So, my mom ended up joining me during CL's performance and of course she was shocked to see everything that CL was doing. Then she got excited about 2NE1 performing.

Then I found out who her fav in EXO was. She kept doggy on Baek's voice and how they were talking a whole lot during their speech, but once they performed, she chose Lay as her fav. She also likes Call Me Baby and Love Me Right, but I want her to listen to the Chinese version, since that's all I listen to.

Of course, the best part for her was Big Bang. She was fangirling over them seriously hard and when they won Artist of the Year, we both cheered really loudly. Here I was, fangirling over Monsta X the entire time since they kept showing them on the side.

After that, Psy's perf kept breaking up on my stream, but when I got it back, Chow Yun Fat was doing Gangnam Style! My mom hadleft because she thought I wouldn't get it to work, so when CYF was doing GS, I wasn't prepared to call her. She ended up watching the perf later on and she laughed her off seeing the man do the dance. It was too cute.

Best part: I got to introduce my mom to iKON and Monsta X. She had watched iKON's perf from MMA's and she liked them. I think her fav might be Bobby, but idk. She knows him from Born Hater and she loves the beat change during his part, so I think he might be her fav for now.

Monsta X, however, she has a new found respect for them. They were the only ones to stay until the end and she was happy to see them there. I understand that groups have schedules, but they usually stay until the end (I guess it didn't help that it went longer than intended). It was just Monsta X, Psy, BigBang, and Chow Yun Fat left at the end. I had told her about what Taeyang said during BB's acceptance speech and we both saw that MX were the only ones there. They're gonna get a lot of respect and fame for staying. I'm pretty sure it's a night for MX to remember anyways. They got to perform twice, dance with BB & Psy, see Seungri fanboy over them, and be witnesses to the legend, Chow Yun Fat, doing Gangnam Style. Now my mom knows why I kept fangirling over them the entire time. She also watched their perf on the MAMA stage and she liked it, esp Shownu and Wonho. I knew she would like them since she usually likes the muscles of any group I show her.
