For a first impression, Suson would seem arrogant and cold despite her good looks, and she is. She's fastidious and is displeased with anything that is not perfect or does not meet her standards. She hates it if anything went wrong or at least if a little bit of detail was missing, and she would do anything to get things back on track. She moved to Seoul with her mother and her two older brothers to live with their wealthy aunt who lived alone after being recently divorced from her 3rd husband. She continued school there, her mom joined her sister's fancy life and went out with her everywhere, like parties and spas, and her brothers had some part-time jobs while continuing to go to college. Even though their aunt is wealthy, they don't want to depend on her too much, but she always spoil her nieces every now and then with generous gifts.
Being the little town girl she is, she was scared to go out of the house to the big city at first. She used to be scared to talk to anyone and go out alone, so she just waits till anyone was going out and went with them. Suson soon got better and broke her fear after she started school and made some friends, participating in clubs and events got rid of her nervousness and introduced her to a lot of her fellow students. She quickly made her self recognizable amongst the trainees for her great singing skills and continues hardwork, which got The Partner and The Add-On's attention and soon she was recited to be a part of the Empire Squad.
Being with Empire added even more stress on Suson, the girls took a lot of time to get a long and when they finally did and even picked a leader, she was more stressed and overworked herself training twice as hard because Jina, their leader, thought she wasn't good enough and needed to train more. Suson have had several break downs and even went to the hospital once but even then she never thought of leaving.
In 2016, she participated in JYP survival show, SIXTEEN, alongside The Struggler and The Final-rounder. She thought the show was her last chance to debut and therefore she put on her best, gave her all in the show and even worked more on her rapping, and so she stuck as one of the major team from the beginning till the member voting when she was dropped to the minor team. And although she did her best and more, she was eliminated after the fifth mission and was not brought back onto the show for the final.
The Empire girls consoled her as she was devastated after SIXTEEN and said that now they might debut as a whole instead of being parted away, which got her up on her feet again filled with energy to work harder than ever so she and the girls could make their dream come true.

Mark is a shy ball, but just around strangers. He would look really quiet and peaceful if he's around people he's not used to, he wouldn't talk much and act like a little angle and just answer whenever he's asked or talked to. Other than that, he's the total opposite. When he's around he's group mates or he's friends he would be totally open and talkative, he would be bringing everyone into a round of laughter with his sarcastic remarks and jokes. He's known to say whatever on his mind without pre-thinking which could get him to hurt people's feelings without knowing sometimes. Mark is also a very caring person and is always attentive to s and paying attention to them, he always makes sure they eat and sleep well, and takes care of them when their sick. Mark has a little peeve of loving to keep everything neat and well organized and he's #1 thing that he really hates is to someone to mess with his stuff or the things he just tided up, he could be freakishly insane if that happened.
HISTORY:
Mark has been like a guardian angle to Suson all through her trainee days, he got interested in her when one time he watched her training with Yongjae, they were singing together and couldn't help being envious of Youngjae, that maybe if he could sing that good he could be the one singing with and standing next to this angelic sounding baeuty. And so, ever since that day, Mark followed her around whenever he was free, he would leave her some snacks and goodies in her locker, and sometimes leave her a bottle of water with a vitamin drink and a towel in the dance room she usually uses when practicing at night. He continued on doing that even after debut but not as much as before. He couldn't build up the gorage to go talk to her or even write her a memo and tell her how he feels. Suson, of course, noticed him and knew that those little presents couldn't pop out of the blue just for her with no reason and that it must've been his doing, she secretly watched him from a distance too but she was careful and never done anything to get his attention. She didn't think about talking to him first but thought that it was best to wait for him to do the first move and that maybe he was too shy to face her.
When Suson joined SIXTEEN, she decided that she should sharpen her rapping skills and asked Suzy if she could ask Min or Jia to totor her. Around people, they would always be awkward and quiet, even though their relationship is secret, they just feel uncomfortable to even display a little affection to each other when they're around others, so they're not really trying to hard to hide it. Even once when Suzy invited them out for lunch and saw that they looked like they don't know each other at all, she said, "Are you sure you two are dating?". You would see Suson bowing 90 degrees whenever she sees him, speaking formally and call him "sunbae", and see Mark nodding his head awkwardly in acknowlegment and greet her back, and then they would just stay silent. They are widely known as the 'Jomjomjom' (meaning " . . . "; 'jom' means 'dot' in Korean, so "dot dot dot"), everyone thinks that because they're both quiet and calm in nature they just can't communicate and that's why they hardly ever had properly talked to each other, and so most of the time they're not left alone. Their teammates joke a lot about them, specially on radio shows, and there for a lot of their fans began shipping them together but thinking they could never be real.
When they're alone, however, they act the total opposite. Mark would ask her how her day was, she would tell him about every single thing she did that day putting all of her emotions in the act to describe what happened in detail, even if she was just telling him that she had orange juice and pancakes for breakfast, she would mention that she squeezed a lemon with her juice and crunch her nose saying, "yummy!"; Mark would probably reply with a flirtiouse remark saying something like, "you're yummy~" and talk to her about his breakfast. They turn this simple "how's your day?" question into a deep conversation in a second by just descusing today's morning news and moving to a quick language exchange session where Suson teaches Mark a Korean word and after she explains its meaning to him, he would teach her the English word corresponding to it. Mark would ask her how her day was, she would tell him about every single thing she did that day putting all of her emotions in the act to describe what happened in detail, even if she was just telling him that she had orange juice and pancakes for breakfast, she would mention that she squeezed a lemon with her juice and crunch her nose saying, "yummy!"; Mark would probably reply with a flirtiouse remark saying something like, "you're yummy~" and talk to her about his breakfast. They turn this simple "how's your day?" question into a deep conversation in a second by just descusing today's morning news and moving to a quick language exchange session where Suson teaches Mark a Korean word and after she explains its meaning to him, he would teach her the English word corresponding to it.
