Whenever something sad happens, she tries not to cry about it and remain strong instead. She cares for her team mates very much and will help them whenever they have problems. She hates being alone so she is always with either her friends or her team mates most of the time. She always tries to give good advice to those younger than her. Even though Haerin does not cry much, she sometimes locks herself in her own room and cry to herself. But she's happy most of the time, which makes her life a lot better. She is quite independent so she tries to solve her own problems by herself. Sometimes when her problems get too hard to solve, her brother would come to her rescue and try to help her. When her parents quarrel, she would plug in her earphones and blast them, so that she wouldn't have to hear them shouting at each other. Haerin had tried running away from home before when her parents quarrelled. But she felt that she couldn't leave her parents just like that. After all, they loved her a lot and Haerin loves them a lot too. She always comes back home either after a day or a few hours later. She just didn't want to hear her parents quarrelling. She hated it. She was also afraid of her parents splitting up. But her parents assured her that their quarrels were over petty matters and that they would never split up. But Haerin knew that the worst might happen. So she always prepared herself when her parents start quarrelling. Her friends know that her parent's quarrels can be quite fierce sometimes. When Haerin visits them without telling them first-hand, it probably meant that she went there to seek refudge for a few hours or maybe a day. Due to her friends and older brother's support, Haerin grew stronger and she could control her emotions better.

He then told his CEO about it. His CEO went to watch Haerin's solo performance by himself and he finds that her dancing is very impressive. He then offered her the chance to be a trainee at Woolim Entertainment to which she gratefully accepted.
