Alphas have knots
Betas are like... normal humans i think, they don't knot nor bear pups
Omegas bear pups and get knotted

When alphas and omegas mark each other they share an unbreakable bond. Not sure if it's the same for betas

Beta is second in comant. Omega must get the pups.
Cant wait to if you write this..

beta are more like the right hand of the leaders which are the alphas. omega are most likely the lowest in the wolf pack.

I've read quite a lot of Wolf AU's and so typically alphas are the dominant one, the jock, the leader of the pack and mates omegas to which they release pheromones and claim them. Betas do not release pheromones and hence they do not mate with omegas but other betas and are like the followers. Omegas are the submissive ones and is generally described to be "weak" or more feminine like, they go through heats ( times) to which they release a scent that lures alphas, they are meant to carry pups. That's the basics haha. If you wanna know anything more then I'll be pleased to try and answer!

Oh my dear.. If you ever write one, I'm gonna read them for sure. Wolf au is my fave genre (for now). I want to help you understand the difference between the alpha, betas and omegas but certainly I am not the best source of information. And I don't even now how to start. Hahaha let me see what I can get you
