Appearance: Iseul is a really petite girl with a height of 156cm. Despite this, she has a short torso which makes her legs look long and endless. The fact that she doesn't go out much other than with Zelo explains her pale porcelain skin and her skinny figure. She has natural cherry red lips and thick brown locks of hair. Iseul inherited her large hazel eyes from her father which used to always be hidden by her glasses. Unbeknown to her parents, she actually has a small tattoo on her right hip which she got during her 19th birthday with zelo who called it gay but cute.
Style: Despite being known as a nerd, Iseul actually has a great sense of fashion. But like the prim and proper person she is, she only owns really feminine clothes which give off an innocent vibe. She has a few crop tops and shorts which she only wears on special occasions. Iseul is always seen wearing sandals or sneakers, hardly ever heels because she can't walk in them. Zelo has tried persuading Iseul to try out ier clothing but her reason for not doing so is because of her parents.

Background: Iseul was always seen as a poker-faced introvert who always kept to herself and never talked... ever. But they never saw the times when her eyes lit up when she got a message from Soonyoung or when she burst out in silent laughter at the antics of her best friend. Neither did they notice her small smiles when she finished composing her music piece. They never got to know her well enough to understand that she never talked because she couldn't. She had so many thoughts, so many bright ideas to share yet she couldn't because no one understood. Well, excluding her best friend and her loving parents. Music was her only escape. She felt as though her sorrow, her happiness and her anger could only be felt by people through the strumming of her guitar or even from the notes of the piano. Making friends was never a priority to him until he realised how Iseul was being bullied in school. Why he decided to step up for a loner, he did not know, but maybe just maybe it was because he was a loner himself. Zelo was the one who broke Iseul out from her shell. He was the one who made her feel the thrill of getting into trouble, the one who made her laugh so hard she shed tears and the one who made her step out of her comfort zone to experience the brighter side of life. When he found out Iseul was online dating with Soonyoung (he snooped through her phone as usual), he got furious and lectured Iseul for being so irresponsible. After a few hours of hoarse nagging, tight hugs and tear-soaked shirts, Zelo decided to back off for his best friend's happiness and promised to break Soonyoung's neck if he made her cry.

How They Met: Soonyoung found Iseul on Kakao Talk and when he saw her profile picture at that time, he realised how innocent and beautiful she looked. He recognised her from the public library when he passed her the book she couldn't reach from the shelf and her smile made him speechless. Going against his principles of not believing in online dating, he sent her a message. Iseul was surprised that a boy was talking to her because it had only been a few days since she started using Kakao Talk after being forced to by Zelo who asked her to"live a little". Her eyes widened when she realised who he was from his picture and replied instantly, thanking him once again for the book she really needed for her project. Surprisingly, despite being slighly awkward at first, soonyoung's lame jokes and easy-going personality made iseul feel at ease and their conversation continued on naturally.
Interactions: they only ever text on Kakao. they have never called each other or met up in real life since neither of them have asked before and mainly because iseul didn't want to disappoint soonyoung. at most, they would take selfies of themselves or videos of their surroundings to update each other on what they were doing at that time. she would be lying if iseul said she didn't want to just meet up with soonyoung and explain to him everything but she was too scared to do so. in the 5 months they knew each other, iseul felt as though soonyoung was everything she wanted from a guy and losing would mean losing part of herself as well. he made her laugh like no one can and feel things she could only read in books and honestly, she hoped that soonyoung felt the same way.
