I've been playing story apps recently...I don't know if anyone else knows about these kinds of things but I got into them. Like, really into them.

I play a lot of phone games anyway, like Candy Crush, Best Fiends, and 1010 Geometry. One of my guilty pleasure apps is Kim Kardashian: Hollywood. Don't ask.
As I play the Kim K game in particular though, ads come up and a few of them have been for, I guess, anime story line apps. I got curious enough to actually download one, and then I ended up downloading 20. The problem I have with these apps though is that only the prologue and the first chapter of the plot is free; then, you have to pay a certain amount OF ACTUAL MONEY (usually upwards of $5) to read the rest of the story...And I'm a cheap mofo who has a ton of school debt.
It's super frustrating because after the first chapter it's usually a cliffhanger. And THEY'RE SUPER ADDICTING (remember I dowloaded around 20 of them. And then deleted them because what's the point in cluttering up my screen?). I mean, the concept of the story itself is fascinating. Who comes up with these things? And how is it that there isn't already a book/tv show/movie about this plot?...Well, now that I think about it, there probably is, but not well-known enough that I know about it.

Anyway, because I've only read the prologue and first chapters of these apps, I'm wondering for myself what would happen after. And would it be horrible if I continued the story line for myself in writing? What if I published said writing? Would that break some kind of copyright law?

The one I'm currently fixated on is "Kissed by the Baddest Bidder" by Voltage Inc. I'm thinking this is the one that is most popular or something because it has the most "seasons" and more additional characters as the story goes on. I mean seriously, read the app description and tell me you're not interested. If this happened IRL (1) hell to the nah but (2) you'd fantasize about the possibility all day and night.

Also, does anyone else find animated characters to be hot?...Just me? Okay then. *walks away*
