Background: 
❝Apparently, this is where it all started. A mutant born from retired professional assassins.❞ Cesara's parents, Xiao Jian (who went by Mark) and Allison, were on seperate missions when they first met - and in fact their mission was to kill each other. However that mission came to a halt when they had to mysteriously join forces and kill someone else. That is how they met. Assassins. It wasn't until they were tired of always having to be seperated or told what to do as assassins that they decided to retire and settle down. It wasn't common for an assassin to do such things, in fact it was extremely rare, but something over came them and they liked it. Unlike most female assassins, Allison was still able to get pregnant and give birth to a healthy child: Tian Li Hua. Her child was born a mutant however did not know of it as most mutants notice their powers at puberty.

❝E-23. Experiment 23. That's what they called me.❞ It was when Cesara was turning 7 that her parents were murdered before her eyes. They were killed by an organisation that was against theirs at the time they were still assassins. She was horrified by what happened, scared and frightened, but something overcame her - anger. Her fright and anger mixed together and unknowingly she was able to access her mutant powers. She was able to control the weapons that the killers had and killed them with it, but that was it, she couldn't do it again for a while and because of this it was easy for them (the organisation's backup) to kidnap her for their own benefit. They had experiment on her, a 7 year old, and used her as a weapon by training her in all sorts of combat and techniques. They thought that since she was the child of professional assassins and being a mutant, she would be useful for them. The organisation was similar to Hydra with the experimenting on humans and The Red Room where the Black Widow was at - they had injected a drug to enhance her abilities. She was the 23rd experiment, hence the nickname E-23.

❝I've seen death too many times that I do not become phased by it. I forever will be stained with the blood of my victims.❞ She was trained to be a cold-blooded killer, but she was too much of a rebel and a troublemaker to listen and since most of the workers were afraid of her, they did not do anything to stop her. They would only send her to do missions that wouldn't trigger her rebelious side and most of the missions were just to kill - no having to spy or seduce but just to kill. She was very young the first time she was set on a mission and was extremely scared at first - she was only 10. At the time she was able to use her mutant powers and would just kill the person with her eyes closed because she was scared of the blood she'd see. After some time, she got use to it and she hated that she did.

❝I was honestly getting sick of it, having to listen to them, having to kill innocent people. I have morals, too, y'know.❞ When she was 17 she took the liberaty to escape the organisation by using her mutant powers that have grown powerful throughout the years. She didn't like the fact that they were using her, and the fact that she found out she wasn't the only one. There was others like her - other mutants that have been experimented on or being used. It wasn't as easy as she thought it'd be, they were prepared for something like this to happen and although she could control any type of weapon, she couldn't control y-traps. Because of this, it made this harder, even resulting in her becoming hurt badly. Then, the moment she was about to escape, she saw ​them, the X-Men. They were on a mission to rescue all the the mutants, but before she could really find out who they were, she out from the massive blood loss.​

❝I'm an X-Men apparently. Kidding, though I do help them...❞ At the school for mutants,  Cesara changed her named from Li Hua to Cesara, on many occassions if doing undercover missions for the X-Men (or the new rookie superhero group) she would use her other names (Jenevia, Katya, Louise, Esperanza) that she got from the program as an undercover name. Charles Xavier showed her love and compassion through being a father-figure to her. Logan was like a mentor and an grumpy uncle-figure to her, Jean Grey and Scott Summers were like sister and brother figures to her and so was everyone else in the school. After they had rescued all the other mutants, including her, they helped them get back to their feat. Cesara didn't refuse, she was just glad to be away from that stupid organisation that killed her parents.

Cesara as a little girl did want to be like her mother, she wanted to be a hairdresser and would always like to do her mother's hair.

Personality: 
She cocked a brow, ❝What can I say?❞ She smirked with a devious look on her eyes. "I'm The Human Weapon.❞ Cesara has adapted a troubalesome and cocky personality of which she had attained by her sassy and fearsome mother. In the program, she was a little rebel that didn't listen to anything they said and they were too scared to protest. She knows that she is good at fighting, she knows what she's good at and she knows what she's not, so she get's cocky when she knows that she's going to win. She had to become cunning during missions, so they taught her how and she adapted to it, she's tricky and scheming and does things artfully. Her untrustworthy-ness comes from the program as well, they teach her how to lie and somehow she become an expert and at times she coninuously lies without being guilty. Beacause of this, she is seen as an anti-hero and untrustworthy. Being cold and scary is just her being her, she didn't have a lot of human interactions so she would sometimes lack in affection, when having to interact, and warm feelings and emotions. She can become scary when you piss her off or just in general, people would be afraid of approach her because of this and even afraid to look at her. When you piss her off, talk about her private life - just annoying her in general, she'll easily react because she can be hot-tempered when she wants to.

❝I can handle anything you can give me. Just try me.❞ Cesara is up for anything and everything. She's brave and fearless, she'll do anything you ask her for and she would never say no. She isn't afraid to speak her mind and isn't afraid to face those who are stronger than her and even says that if she dies, she'll die fighting. She is honestly willing to do anything and won't say no to it. The only thing she would say no to is what the program forced her to do, she'd only do it if she wants to do it. With being adaptable, she had learned this in the program, she is able to adapt in any enviroment, any situation and basically in anything. This can be handy if there is drama and she just walked in on it, she'd be able to adapt to the convo and lie for the side she's on (normally the good side, her friends). Being aware, she has the knowlege and perception of her surroundings, weapons, strategies and facts and would always be informed. Her last trait on being resilient is that she would never give up, and would always bounce back.

— ❝Fighting.❞ She has come to like fighting and has grew up with it. Being the only thing she knows, she gets joy out of it.

I am the Human Weapon.❞​  ​S​he is The Human Weapon, obtaining this name from her memories at the program. At first she was digusted with it but then used her own dislike to well... become disliked and feared from the villains. Because The Human Weapon is such a long alias, people just nickname her Weapon.

Power or Weapon:
❝I'm in a team that has superpowers and superhuman qualities, and all I do is make weapons appear.❞  Cesara has the ability to manipulate weapons. She can make them appear, disappear and even duplicate at will. She can match the strength of any weapon she makes appear, meaning that her body can hold any weapon as her muscles will adapt to it. However this does not apply to ordinary weapons that somebody else gives her, weapons that she did not make appear by herself with her powers. She can use unarmed weapon wielding which is the use of weapons without touching them, she can also use weapon construct by including and building walls, armor or allies/servents. It is possible for her to fly if she can wield her weapons into the shape of wings and use unarmed weapon wielding to take flight. Cesara can move/lift weapons at nearly any speed whether in/on surface, air or water. With being able to make weapons appear, she is able to make more than one appear at the same time. The thing about Cesara’s ability is that she can also create weapons that she has saw that were made from ademantium or vibranium or any type of element. Cesara's choice of weapon she usually chooses is the dagger (which she is more skilled at and had more use of fit), she is more skilled in close ranged combat.

❝Limitations, limitations. Even I admit we all have them.❞  Cesara is unable to make weapons appear if she hasn't set eyes on them before, however the people in the program made sure that didn't happen. The distance, mass and precision etc. all depend on the knowledge and skill of Cesara, and the amount of weapons she can duplicate and make appear at the same time all depend on her concentration and mental state.

Abilities:
❝I was trained to be an Assassin. What do you think I can do?❞ She has the ability to heal faster - the only superhuman ability she has without using her telumkinesis (weapons manipulation powers). She is an expet martial artist as they taught her everything they knew in the program, along with that she is a skilled acrobat and marksman, and also a good spy.

Mentor:
❝He helped me in more ways than one, and I am most thankful.❞ Professor X. Wolverine also helps mentor her but it's mostly Professor X who helps her. The reason why Prof. X is her mentor is because she feels like he is her father figure and that he has helped her in so many ways. He kept her mental state in tact and would always help her emotionally by going into her mind and yeah. He was like a moral compas for her as well, always leading her to the right way. Wolverine was there to straightened up her fighting skills and everything related to that.

Power or Ability:
❝Isn't your power lame?❞ ❝Not if you could make a peron explode just by sticking a card on them.❞  Nick has the ability to manipulate cards. He is limited to manipulating only existing cards which is why he always carries around a ton of playing cards, tarot cards, trading cards etc. with this he can manipulate the speed, density, hardness and sharpness of the card. He can also repair the card. He can move/lift the cards at nearly any speed whether in/on air, surface or water. With this he can fly by riding on the cards. If there is enough cards, he is able to use construction creation which allows him to build weapons, walls and armor. He can use attack powers/card power when he throws the cards, like magic they'll explode if you know what I mean. And last by not least he can use card combat which is basically using cards in physical combat.

❝I'm not weak! I can fight, too!❞ Nick is good at hand-to-hand combat, he has been traning with the X-Men so he is pretty skilled in a lot of things. He can also speak 3 languages which are English, French and Japanese.

Personality: Nick is cocky, conceited and cool.

First Meeting: 
❝I don't need you, or you. I can find my way by myself!❞ They first met at the X-Mansion when Cesara escaped/was rescued from the program. Nick was there to welcome all of the newcomers and to help them get settled. Nick was assigned to Cesara, however she didn't like the idea of being told what to do by someone like him who is younger than her (by a year) and a "player". While he was trying to be nice to her and trying to get her to like like him, she had other plans. She first didn't listen to whatever he had to say and demanded that Professor X would show her the way. When he didn't follow through, she kicked him in the shin and they began to fight, which caused one part of the X-Mansion to fall down (they fought in a hallway where there were rooms). And that is how they met.

Interaction:
❝First of all, don't touch me. Second, don't talk to me.❞ ❝Whatevr floats your boat, Peaches.❞ ❝Why would I have a boat?❞ ​Cesara, no matter how nice he was, disliked Nick with a passion (maybe she was too scared to let someone in her life that could mean ​something​) and he knew. Even with him knowing that she hated him, he still continued to be nice to her, put her first, flirt with her and all that. Cesara doesn't like people like Nick, she'd always see people like him the program and would hate them the most, so she pushes him away a lot and is super mean to him, meaner than she is with other people. Nick is the complete opposite, he sees Cesara as a challenge, hoping that one day he'll be able to break her (like the TvTrope: defrosting the ice queen). He was actually smitted by her at first sight, he had never met a girl like her and he liked it. In their time at the X-Mansion it would normally consist of Cesara rejecting him and Nick never giving up. However there are many, many times when they fight like when Nick is tired or when he get's exhausted on flirting or just because it's his personality, he will get sarcastic, witty and snarky with her and she would always fight back with her swords. When they fight they fight like an old married couple, when people point this out in the middle of their fight, Nick would act flirty and by like proud and takes it as a compliment while Cesara will deny it to a great extent and would take it as an insult.

❝I was glad to find out I wouldn't have to see your face any longer, then I find out you were also chosen.❞ ​Cesara and Nick were chosen to be in the new rookie group, and they were chosen seperatly so she had no idea that he was also going to be joining. She was there first, she got to know who everyone was before Nick as he came a bit later on (like a few hours). In the group, where they are now, they act a bit differently. He does still try to make her fall in love with him but he get's more snarky with her. However with her, she seems more different because in the group, he is the only person she knows and the only person who she has a past with. Because of this, she is a bit nicer to him and really only cares for him other than anyone else. Like if everyone is hurt and she is not, the first person she'd go to, to see if they're okay is Nick.
