I think they remain anonymous in order not to be constantly bugged by every petty problems personally. I would have told you to try AFFHelper, but whoever was managing that account hasn't been seen again since last June, so you'd be wasting your time there.
Anyway, Korekrypta's story, The Blood Brother Code had been reported and when I checked it, she responded in the report itself and a moderator got back to her in that report.
So, no need to go off searching for a moderator. Just present your case in as a reply in the report itself and the moderator will reply to you there itself. :)
