ELABORATION —
• Jay is the geeky, sporty girl who likes to meddle and poke her nose into other people's love life. She prefers to read mangas or books in her free time, as well as draw or play soccer outside. Jay is candid and says things honestly and frank. She can't really hide her feelings, even though she wants to, her face naturally expresses it. She's also a bit social, meaning that she can talk with people whom she's never met, but doesn't let anyone in easily and has a tight circle of friends. She prefers to have one or three true friends, than a lot of known acquaintances or so-called friends. Jay can be quiet sometimes, especially when she meets knew people, because she doesn't really know what to say, but she dislikes uncomforable silences so she tends to fidget and quickly think about topics that her and that person can talk about. So, she always ends up uncovering a certain interest of that person, and once she feels comforable with that person she'll chatter on like there's no tomorrow. She's very loyal and protective towards her loved ones, meaning that she will not simply stand aside and let others hurt them. She will definetly rise to the occasion. She's usually friendly, polite and calm, however when she sees something unfair or an unjust situation presents themselves to her she gets frustrated and angry, her temper rises and mouth acts up, words being as sharp as knives, while her glare is unwavering and piercing. Her stubborn, impulsive and nosy nature often get her into trouble. She's never liked feeling helpless, so that's why she charges on without much thought.

Ever since her mother died, Jay has had to grow up fast. She's independent and doesn't rely on others. She knows that she has the responsibility of taking care of her siblings and helping out her father who's always busy with work at the hospital. She doesn't want to be a burden to anyone and so she thinks it's much easier just doing things on her own. Between taking care of the twins, school work, soccer practice and club activities, she doesn't think she has time to go our for parties or other such activities. If she's at one, it's probably because her friends dragged her and she's probably thinking that she could have spent that time reading, studying or watching dramas. If you ask for her opinions on something she'll tell you the truth or her honest opinion. For example, "Does this dress look good on me? Even though some may say "Yes", if Jay thinks it doesn't she'll shake her head and say, "Mmm, maybe you should try another one. That dress is not flaterring." She's not afraid to say what she's thinking or express her own opinion about stuff. If Jay sees some of her friends getting mistreated or hurt, she wouldn't hesitate to go over to the person who hurt them and give them a piece of her mind. However, when it comes to talking about her parents or anything that makes her feel sad or upset, she prefers to just stay quiet and deal with it herself. Jay hasn't fully opened up to people, even though her true personality is to be an honest and straight-forward person, if you ask the people around her what they know about her family life they would stop and realize that she's never mentioned anyone of her family members. She's very reserved about it, and will only talk about it at her own time.

Whoever knows Jay, knows that she looks calm but she's actually quite bossy. Always nagging after others, and of course with two younger siblings it has become a habit. She doesn't mean anything bad by it, that's just her way of worrying about that person. However, there is one apparent weakness to Jay that's very evident once you get to know her. If Superman's weakness was kryptonite, then food is Jay's. Even when she's mad, buy her food and she'll glare at you but soon enough, once she's eating it will all soon be forgotten. If she's still angry at you even after the meal, then you must have done something to get scolded for. Jay's witty and determined, always wanting to have the last word in everything. She hasn't really fallen in love, or so she believes, she's had crushes but not love. She hates being in a position where she's vulnerable. She always puts up a strong act but she's really just scared of being abandoned or left behind by someone she cares about again. She doesn't talk about her mother's death or father's indifference to her and how it's affecting her, she just decides to keep her mind busy on other things. Trying to remain as optimistic as she can, not letting her own thoughts or feelings get the better of her. She's quite down to eartch and practical. However, that all applies when it comes to her, this however doesn't stop her from being a closet romantic, and a meddlesome matchmaker. Still, Hyunwoo always thought that she was caring, independent and nagging yet he could always see her childish, insecure and clumsy side, and likes to bring these aspects of her personality out.

BACKGROUND + FAMILY LIFE —

• Jay was born in Busan, South Korea. She was born into a very loving family. Her father is a doctor and her mother was a professor. Her parents lived in Boston, but her mother wanted to give birth with her family in Seoul. A few months after Jay was born, they returned to Boston. When Jay was 5 her twin siblings were born. Since young, Jay and her father always had a tradition of seeing soccer games. Jay grew to love the game simply because of how her father and her passed the day. It was always very exciting and fun. That was one of the reasons why she wanted to tryout for soccer at 9 years old. Her father was estatic, her mother complied since she saw Jay so excited. Jay started being defense and then moved up to forward. This also helped her gain confidence, since before that kids would bully her because of her ethnicity. She had a hard time making friends because of her candid nature. People would call her smart a** and even some teacher would get annoyed when she corrected them in class. She wasn't super intelligent, but she did like to participate in class and enjoyed learning. This had it's effects on her. She was bullied because of this as well, kids using the same old stereotypes to mess with her. She only got into a fight once at school, and that was because one of the kids insulted her parents. She didn't think and punched the boy square in the face. She got detention for three days, and was almost suspended if it not for one of her friends who had witnessed the fight and said that the boy started it. However, Jay's mother had a talk with her about Jay using her words instead to end arguments, for violence only leads to more violence. Jay was never one to fight anyways, but she just didn't like it when other people insulted her loved ones. Still, soccer helped to make friends and after a year everything seemed to get better. She didn't really pay attention to those remarks, and once they saw how she played everyone thought differently of her. She turned into a very bright and geeky kid.

Jay and her mother were off doing some shopping, they were supposed to get home earlier, but they had decided to go watch a movie. It had rained that evening, they were on their way back from the mall, when suddenly a car drove through a red light, hitting the their car from Jay's mother's side. Jay was 12, uncounsious and her mother died on their way to the hospital. Three months after the sudden death, Jay's father announced that they would be moving to Seoul. He had a better job there, working at his father's hospital. Jay didn't really know her grandparents from her father's side, but apparently they were wealthy and snobbish. They provided a house for him to stay with Jay and the children, as long as he would work for the hospital, and begin the process of becoming the heir. Her father was very busy with work, so they hardly saw him. The children were left alone in that house for three weeks, until their grandmother found a proper housekeeper. In that first week, was when she met Hoseok. Jay's life was suddenly turned upside down. The middle school she was sent to was an international private middle school. Since, she grew up in the US, even though her parents did talk to her in Korean, she still had a hard time adjusting to the formalities of the language and culture. Still, she tried her best to please her father, since she rarely saw him.Since her mother's death, her father had been shut in his work at the hospital, they were becoming distant from one another. She feels insecure about his affections for her, and wonders if he just wants to get away from them. Still, meeting Hoseok helped a lot. And she did manage to make friends in middle school, one of her best friends Park Sooyoung. She was glad that when she suggested to go to the same high school as Hoseok and Sooyoung, her grandmother did not object, for Daejeon Prep was a well-known and prestigious high school.

Sooyoung was a sophmore at Daejeon Prep, they had gone to middle school together and had met there in the school's soccer team, Sooyoung is midfielder. They saw each other at the entrance ceremony, and were about to meet on the first day of classes at lunch, the very same day she met Haeyoung and Jooheon. Jay would have no idea of what was in store for her a few months later. When the fated day came, her practice was over so she decided to shower and change quickly in the locker room, and go watch the boy's basketball team practice, because she wanted to see Hyunwoo. Sooyoung was going to meet up with her boyfriend, Sungjae, at the cafeteria. She was walking over to sit on the benches when she saw a red headed Jooheon crouching over something on the other side of the gym. Jay dismissed him and focused on Hyunwoo playing, she noticed that his face was tired and he seemed like he wasn't enjoying it. However, her thoughts wondered again to Jooheon. She stood up and sneaked to edge in closer to where he was at. As she did this, suddenly red dust exploded and covered everything, it threw her a couple of feet away from where she stood. Jay fell to the ground covered in red dust. She coughed as she tried to stand up, taking the insides of her shirt to wipe her eyes. She noticed Jooheon next to her. "What did you do?!" Jooheon shook his hair, making dust fall on Jay again. "Jooheon!" she coughed. "Sorry." He mumbled, before scurrying away. She coushed again, as someone next to her shook his head once again. "Oh, sorry. You ok?" The boy helped her wipe her eyes with the inside of his shirt. "Thanks." she said, and looked up to see Hyunwoo. Oh great!, she thought.

After all the commotion, and seeing that everyone was okay, Jay walked to the girls locker room to shower again, all the while glaring at Jooheon and hoping that Haeyoung lets him have it.

RELATIONSHIPS —

• The Accidental Friend - Oh Haeyoung (16) - freshman - caring, calm, vague - Haeyoung did not mean to help Jay out. They were next to each other in the entrance ceremony, and had glanced at one another but never spoke. It wasn't until the first day of school, Jooheon was getting ready to "welcome" some first year students early in the morning Jay, along with Haeyoung, and a few other students were the first to arrive early that morning. Jay and Haeyoung were about to enter the building when Haeyoung saw from the corner of her eye a red headed Jooheon looking down from the window with a bucket, waiting for a very special freshmen. Haeyoung saw Jooheon and dodged quickly, pushing Jay out of the way along with her. Jooheon poured the bucket of water all over a poor first year boy who was behind them, followed by a pack of flour. Jay's mouth was hanging open, and she looked up to see just a flash of red hair dissapearing from the window. She turned to thank the girl who pushed her out the way. Haeyoung was confused by this, since she was just trying to get out of the way herself, she was going to say this but Jay kept thanking her, that Haeyoung found herself just nodding to the girl. Jay then proceeded to the boy who was covered in flour and gave him some tissues. Haeyoung passed by them, and Jay after asking the boy if he was okay, ran after Haeyoung. They entered their classroom, and Jay didn't hesitate to sit next to Haeyoung. After that, their friendship sort of developed in a way, that Jay just started following Haeyoung like a lost puppy, since she had the impression that Haeyoung was nice, and Haeyoung everytime she thought of telling the girl to leave her alone, would see her toothy smile and would give in. Jay started noticing that other people would be scared and even hate Haeyoung. To Jay this seemed odd, since she saw that Haeyoung was quieter and had serious expressions but she was always nice to Jay. However, she doesn't understand why Haeyoung would be best friends with that bully Jooheon. But at the same time, as they spent more time together Jay sees how Jooheon and Haeyoung's friendship is, and begins to understand. There's a very strong bond between them, Jooheon is kind to Haeyoung, and vice versa. If only Jooheon could be like that with everyone else.

The Dreamy Crush - Son Hyunwoo (19) - senior - quiet, nice, polite - She first saw Hyunwoo at the cafeteria. She quickly thought that he was very handsome. He was about to reach for the last bread, when Jay grabbed it. Hyunwoo already feeling down because of his father's pressure that day and now this, she saw the look on Hyunwoo's face, and asked if he was okay. He nodded, she noticed that he still had his hand extended, and his face looked dejected. She smiled and placed the bread on his plate. His eyes widened and he looked up, "Oh no, it's okay." He took the bread to give it back to her, but she was already walking away. "Hope you feel better!" she called out as she walked away. After that day, she and him had polite greetings, and if she would get to the cafeteria first and there wasn't much bread left, she would always take two, and give one to him when he arrived. So, they kind of have a friendly relationship. *More detail on their relationship in the love interest section.

The Sweet Bad Boy - Shin Hoseok (19) - senior - wild, thoughtful, arrogant  - They've known each other for four years now, since she moved to Seoul when she was 12. They are friends and neighbors. She barely saw him at first, and when she did he always had a sour and unfriendly look on his face. It wasn't until Hoseok saw how Jaemi's grandmother scolded her, outside their house when she was 14, he was 17. He saw two twin boys arguing. The grandmother stating how uneducated and ungrateful the boys were, Jaemi tried to defend them but then got scolded. The grandmother then said, "Fine, there won't be any dinner for you, since you can fend for yourselves." And left the two twin boys and the girl. He was about to enter his house but then he turned around and said "Are you guys hungry?" The kids looked at him. Jaemi protectively stood between him and the twins. He found this funny but at the same time impressed that she had the guts to glare at him, he smiled at the twins and asked again. "Are you hungry?" The twins nodded. "You know, my mom made a delicious kimchi fried rice with bulgogi, yesterday. Would you like some?" "We don't accept food from strangers." Jaemi said. "Noona, I'm hungry." "Me too." The 9 year old twins pleaded. "Wait, here." Hoseok said, and after a while he brought the food. The kids and him outside, in the front of their house. After that they thanked Hoseok, and Hoseok patted Jay on the head. "Next time, you guys can eat inside the house My mom's a good cook right?" The kids nodded. After that, they only went to Hoseok's house to eat whenever his mom would make kimchi friend rice.

The Friendly Loner - Lee Minhyuk (18) - junior - quiet, oblivious, cold-hearted - Jay saw Minhyuk from time to time, with Jooheon or Haeyoung. However, they never really talked before the Cheer Squad. Jay is meddlesome in his and Haeyoung's relationship, ever since she noticed that Haeyoung likes him. So, he just sees her as the weird, awkward girl that for some reason makes derp faces at Haeyoung whenever he's around.

                                                       replace with fc
The Awkward Teammate - Yoo Kihyun (18) - junior - talented, nerdy, grumpy - Jay and Kihyun used to acknowledge each other as polite schoolmates, and since Jay passed through the Music Room and heard them playing, she has always been a fan of his playing. Still, since he hates Jooheon, with good reason which she understands, and dislikes Haeyoung there they have a problem. Jay is friends with Haeyoung, Kihyun doesn't understand why. However, since he sees Jay always bickering or scolding Jooheon, he then lets her slip and greets her when she greets him. But nothing more than that. Once they are on the same Cheerleading team things start to change. They split into two sides, with her stuck in the middle.

                                                       replace with fc
The Pretty Bishounen - Chae Hyungwon (18) - junior - awkward, absent-minded, charming - Jay would see him occasionally in the cafeteria, she noticed that he was high up in the social ladder, and often sat at the "popular"  table. Which was no surprise to her, since he was very attractive, she named him "Pretty Bishounen", cause of his likeness to anime characters. But she had never really talked to him before the Cheer Squad. At the Cheer Squad practices Jay and Hyungwon maintain a polite relationship. He tries to get in the conversation when she's talking with Hoseok, but Hoseok just ends up leaving and ignoring him. Jay feels a little bad for Hyungwon, and cheers for him to keep it up. He started acknowledging her even outside the Cheer Squad, so they are slowly going from a polite relationship to a friendly one.

                                                       replace with fc
The Insecure Frienemy - Lee Jooheon (17) - sophmore - childish, mischeivous, sly  - Jooheon and Jay argue. That's the basically their relationship. Jay calls Jooheon out on every single one of his antics. They don't hate each other, but they find each other a bit annoying and dislike one another sometimes. They tolerate each other because of Haeyoung, but even sometimes when they get out of class and Jooheon comes to them Jay leaves, and vice versa. Even at their first meeting Jooheon left an awful impression of himself on Jay. The only thing good that came out of that encounter was that she was able to befriend Haeyoung. She first really saw him when he came to visit Haeyoung, she saw his red hair and realized that he was the boy who threw the water and flour at the first years. "You! You threw flour at the first years!" Jooheon smirked, "Haha famous already." "Shut up, Jooheon." Haeyoung said. "You two know each other?" Jay asked. "We're best friends." Jooheon answered. "You are?" Jay didn't like him since then. However, as time went by and they argued, through arguing they got closer. Although, they would never acknowledge it.

• The Brother From Another Mother - Im Changkyun (16) - freshman - friendly, sweet, shy  - Changkyun was the new transfer student. He was quiet, however, he would occasionally smile. Whenever he did, Jay would find herself smiling. It had been only a week, and since he sat on the classroom all the way across from her, they hadn't really had a chance to talk. He approached her first, when they were first summoned for the Cheer Squad tryouts. He introduced himself and apparently had seen her Harry Potter watch and commented on it. Jay's eyes lit up, and once they started talking about HP and AOT, they were gone. Jay hadn't told him, her name yet. "I'm Jaemi, but you can call me Jay." "Oh" after hearing her accent when she said Jay he asked, "Do you know English?" He swore that he could see Jay's eyes sparkle, "Yes! Do you?!" "Yeah." he smiled. After this, they became close really quickly.

SO, WHAT YOU'RE SAYING, IS THAT YOU HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE EXPLOSION IN THE GYM? IF THAT'S TRUE, WHY WERE YOU THERE? — "Yes, that's what I'm saying. I had nothing to do with the explosion. I was just at the gym because...because" /her voice grows lower/ "I wanted to see someone practicing...many students go to the gym at recess or lunch break. I had nothing to do with it!" /she huffed, and rubbed some red dust out of her cheeck/
WELL SUBSTANTIAL PROOF HAS BEEN GIVEN THAT THE FOURTEEN OF YOU PARTICIPATED IN THE PRANK. WHY DO YOU FIND THIS UNFAIR?  — "With all do respect Miss Junghwa, what is the substantial proof and who gave it? Because whoever did is wrong." /she kept her gaze steady and continued. she felt like she should stop but it was too much/ "Of course it's unfair. There's no real evidence that I was involved in this and yet you're punishing me for it."
AND YOU BELIEVE THAT THE CHEER SQUAD PUNISHMENT IS TOO MUCH? — "Taking me out of the soccer team, and making me go into the cheer squad, yes, I believe it's too much." /she couldn't control her face this time and glared/ "Especially since I didn't do it."
DO YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'LL BE ABLE TO GET ALONG WITH YOUR MEMBERS? — /she sighs and breathes in/ "I'll try." /she was done with this conversation. the possibility of her father considering to watch at least one of her games has now gone to sh*t/
AND, I'VE BEEN HEARING FROM A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT THEY HATE MISTER LEE JOOHEON. DO YOU AS WELL? AND WHY OR WHY NOT? — /she rolls her eyes a little annoyed at this question/ "I don't understand what this has to do with questioning me if I did or didn't do the prank at the gym, but no. I don't hate him, I don't like him, especially now, but I don't hate him. I don't really know him, all I've seen is that he's a prankster that likes to get attention by doing stupid things. I do hate when he's mean and when he acts like a bully. And when he lets things go to far. But when he's with his best friend, he's different. Anyways, really, what does this have to do with the whole mess?"

LOVE STORY
Our story begins...
She first saw Hyunwoo at the cafeteria. She quickly thought that he was very handsome. He was about to reach for the last bread, when Jay grabbed it. Hyunwoo was already feeling down because of his father's pressure that day and now this, she saw the look on Hyunwoo's face, and asked if he was okay. More like Jay started to develope an unrequited crush on him, which led to her watching him practice, and words being exchanged here and there. So, once the Cheer Squad started, they already knew and acknowledged each other.

I love that feeling I get when I see you smile.
Hyunwoo at first saw her as a little nosy, bright and perky person. He would always see her smiling at her friends, and sometimes at him. Although, she would try to avoid too much eye contact with him, for she would get distracted. He thought that she was shy around him. They worked a lot on their technique, and didn't have quarrel as much as the other groups, since it was Sora, Hyunwoo, Jooheon and Jay. Although Jay and Jooheon did have their moments of dissagrements, even Sora got annoyed at times. Hyunwoo always was the mediator, he never snapped, except for two occasions. Both having to do with his misdirected frustration towards his father, that led to him being mad at Jay. Jaemi wanting to get close to him and know more about him, kinda got him riled up, since he didn't want to talk about his personal life, especially his parents. So, he kinda snapped at her in front of everyone at practice. Making everyone freeze in total shock and awe at sweet Hyunwoo getting pissed. Jay was so embarrased and upset, that she just hung her head, whispered a sorry to Hyunwoo and ran out of the gym. Jooheon actually felt bad and called after her, while Sora was about to run after her, when Hyunwoo held her back, feeling sorry, "I'll go." and ran after Jaemi. He found her behind the bleachers, crouched, her head burried in her arms holding her knees. His first thought was, "Oh , did I just make her cry?" He crouched beside her, but didn't know what to say. "Haeyoung, I'm not crying. I just feel really embarrased right now. I'm so stupid." "You're not stupid." When she heard the male voice respond, her head snapped up. And she quickly bolted upright. "I thought you were Haeyoung." "I got that." He smiled at her and repeated. "You're not stupid. I'm sorry that I snapped at you." "No, I'm sorry that I bothered you with so many questions. I don't know what got into me, I don't like talking about my dad either so...I understand." Hyunwoo patted Jay on the head and started talking to her about why he didn't like to talk about his dad. Jay stood there quiet letting him get things out of his chest. She gave him advice, "You know...my mom told me that you should always do what makes you happy, and that as long as I'm happy and do what's right, she'll always be proud of me. And I think that you just have to do what makes you happy, and maybe your dad will have a hard time accepting that fact at first but he'll always love you. And you should be proud of yourself always, you're an amazing guy." Hyunwoo grins. "Thanks." Jay blushes and smiles proudly, "Yes, my mom always gave great advice." Hyunwoo couldn't help but catch the "gave" part but before he could ask, Jay started saying that they should probably go back to practice. Hyunwoo smiled at her, and not the polite smile that he always gave her, but an actual wholehearted smile, that made Jay's heart skip. But she decided to pull herself together, because she felt like for the first time they were actually friends and she would do nothing to ever jeopardize that. After the blow up, Hyunwoo and Jay got closer. He was very thoughtful and caring towards her, but Jay didn't think anything of it since then again he was nice towards everyone. But you could tell that he regarded her as someone special to him, since now she wasn't the only one that said hi, whenever he would see her even if she didn't see him he wouuld greet her. He would talk to her about a lot of things, listened to her, talked even outside of practice. Hanged out with her in the school cafeteria, even started to grab two breads, even though there were tons left, just to give them to her. They have a playful friendship, where he sometimes likes to rile her up, just to see her face get red and pouty. He even resorts to pinching her cheeks, when he thinks she's cute. Which surprised even Jiyoon, who saw that the way he looked and acted with Jay was different than the way it used to be. Still, again since he was nice to everyone Jaemi didn't even think that he was also slowly falling for her. And since they were already such good friends, she never thought of confessing to him, afraid of ruining the friendship.

I actually fell for you before I even realized it.
However, it wasn't until Jay talked about her parents with Hyunwoo that she knew that her crush, wasn't just a crush anymore. She loved him. Her absent father had arrived that morning, to once again leave her and her siblings alone. She was suprised to see him, but thought that he was finally able to show up for the twins 11th birthday. But no surprise he was just there to lock himself up in his room, come out already dressed for work. Jay got up the courage to stop him, and tell him that he should stay for the twins sake. Her and her father got into a heated discussion interrupted by her father's phone. "Whatever, just go." "Jaemi, I-" "Go."  She ran up the stairs, and slammed the door of her room. Her grandmother downstairs shouted about the noise. She wipped her tears and opened her door to finish the twins birthday breakfast. That afternoon, she went to a bakery with the twins favorite meal in one hand, ready to buy a chocolate fudge cake for them. When she bumped into Hyunwoo who was buying sweet bread. They talked and he helped her out with the cake and the bags of food. He insisted on walking her home, and so they did. He saw that she was forcing herself to smile, and wasn't really there, only nodding to whatever he said. They passed a park, he pulled her towards it. She told him that she needed to get home, but he insisted. He sat her down on the swings and asked her if she was okay. She looked away and replied that she was. He looked at her serious, and pulled her face towards him, he asked her again. Her eyes teared up, and she pulled away from him, "Okay, so I'm not okay. It's no big deal." She wipped her eyes, "Anyways, I don't want to talk about it cause if I do I'll start crying and crying won't solve anything." Her voice trembled and she felt her anger for her father rise up again. "Crying won't change anything! It won't make my father less of a jerk!" Her eyes started to water. "It won't make my grandmother nicer! It won't be able to support the twins! And..it won't bring her back..." She put her arm up to shield her face as the tears fell. "Crying won't bring her back..." Hyunwoo stood up from the swing and crouched in front of her, grabbing her hands in his. He had a feeling that Jay's mom had died, from the way she never talked about her mother and when she did she talked about her in past tense, and then quickly changed the subject. He had hoped to be wrong. Jay looked up, tears running down her cheeks. Hyunwoo wiped one. "It's okay to cry when you feel sad. It doesn't make you any less stronger." he stated, as he wiped another tear away. "And It's okay to miss her. I know that she would have been so proud of you." he said as he pulled her into a hug. This made Jay sob, she had not received any comforting words from her father since her mother died, and all of their relatives would say that she should be strong and brave for her younger siblings. So, to have someone tell her that it was okay to cry was something that Jay had always wanted. To know that she was okay and that everything was going to be allright. To have someone to be there for her and comfort her. She was crying for that, and for the fact that she had completely fallen in love with Hyunwoo, and there was no stopping it anymore.

She didn't think she could hold it in anymore. She was talking about it with Haeyoung, Jiwon and Hyeryung. They thought they were alone, the first ones to get to practice at that time. They didn't know that Hyunwoo, Hoseok, Minhyuk and Jooheon had arrived earlier than them, but were still inside the boys locker room. So, as Jaemi had her back to the boys locker room, having sat the girls down in front of her, giving them the speech that was actually to pump herself up. She didn't notice Hyunwoo and Hoseok walking behind her. "So, I mean I'll probably get rejected, but we can still be friends right? I mean I love him and even though he may reject me, I still want to be friends with him. It won't be weird. I'll just say, 'I'm in love with you. You just wanna be friends, cool. I can live with that constant pain.' Right? It won't be weird. Right? Guys?" Jaemi noticed Haeyoung and Hyeryung's eyes go wide and Jiwon started shaking her head rapidly. Jaemi closed her eyes and took a deep breath in utter embarrassment and frustration. "He's behind me, isn't he?" Jaemi asked. "Do you want the truth or a lie?" Jiwon asked, trying very hard not to laugh. Jaemi whirled around, "Hey, guys! Good to see you. Well, okay. Bye." And with that she stormed off. Jiwon and Hoseok quietly chuckled, while Haeyoung and Hyeryung feelt sincerly bad for Jaemi. Hyunwoo just stared after her, and then finally spoke, "Wait...Jaemi's in love with Hoseok?" They all looked at him, with a mix of pity and frustration. Jiwon quickly spoke, "No, you idiot, with you!" Hoseok joined in, "Dude, what are you waiting for?" Hyunwoo grinned and left the gym running after Jaemi. "Woah! What happened?" asked Jiyoon, as she entered the gym with Sora, Jaena and Changkyun. "I heard all of it. I'm so proud. I always knew, you know." stated a cocky Jooheon walking towards Jiyoon.

Hyunwoo caught up with her. "Jaemi, wait!" Jaemi saw him, and started running again as fast as she could. "Jaemi, since when do you run so fast?!" A frustrated Hyunwoo called out as he ran after her. "Got you!" He cried out as he grabbed her arm. "Is it true?" he asked looking at her dead in the eye. Jaemi avoided eye contact. "Umm..I...can't...umm." "Jaemi, I love you." Hyunwoo stated. Jaemi's heart did a summersault. But then, she figured that he was just saying that as a friend to another friend. Like Haeyoung and Jooheon did. So, she quickly recovered herself, trying to act cool. "Aw. I love you too, Hyunwoo!" Hyunwoo sighed. "No, I mean, I'm in love with you." Jaemi just stood there stunned and thinking that maybe she heard wrong, so she didn't say anything, afraid. Hyunwoo furrowed his eyebrows. "Jaemi...did you hear what I said?" "That was real?" were the only words that left Jaemi's mouth. Hyunwoo laughed, "Yes, dummy." He grabbed her face in his and repeated, "I love you. I'm in love with you, Jaemi." Jaemi blushed crimson and her eyes watered. Hyunwoo smirked, "You're such a crybaby." "Am not." "Are too." Hyunwoo was getting closer to her, his face inches from her. But then a voice cried out, "Get a room!!" "Jooheon, shut up!" Jiyoon smacked him in the arm. "Nice one, Jiwon." Haeyoung said. Jiwon and Jooheon high fived each other. "We weren't totally spying on you." Jiyoon said. "Nah, just a bit. Okay, everyone back to the gym. Let's let these two love birds get back to kissing." Jaemi blushed and cried out, "Jooheon!" She was about to go and smack him, but Hyunwoo held her back, turning her around, as everyone else had their backs turned already heading towards the gym, held her face in one hand and kissed her. Once they pulled back, he smiled at her, she smiled back. They held hands all the way to the gym.

And I leave the rest to you! I have an idea of how they could end up, which is in the Final Words section. But I want to be surprised and am curious of what ending you would give them. (Hopefully they end up togehter ;) ) (PS - Oh my god, I'm sorry for the excesive corny and fluff)

RELATIONSHIPStrangers -> Unrequited Crush -> Friends -> Lovers. They mostly get along, having occasional arguments. They know a lot about one another, and comfort each other. She isn't afraid to cry in front of him, and he isn't afraid to open up to her. They do natural skinship, like he pats her head, pinches her cheeks, holds her hand, or leans on her, sometimes putting his chin on her shoulder or head. She ruffles his hair, holds his hand and sometimes, when she's feeling brave, hugs him. Once they noticed they're feelings for one another they haven't been doing much skinship since they felt awkward about it. But once, they get together they go back to being lovey-dovey, but they mostly do skinship with each other when they are alone, Jaemi doesn't really do must PDA, although Hyunwoo doesn't mind either way.

STATUS — Both of them are single.

FINAL WORDS
I am sorry that this turned out to be so long. But I had fun!! ^0^

As I stated before, I have an idea as to how they end up, thought I would share it here. So, at they would eventually end up together, date for the rest of Hyunwoo's senior year, and Jay's freshmen year. The summer after that they would still be dating. However, with Hyunwoo entering University, things start to get complicated. They have less time to spend with each other, Jay thinks that she may be holding Hyunwoo back, Hyunwoo thinks the same. So, they both decide to end it, in friendly terms on Jay's third year of high school, and Hyunwoo second year of University. Those two years passed, and they still saw and kept in contact with each other but very rarely. Jay graduates from high school and enters University as a freshmen, while Hyunwoo's on his last year. The stupid couple see each other on campus. They smile at each other, and Hyunwoo says, "Jiyoon has been calling me an idiot since we broke up." "Has she now?" "I told her that I'd wait for you." "Did you?" "Yes, I was waiting for you to become legal." Jay pushed him lightly on his chest. "
Hey!" "What? It's sort of true." Hyunwoo smiles, and dives in for a kiss. As they kiss, they can't help but smile.

Omg it's so corny! xD

SCENE SUGGESTIONS —
• "You're such a crybaby." Hyunwoo says, while hugging her tightly. "No, I'm not." she mumbles through his chest. He pats her back.
• Situation where she goes to his house, and finds him opening the door for her in just a towel. Hyunwoo abs juseyo!
•
Somebody finds out about her dyslexia and they make fun of her. Haeyoung for the first time ever, defends her. Their friendship grows.
