Is it wierd for a guy....

Hi all my dear AFF friends and readers! I know it kind of weird asking this especially since i already wrote quite a few stories, but I just cannot get this off my mind... I always feel insecure and scared that my friends will judge me when they know I read Fanfics. Im not a reader, as in I don't enjoy reading books, but fanfics is just an entirely different genre that I grew to love. 

I am a very sporty person, and I would dare to say that i am very outgoing and friendly. But it always irks me when I think of people making fun of me for reading and writing Fanfics. Don't get me wrong I love them from the bottom of my heart, but I just cannot get around this feeling.

I do have plenty of girlfriends who always talk about fanfics, but i don't dare join in the conversation as Im afraid that they will judge me for actually reading fanfics. I personally have seen other guys getting teased and made fun of for reading fanfics. 

I mean, is it really that bad for a guy to enjoy fanfics? Please do comment that you are a guy if there are any of you out there, at least I know im not alone. 

But what I am most fearful of is when people find out about my biases. I mean im not afraid of people knowing i read fanfics about snsd, but about spartace and exo.... I really fear that people will judge me on my biases as well. Its just a fear that doesn't go away. I even close the tab on my phone everytime i finish reading fanfics so friends don't see that i actually do read them when they 'steal' my phone. 

I mean, can someone pls tell me if its wrong for a guy to enjoy reading fanfics about other guys. ( No Im not gay, Im 100% straight )

nothing wrong about read fanfic or anything,i also guy but i read fanfic,if you like it just do it no need think other person as long what they say it's not right about you,what i mean if they say you gay but the fact you not and just leave it,there is no boundary about it,i read it because i ship SA and sometime you get a new point of view from other story.

my advice donn't scare if you not doing something wrong,and just do what you like

Aww its not weird if a guy loves to read fanfic ^.^ my opinion
It's just a made up story just that anyone can read like novel or any kind of story books
Just be positive *all people have their own preference/liking.. maybe if someone said that boys doesn't be suited to read a fanfic that guy must try to read our fanfic story hahaha *

There's nothing wrong with it. Why would people even judge you just because you are reading fanfic thats not right. If they are your friend then they'l respect you and let you do your thing. Everyone have their own liking , preferences and etc and I think its wrong to judge others solely based on that.

No, it's not weird.
I understand your hesitation but you really shouldn't think of it as weird. If they're judging you, they're not worth it. It can be your guilty pleasure and it's absolutely amazing.
And you liking EXO and Spartace (whom I don't know but assuming they're guys here) is not wrong at all. I see no reason anyone should judge you on that. Many guys listen to music made by men. It doesn't mean anything.

Do what makes you happy. Happiness is - ultimately - the only thing that matters.
