ELABORATION —

• "No, you can't copy. Shut up and learn." : She's very intelligent and logical and uses this to help those that honestly need the help. She won't let you copy answers, but she'll help you learn. She's good at arguing and uses her logic to help her win arguments. She can find loopholes in a lot of places that help keep her friends out of trouble. She's very trustworthy and will take a secret to her grave if the person in question doesn't want anyone to know. Her creativity helps as well. She uses this to think up lies on the spot to keep people and herself out of trouble, and she enjoys creating and making things. She's very good with her hands.
• "I'm so fcking done with all of you." : When she says that, you know you're in trouble. She only says this when she super angry, and it's said in this scarily calm voice that sends chills up your spine. She gets angry easily, and with small fits of anger comes her violent side. She plays flute and tends to carry her flute case around, so she likes to smack people with the case when she's angry. She can also pack a punch, despit her small physique. Even though she's learned to control her small fits of anger, that means she bottles it all up, and when it's too much to handle, that's when she gets really calm and scary. 
• "What? Did I say something wrong?" : Her insensitivity and honesty can only be rivalled by Ahri's. She says what is on her mind no matter the situation. She feels that people should know the truth and not just be fed empty words 24/7. The thing is, though, she doesn't even get that she's said something wrong, which doesn't really add to her popularity. Ha. She'll tell queenkas the honest truth that they're btches and really fake, even though they'll pretty much persecute her after.
• "Look, you'll be fine." : Despite her cold outer appearance, she's alright at comforting people, though it's not her best aspect. She can sometimes be insensitive (^^) when comforting people, but when she does have to, she does her best. She tends to bottle up her own emotions around everyone so she can better take care of her friends, but it isn't good for her. Typically, when the emotions want to spill out, she locks herself in a small room, cries her eyes out, then comes out looking completely normal, which always fools her friends. She's quite secretive when it comes to herself. She doesn't like relying on others and is very independent, with her own opinions and thoughts, and is very determined when she sets her mind to something. She'll get it done, no matter what, but she knows the barriers.
• "Psh, yeah, who would like me?" : She's really inexperienced when it comes to love and interactions. Her parents don't show much affection, though it's clear that they care about each other, and the only things she can go by are the couples in the school as well as books. And she doesn't really believe in the perfectness of all the relationships in the books, so she's completely inexperienced. She's never been in love before either. She's completely unromantic and blushes at the slightest contact with her love interest. She doesn't really initiate romance either unless it's a simple kiss on the cheek or something.

BACKGROUND + CURRENT EVENTS —

• She came from a relatively middle-class family. Her mother is a software engineer, and her father is a professor of aerospace engineering, so it's no surprise that she has a mathematical brain. She was born in Santa Monica, California, and lived there until she was ten. Then, she and her parents moved to Seoul. It was kind of a big adjustment for her, but she keeps in contact with her one best friend and her friend occasionally visits. Despite them being middle class, her parents couldn't afford the high fee of Ui-Go, so she's a scholarship student. She has a part-time job after school to become more independent, and she wants to save up for a motorcycle. Her parents really wanted her to be good at at least two instruments, so she picked piano and flute. She wants to learn violin as well and is an accomplished self-taught singer. Her parents don't dote on each other much, but it's clear that they care for each other and Seoyeon. At school, Seoyeon has only a few friends, like Ahri, but she has a very tight relationship with them. She only really smiles around them, and around everyone else, she ignores them unless they talk to her. They usually only talk to her to about being on a scholarship, but she always fires back some smart-a** remark that shuts them up. She always attends every class and even goes to the optional classes.

 

RELATIONSHIPS — 

• best friends - Min Ahri (16) - 3rd year - intimidating but sweet - They are best friends forever. They love sassing people together, and the only thing that sets them apart is their social status. They also study together... when Ahri's in the mood to study, which isn't often.
• frenemies - Jung Hoseok (17) - 4th year - happy-go-lucky and amazingly funny - They can be best friends at times, but when it comes to studying, that's where their differences start. Seoyeon is always trying to get him to get better grades, but he just won't study, which pisses her off to no end. That's where they argue a lot.
• best friends - Min Yoongi (18) - 4th year - lazy but kind - Yoongi and Seoyeon met through Ahri. They hit it off immediately, despite his laziness and her fire. He's told her about his decision between his passion what is safe, and she always encourages him to go for his passion. They're sometimes mistaken for dating, but they AREN'T. Got it, Ahri?! (Ahri: Pfft yeah right Seoyeon: Oh, would you give it a break?!)
• acquaintances - Kim Namjoon (18) - 4th year - smart and creative - Seoyeon would love to be friends with him, but she would probably end up yelling at him 24/7 for not noticing the most obvious thing in front of him: that Ahri has a crush on him. So they don't talk much.
• enemies - Park Jimin (17) - 3rd year - flirty but a total fluffball - This boy is the bane of Seoyeon's existence. They can't stand each other, and if they're put in the same room, they start spitting scathing remarks at each other and can only be calmed down by Namjoon or the others. Seoyeon was completely surprised when he passed the exam, though, and she began to respect him more after that, and they slowly began to tolerate each other.
• best friends - Kim Taehyung (17) - 3rd year - 4D cutie - When Seoyeon wants to relax, she goes to Taehyung because he makes her laugh a lot with his weird and random remarks. It never fails to amuse her, and since they're in the same boat (smart but not knowing what to do), they talk to each other about that a lot. It comforts both of them to know that they're not the only one in this situation.
• acquaintances - Jeon Jungkook (16) - 3rd year - awkward but elegant - They don't talk much, unless it's about school. I mean, the only reason they even know each other is because of everyone else. She doesn't read the tabloids, though, so she didn't know anything about the model stuff until Ahri and the others told her. Even then, she didn't care much, which kind of drew them closer.
• acquaintances - Kim Seokjin (18) - 4th year - motherly fatherly and intelligent - Honestly, they don't talk much. Seokjin doesn't nag her for not doing work because she does her work. They sort of have a silent agreement to do their best to get everyone to actually do well in school, which kind of brings them together.
• best friends - Lucia Huang (16) - 3rd year (in California) - bubbly and hyper - They're partners in crime. When they're in the same country, they're always together unless forced apart. Lucia is the only one that can make Seoyeon hyper af.
