[Poll] Contact Lenses & Few Beauty Tips(?)

 

Hello! how are you guys today? ^^

So listen, I'm assigned as the MC for my brother's wedding this Feb and I think it's time for me to change into 'me'. haha, confusing? I mean, it's literally means I'm gonna try my hand on makeover and stuff. And trust me, I have about 15% knowledge about fashion (or maybe even less than that) T___T

So, I want to ask for all of your helps. Please, pretty please! Help me! ><

 

I'm thinking of wearing contact lens but attention! I am still 17 and is it really risky for me to wear it? People said that I'm too young for that. O.O

 

 

 

Okay, that's the first question. And second! I'm like have a white but not so white skin(?) what am I talking about? =.=" I mean, I'm not dark, I'm pretty fair and I wonder what kind of colour suits me? (Like lipstick choices and all; clothes and skirts)

For the most part, contact lens are safe! I've got friends who started wearing when they were 13! And I'm a performer, so for the most part, when I'm on stage I wear contacts - I'm 15. The only dangerous part is if you're lenses are unclean when you put them on, or if you leave them in too long/overnight! Generally if you're a new user you would want to wear it for 2 hours at first, and slowly build it up. If you're using dailys the unclean part shouldn't be a problem (unless you drop the lens while handling it) but if you using weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly lenses, you need to ensure proper hygiene and care for the lenses.

As for you lip color~ I would say it depends on your whether you have a cool/warm tone! Ahha I would say I've the same skin shade as you, and I personally go with either red or peach orange.

Contact lenses are fine. I've been using them for a year. But do you mean colored lenses like circle lenses? Not the kind that correct your vision.

As for colors, it doesn't have so much to do about your skin tone as it does if you have cool or warm skin. There are lots of charts online on what colors are best for different types. I don't know what race you are, but typically Asians are neutral which means that you can wear whatever. I say focus more on your makeup matching what you're wearing.
