help

I'm so sorry for asking this but I really need someone to give me tips on how to stop binge eating because this is getting so out of control and I need to stop but I don't know how and I can't.  I don't know how to control myself when it comes to eating in general.  I eat my normal amount during regular meals but I can't stop myself from eating a ton of junk food in between meals and I need help on how to stop doing that.

Try having smaller meals more frequently to keep yourself full, and also, try eating dried cranberries and nuts,

I stress eat so I get it. What I found was a good idea is to replace the junk food in your cabinets--chips, cookies, soda, etc--with healthier snacks. I personally really like dried fruit (apple, mango, orange, strawberry) and Snapea crisps (try the tomato basil flavor, I fell in love). My other friends who I had therapy with really liked:
-A little canned tuna on a slice of whole wheat bread or whole wheat crackers
-Cottage cheese on slices of cucumber
-Edamame
-A hard-boiled egg with asparagus
It's hard, I know, baby, but I believe in you! Here's a picture of a derp fox:

I binge eat. Recently, when I find myself reaching for chips, or whatever, I tell myself, sharply 'i don't need this.' If it happens again, I say it out loud : I don't need this. Im not hungry. I ate." Typically, saying it, or mentally catching myself makes it easier for me to pull back. But if I rrreeeeaaallly can't, I go for a quick walk. I literally leave the place of temptation.
