How have you been?

So yeah, I have visited to some username and they got amazing profile layout. Then my dusty brain starts thinking (finally) that it'd be great to have my profile customized as well. Unfortunately, I am old (read as not updated / blind to technology and such) so here I am asking to all of you. The question would be:

Does any of you know where is the layout shop that can provide me customized layout so it'd be only me who can use it? Or if it's too much then perhaps common layout shop? LoL
