FINAL WARNING.

• According to Shino159, I (Blu3Wind) started this story because of the incident whereby a fan threw a bag of chips at Woo Hyun’s face and he looked so hurt and annoyed. And that must’ve angered my inner psycho, and this story is a result of how I wished she could be… ‘punished’ for her action.
   
• But according to me, myself, I started this story after being inspired by a real life incident. (I’m very sorry if this may be triggering to some, so don’t read if you are traumatized). If you are familiar with the case of the missing Malaysian Airlines Flight 370, you know the airplane really disappeared without any trace. One of the articles I read wrote that a lot of important people were inside that plane. So HIPS was one of my ‘what-if’ theories regarding a secret government conspiracy that wanted to get the important people killed.
   
• The title came to Blu3Wind while we were about to go to sleep, and the pun just made so much sense! And Shino159 immediately agreed to it. Even though we only had the airplane as the setting where people get killed one by one, we decided to have the killers be in hiding.
   
• This story required a LOT of intensive research, so we are so sorry if some of the things still don’t make sense or are super illogical. We tried our best. We do not watch enough forensic or detective movies to possess the right skills XD
   
• The original ending was supposed to have Hee-Jin killing Min Seok, whereas Woo Hyun remained dead. But because we suddenly saw an opportunity for a sequel, we altered the ending to ensure these two guys remained alive.
   
• The original assigned occupation:
  Hyun Mi & Hee-Jin: Detectives who works for the government trying to find the killer (ironically, they became the killers instead)
  Min Seok: Pierrot, businessman, or politician
  Woo Hyun: Soccer player, chef, or businessman
  Yerin: Art Director of L’Studio (But the real life Yerin wanted to become a spy, so the best we could give her is a journalist~)
  Seong Yeon: Nurse
  Everyone else not mentioned here kept the occupation they are known as in the story
   
• Sung Jong’s mention in the story was actually more like an inside joke/mistake. We did an open call casting in our LINE group chat to see who wanted to be a character. There was some miscommunication with Hye Sun who had answered, but wasn’t included. So we had her character switch with Sung Jong, which was exactly what happened in the story plot.
   
• After we had roughly planned the main plot, it was time for Shino159 to fly back to her country. During that time, she studied everything there was about an airplane: the secret compartments, the job of the flight attendants, the speech, and etc. Blu3Wind was busy researching on all sorts of terrible crimes that could get a person arrested, or maybe even a death sentence.
   
• 95% of the crimes depicted in this story are based on real-life events, some more specific than others. Police men are beating and killing innocent civilians based on personal prejudice. Hospitals actually give fake diagnosis to keep people to spend more money on useless medicines. People can get fake certificates and erase crimes from their records as long as they have money. Accidents leading to death are being staged so that insurance can be returned to the one paying for it. The world we live in is very VERY cruel and I hope this story made us open our eyes to that.
   
• BONUS: Super inappropriate typo while writing chapter 12 about Ho Seok...

  Those words stabbed his fragile heart like never before. He tried so hard to avenge his mother’s death, trying his best to stay away from dangerous cases or harmful weapons, never accounting the fact that he’d be a killer himself. He killed his loved ones the same way his father milked his beloved mother.
