Producers of Chinese drama 'Operation Love' spoke up about rumors of a production hiccup.

It's being reported that EXO's Lay and staff members were kicked out of a university during filming because the producers failed to obtain permission from the institute. As the rumors became a controversy, the producers spoke up to clarify misunderstandings.

'Operation Love' addressed the issue via Weibo, stating, "Recently, we were filming at a store near Sun Yat-sen University, and it started to get crowded. Considering safety issues, we had to talk with the institute and temporarily stop filming. We did not get kicked out."

The producers also emphasized, "Filming was permitted by the university ahead of time."
