I love the way your lips curved into a smile

whenever you'll see something that caught your eye.

Your small fingers tapping me

trying to get my attention

never realizing you had it since your body moves in motion.

I was never into poetry

but I love the way I think of you

whenever I stare at my paper blankly,

as i started placing the tip of my pen and drew,

drew lines, that form words, and turned into metaphors

that can finally express the idea of you,

the idea of you and how  you freed me out of my cages.

I love the way you raise your right eyebrow

whenever you say something I agree with.

Those delicate eyebrows,

made for my fingers to caress whenever you cry

made for my lips to kiss whenever you ask for it.

and you do. always.

I love the way my heartbeat sounds like

whenever we cuddle together in your bed.

Every beat of it screams how close you are.

It's the sound of love.

Love that never dies and never lives.

Because if one lives, then one shall decease

If one dies, then one will fade.

It's love that ties two hearts together

In sickness and in pain,

I love the way you tell stories endlessly

I dont like talking, but my mouth automatically talks when you talk.

This is what you've done to me.

I got to do things I never thought I could do.

You naturally flows into my bloodstream

infecting every single parts of me.

You do that too often that you became few of my branches.

I can live without you.

but everyone. every single one.

will look at me as a useless and lifeless tree,

standing at a dull area

away from the reality.

I love the way I can hold your hand whenever I like to

I love the way you squeeze it back reassuring me that you feel the same

I love how sincere the words "I love you" came out from our mouths

I love how we are everytime we are together

I love how this poem made because it's about us

I love how glad we are because we have each other

I love myself when I'm with you

but I love you the most  out of all the things I love

wait just enough and I'll be there with you.
