signed up for creative writing classes in hopes of a burst of inspiration, and finds out all fictitious works would be for the second semester and for the first, it would be all articles. even worse, the exam would be sports writing. i have zero interest in sports.  

and then theres trying to write a decent chapter but even with effort, the quality is still crap. sitting with a laptop balanced on the lap and staring at another reject chapter for hours.

this is like a series of unfortunate decisions
