what his father could have been, but never was.

≛ His aunt reminds him a bit of his own mom, so it's hard to not like her. But they aren't that close, even if they get along enough when they do interact.
- He has a long coated chihuahua named Ralph. He's the most judgy little dog on the planet. He looks innofensive at first, but beware, your ankles will be bitten if you annoy him. What's funny because his best friend is a gigantic and angry looking maine coon named Odin (that is actually the sweetest cat ever) that belongs to Hyejin.
- Through his mother, he's part of the Cheongju Han clan, a family with aristocratic roots.
- The two sapsali dogs in his home are named Sogeum (salt, the white one) and Huchu (pepper, the other one).
- Becuse he looks so much like his uncle, when he was a child many mistook him for his father. When people would compliment Byungho for spending time with Yejun and how he looked like 'his father', the most common phrase out of his mouth was "Thank you, but I'm actually his uncle".
- He does call his girlfriend 'noona' since she's older than him.
- He was born in the citty where his ancestral come from (his mother did it on purpose).
- Although he specialized in male clothes in the fashion school, he likes to creates clothes for hims mom and girlfriend when the inspiration hits. It's also a way to destress, since female clothing usually has a different way of constructing it than male clothes.
CHUSEOK I know it's an important holiday, but my family is way too big and complicated. I preffer the years when I can spend it with my mother's side of the family instead of my father's side.
HALLOWEEN It's fun for the costumes. At the fashion school we would always make a competition of the best costume.
CHRISTMAS It's not a traditional holiday, but because of that we can spend it with whoever we want. I likedthe dinner parties AUnt Jihye or Uncle Byungho would throw. Tho last year I spent with my friends [and was around the time when he started to date Hyejin]
NEW YEAR'S Again, the food can be good, but my family is way too big and complicated.

SCENE SUGGESTIONS
I don't know how you plan on using the secrets for drama, but I can think of maybe something happens and Hyejin has to go to Yejun on his uncle's house and then it makes it hard to hide the fact that he's dating? Or maybe just silly banther between Yejun and Youngjae. Something funny would be if all the half-siblings would unite for something, even if it was just as a team on some silly game.
