Im into detective stuff way too much

Honestly I've been infected by the detective/thriller bug of late. Dunno why? I was on a movie marathon since yesterday and all of it were those of detective and thriller genre.

By that I mean I do not enjoy violent fighting-fighting sort of movies, rather I find myself intrigued by calm psychological brainy kinda types. I have watched Sherlock series (Jeremy Brett ones),a couple of Indian detective movies like Detective Byomkesh Bakshy which in my opinion is one of the coolest things I've ever seen on the screen in my life. Apart from that I gobbled up Feluda series, watched the documentary of the Black Dahlia killer case, cried over Heath Ledger Joker's character.Watched CSI Miami and The Good Wife season 1,alongwith CID(the older version) and Crime Patrol.

Also I've come across way too many Agatha Christie novels like woah! Nemesis and Death comes as the end still keeps me up at night.

Then ther is Kiriti,Sherlock Holmes stories collection,hu hu hu.

ಠoಠ

Ah my life is so good!

There is something incredibly satifying about watching a group of people roam around old not-really-derelict houses and snooping around for clues. The result is I keep on staring at stainless steel stuff looking for fingerprints. My Mum is seriously exasperated with me ah well *shrugs*

Oh and for those who do not know who Byomkesh Bakshy and Feluda are....they are fictional Indian Detectives. Really cool ones.

Halp. I need to stahp this habit of mine.

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

These movie posters are so cool! It's got that comic book vibe to it and I've alreday got them printed.

This is the art by the author Satyajit Ray himself,it's available on the book, but I got it printed nevertheless.

In case you guys haven't figured it  out already, one of my hobbies is collection of movie posters. Especially Andy Warhol type posters, which is very reminiscent of the style from the 70s.

not such a big fan of movies, but i read loads of books! especially a bit of murder thrillers. and again, like you, more about the psychological stuff. it's not actually much detective-esque, rather just person(s) collectively trying to figure out who murdered or who done it. im a pretty big fan of sherlock books, but im really more into agatha christie. you should really check her out! one of my favourite books from her was "and then there were none", about ten people who were invited in an island but they all mysteriously died consecutively, and there'd been no others who'd been on the island. before each of them died they tried to figure out who was the murderer amongst them, it's really cool !

also one ive read... not detective-esque either, but it's about a boy with asperger's syndrome who tries to find out who murderer his next-door neighbour's dog. so see it's sort of vaguely detective-y but like, not very "focused" on the protagonist being an actual detective if you know what i mean? it's sort of more about the im-going-to-figure-out-who-did-all-of-this sort of thing?

also mangas. im more into the sort of the mind-games brainy stuff. a good one ive read was "multiple personality detective psycho", and it's about... well, a detective that suffers from mpd, obviously. im not much into detective conan/case closed though.
