There has been a lot of dramas I have watched over this year. Most of them have been Thai and I am pretty surprise and shock that some of these I am about to list have become my new all time favorites. Well enough chitchatting on to the list.

I have been wanting to write a blog about this drama for the longest so here is my chance.This is the first drama I have watched where I have become so interested in the non-romance plot that even if romance was removed from the story line my love for it will still be the same. It has mystery, horror, comedy, romance and drama packed together in a pretty package. I really loved how Margie's character was a mary sue but a mary sue with flaws. She has a bad temper problem and weird love of working with the dead. It was fun watching her try to figure out the mystery behind that scary box that grants wishes. I actually felt a bit afriad at some points. I don't want to spoil any of the plot but all I can tell you is that the BOX  IS EVIL AND CHEATS. It pretends to be some nice magical box that grants all your wishes but its far from that. Mike acts in this drama which was an added bonus for me. His character was weird too XD I read some comments saying that Margie and Mike lack chemistry but I disagree it's just that they played as unusual people and their relationship is bizzare lol I still perfer Aom and Mike though tee hee. Mike's songs that he wrote for the drama really fit well. Hope I can possibly buy this on DVD and add it to my collection someday.

 

Hi My SweetHeart

A random pick of mine of an older Tawainese drama. It reminded me again why I adore Tawainese dramas so much.This drama was unique because the typical role that males play like strong and protective was given to the female lead lol It was hilarious but refreshing to see a nerdy, dorky but sweet guy for once. I watch so many dramas with possessive, agressive jerks it was nice seeing DaLung with his dorky bowl haircut being romantic. I liked that he was proud to be who he was and had no desire to change. So many dramas and movies I watch with the nerdy boy usually he gets a makeover and changes his personality but DaLung stayed as DaLung....well there was a little problem where he did change a bit but I'll let you watch to see about that. The plot at times was ridicoulous ...that I broke down into hysteria. XD Also near the end it gets too ridicoulous but despite it's flaws I loved it. I love how the couple did the pink panther dance. Dalung is obsessed with the pink panther and even has a little plushie awwww. I will admit the main girl reminded me of myself with my desire to protect my guy all the time. She's more hardcore though she can beat up a WHOLE GANG OF GANGSTERS IN HIGH HEELS! You go girl. So yeah I highly reccomend if you like cheesy romance with a nerdy guy.

 

I Wanna Be Sup'tar

This drama distracted my from finals SO BADLY. I had to finish it in a day to get away from it. It's so addicting! The plot is similar to Fullhouse but it has plenty of changes that make it it's own. The main girl is trying to become an actress and it's so hilarious because her acting is SO OVER THE TOP. But to be honest that's how a lot of drama actors act today. The main girl is so adorable and likable you can't help but to cheer her on even though she fails alot. Push (my secert lover) is the actor she meets and ends up living with. He's a total total tooooootal jerk at first but he warms up AND BOY HE SURE DOES..I had to fan myself a few times. He flirts like hardcore. Anyways there's a rumor that he's gay so the main girl suffers because she feels dumb for falling for a gay guy. But is he really gay? You'll have to watch to find out kukukuku. Anyways it's a really cute and fun story I think it's based off a comic I'm not sure but if you love manga and stuff you'll love this. OH yes and there's also a doctor and a famous actresss in this who I found annoying at first but overtime they become really cute like kyaaaaa I was shipping them together so hardcore.

I have been blogging ang blogging about this drama all year lol and the funny thing is I haven't even finished watching it yet. But I am still putting it here on this list because so far I am madly in love with AoMike. Omg the chemistry they have is insane and I just..I just...I.....why am I not watching this now???? It's so funny and cute. I also enjoy the nonromantic parts which is a plus because I was worried I would be bored if my two babies weren't on the screen. The whole cast is really fun and colorful so I enjoy the show alot AND I NEED TO FINISH IT. To be honest I am taking my time because I don't want to wait a long time for the second part also there's another reason which I will list now.

 

Ugly Duckling Series

This is my distraction from finishing Kiss Me as well. I never thought I would like this series so much BUT I DO. RIght now I'm watching the last series Boy's Paradise and I can't wait for the subs for next week I am dying. Perfect Match introduced me to PUSH who is ruining my life right now and showed me the other side to Thai dramas. It's light, sweet simple, fun story about a girl who gets these nasty pimples after getting surgery. She goes to this school near a doctor whom is one of the best in Thailand to escape her house which had become a prison where she meets Push who is the first person to not judge her by her looks. Because all her fakes friends and boyfriends ditched her once they saw her face and strangers either scream or make fun of her. While at the unversity she makes friends, has new experiences and has Push fall in love with her BUT she feels that she is too ugly to be with him so she pushes him away. *tears* The nextt in the series is Pity girl...and....I CAN"T STAND THE MAIN GIRL I ONLY GOT THROUGH TWO EPISODES...I ...i....she's annoying. She cries alot and her acting is bad. I'm trying to get through it but it's going to be a challenge to be honest I dont recommend you watch PIty girl..OR WATCH IT LAST. The next is Don't. The main girl wears a box on her head because she was bullied and told she was ugly she meets a nice guy and a bad boy and things gets crazy. I usually don't like the bad boys but I freaking loved Zero like he snuck into her bedroom at night and protects her little brother he's so hot I just. I had to rewatch some scenes twice to soak in his hotness. Zero is the first to EVER take off her box and get the main girl to face her problems. Its so cute just kyaaa watch it. Then the last one is Boy's Paradise which I am currently watching. THe main girl in this one hates boys so her mom forces her to live with 3 hot guys cus she doesn't want her daughter to become a lesbian. So far I am addicting and dying to see the next episodes. Even though the I don't find the main guy, CU out of the three attractive I do adore the faces he makes. Each boy has something I like about them. I like CU's expressions, RayJi's smile and personality, and Big Bro's protectiveness. 

 

 

BIG DISSAPOINTMENT OF THE YEAR!!!!

 

Blood

It started out really good but the ending made no sense and felt rushed. I felt so bummed that I wasted my time with this. I wish the writers would have not rushed on the script it is so evident that they gave up on the last episodes because it was slow boring and just ugh.
