Cursing bcs im frustrated and im venting out

The education system in our country was altered by the current government to meet the given standard set globally, adding two more years of school for us, which is fine. What pushed me to write this out is bcs of the poor management of the department of education regarding the change of grading systems and all those to which our batch got the unfortunate fate to be the test subjects. 

Ive lost a lot of opportunites this school year bcs of their lacking service and now my academic scholarship is jeopardized as well. My grades got admittedly lower at the middle of the school year bcs i was sent to a training camp for the regional press conference. It was a curricular activity, and i wasnt able to attend more than two weeks of my class, (was not evenly distibuted between the 1st and 2nd grading) bcs i was on seminars. What pisses me off is that when i got back, some of the teachers gave me low marks bcs i passed my activities late. By second grading, from the top of the class i was plunged to the 23rd spot. The trainings were extended until the third grading and i managed to climb back to the top10. 

I wouldnt be as pissed off as i am right now if i didnt win in the competition, but i ing did. Im the only invidual writer who snatched a spot on the regionals from  our category and from our district, just a few steps away from nationals, and the teachers couldnt be more considerate with an 89% over an essay that i poured thoughts to as opposed to the bull my classmates gave that got them something along the lines of 90+% just bcs they were in class.

theres a rule where youd be given additional points for your grades depending on the "level" youve reached. for example, when youre included in the district winners, your grade subjects would have an additional 1-2 points before they calculate for your average for that grading. we werent able to receive that privilege bcs the dept of education was late on the issuance of memorandum. i was pinning after that for the last grading, but it didnt happen. i chose extracurricular over academics for nothing.

i couldve been top of the class again, and now with my subject grades, i might not be able to contine using my scholarship. great.
