i feel like the only way to face such problem is to be harsh. and sometimes the requester isn't serious in requesting a thing, so i feel like those are likely inevitable. however, making a blacklist list or PM-ing them personally in order to remind them of things might be important and helpful.
in my last graphic review shop, some cases like this caused me to be harsher on them, however, people not reading the rules caused me to stress over it because of my own anger. remember to always stay calm on it, and good luck!

It has happened to me like around 4 times already that they request but don't pick up and multiple times that they request but don't credit. I don't accept uncompleted forms because that's exactly what I evade at all cost (rude requesters that demand something of a half assed form). Also, it happened to me just recently that I applied to various shops days or months previous their due date some told me that they didn't receive my application, others tell me that they received it after the due date and some don't even reply back. So idk if that's a new form to say no nowadays (?)

Btw I messed up no. 4 and 5. Just switch those two~

5/5 - people who apply for your shop as staff and after receiving requests, they disappear
People who forget about their requests - contact them. Then they have to accept the graphics. If they don't use it, let them know they have to pay karma or else /the threats I wrote lol/. If they have requested from another shop, contact the other shop and make a compromise with the shop. See if the shop allows users to request from other shops if they request there. I am not familiar with the rules of our shop yet, but if we don't allow requesting at other shops, politely ask them to cancel the request they got or see what they think you should do.


This is how I'd do it. I am harsh, but hey.

4/5 - people who 'forget' about their request
In that case contact them /best if from another username again/ and talk to them randomly like 'I found your username in a graphic shop, you work there?' or sth like that //gotta act it out a bit but well desperate situations call for desperate measures

3/5 - people who are online but won't answer( I'm not talking about forgetting to log out)
Sometimes somebody is busy when you message them. They look at the message, but forget to look at it when they come back. Then you send another one. If they don't answer that one, contact them from another account and then they will most likely answer you (because they don't know your other username) and then BAM take care of the situation the best you can

2/5 - people who won't credit your work or being rude when you remind them
And if they don't credit you, take down the graphics you made from the server temporarily, until they notice it's gone. Unless they downloaded the graphics on their server, they won't be able to use them. If they don't credit you, but they have the graphics and you can't remove them, tell them you will report both them and their stories. And also make sure to let them know asianfanfics will know about their username in an unpleasant way. If they block you, do tell me who it is, I'll take care of it. I can't stand any types of s. //I think you got that one haha

1/5 - people who are rude because they don't like something but when they added the form was only half completed.
I tried opening a shop and I met one member like that. "I don't like his hair" or "He should wear that kind of shirt", but that member never said that in the form. In that case, the member is at the fault, and should get blacklisted or such. I literally made a threat rule: "Don't be rude. If you are rude or impolite in any other way, you will be reported, I (aononano) will share your username with others and make sure even your stories' content gets reported and blocked. What you give is what you get."

My shop is fairly new so fortunately I have not experienced any of these problems.
