APPEARANCE » Well for starters, like every Asian person, she was born with black hair. But when she was 17 and after begging for an entire month, she got permission to dye her hair red. She has the height of 163cm and has the weight of 50kg. She knows the "ideal" idol weight is somewhere in the 40 range but, it's 2015 and coming of 2016, times are a'changin and the standards are decreasing. She has a lot of confidence in her looks, so she doesn't really wear make-up but she does at time to time. Also, with her hair styling, there's no particular way she styles it, but one way for sure is that, when she's lazy she'll just let it down but if she's feeling playful she'll give herself pigtails.

Jinju is without a doubt the most ambitous person you'll ever meet. Once she sets her mind and heart on something nothing can stop her at all. She believes that it does make her seem stubborn or crazily driven, but . But she's not all work and no fun. She can hang lose and act like any 20 year old would act. She enjoys going out just being a regular young adult. Also, being in a company where there are so many fun and lively people she learned that it's okat to have fun and live a little. Even though she looks like someone who would be negative 24/7, she is quite optimistic. She is quite hopeful and confident about what's going to happen in the future, ecspecially about the future of NewEra of SM.
♡Bad But Good, Good But Bad
As we all know, no one is too perfect, or too bad and Jinjuis definitly no exception. Another thing is that she is very secretive of her past. She doesn't have many things to share about her that she wants to be out of the world entirely. Also with a sibling like her, it's pretty hard to know her as her rather than being the little sister of somebody else. When the time is ready she'll tell you. When you try to poke it at her, she would just shy away from the conversation or would just try to move onto another topic. Which can also explains why she's talkative. Just because she has a regular case of face does not mean that she doesn't like to talk. Including when she moves on from the topic of her past, she is actually quite talkative - if you start the conversation or she won't talk at all.
♡ Bad Girl, Good Girl
With every human, there's a flaw. Jinju does have that cold/y exterior that perceives her as nonchalant person. Basically, a person who doesn't really care about much about anything. Which is kind of true. She, like anyone else, cares about what goes on in her life. Don't get that confused with selfish, she isn't. She is just not one to have a personal/sentimental attachment to. When she was a kid she kind of got dissmissed from the other kids, because of not sharing information about her brother. Sure, it's understandable why she wouldn't share anything about her brother, but if you're a hardcore fan of her brother and keep pestering her about it can really make her wonder if her friends are her actual friend. So that made her withdrawn as a child. Also being a person who takes the things she done seriously, that can cause her to be blunt. If you're practicing the cheoreography and you messed up on one part she will call you out and tell you what you did wrong, she won't sugarcoat it, because she believes that when you spoonfeed a child for too long the child will never know how to eat.

♡ Kwon Jinju was born on a nice sunny day on June 7th, 1995. She was born as a younger sister and the only daughter in her family. Unfortunatley, she never got to know her brother. Since I keep mentioning her brother you might be wondering who he is, right? But I think you already know who he is already. But if you don't, his name is Kwon Jiyong. Also known as G-Dragon, leader of BIGBANG. Yeah, that Jiyong. She was only 2 years old when he became a trainee at SM when he was 8 (1997). Even though it lasted until he was 13 and he was taking a break because of not knowing what he wanted to do in his life. Even though he still spent time with Jinju at that small amount, he later got signed to YG. So, even though she doesn't really know her brother that well, she was always binded to him by blood and not really by heart.

In 2011, when she entered high school and when the news came out about G-Dragon scandal he spent time at home. With that news out and her classmates knowing who's Jinju brother is, you can bet that they bombarded her with questions about if the rumors true or not and if they come over to G-Dragon house, which is also her house but apparently it doesn't work that way if you're not famous. Of course she declined their request and didn't answer their questions, but not because she wanted to protect her brother but because she didn't know either. When he was at home from being hault from his promotions, it was very awkward for her because she knew nothing about him, he was always too busy and hadn't have any time to know his own sister. Trust me, she wasn't mad with him, just estranged. Jiyong actually wanted to get to know his little sister, like Jinju, he knew nothing about her. But the more he tried to get a conversation he would get a nice portion of her shoulder. Eventually, one day when she was writing in her journal and writing poems. Jiyong came in her room and saw that she was writing in her journal and snuck behind her back to see what she was writing. "These could make nice lyrics." She said, suprising her. "What?" She asked. But Jiyong saw the golden opportunity to bond He took her journal and started to rap the poem in a rhythm and pointed to her to repeat. The rest of the day he taught her how to rap and that's the first time Jyong saw his little sister smile for the first tim in forever.
In 2012, she took a big page out of her brother's book and stated to learn ra music. She listened to a lot of Western hip-hop artists like, N.W.A, Wu-Tang Clan, Eminem, Tupac etc. Jiyong even made time for her through out his busy scehdule to spend time with his little sister and mend their relationship. Other than rap, they actually got to know each other, like favourite color, movie and just be brother and sister for once. And in 2014, she thought she would take her TV. So she auditioned for SMTM3 and she made it as a semi-finalist but did not become the ultimate winner of the show. When she was doing her 60 second rap, Tablo had recognized her as G-Dragon's little sister bebcause of the photos that he shows everybody that were sent by his mom when he couldn't come to any of her events. She politley implied that she's just Kwon Jinju. Unfortunatley, she didn't become the overall winner, but she made it as a semi-finalist. She got recognized as her brother's sister more often on the streets now and, got complimented on her looks, but there was nothing about her rapping skills in her comments. One particular company by the name of SM saw Jinju on a preview for SMTM3 and they thought she was very beautiful and could fit in SM Material box. So when they found more information about her, they called her and on the day they called her, she was about to decline but the gear in her head started to turn. She accpeted the offer and it was because if she signed with a big company and debuts, maybe people will know her as just Kwon Jinju and not G-Dragon's little sister.

That's when Jinju noticed what was going on in the park. She didn't like how those two boys were teasing Seokjin and so she stood up and made her way over there (with her journal and pencil in hand) and grabbed the toy in mid-air and turned to the two troublemakers. "Yah! Don't pick on others! Do you want me to talk to your moms?" She asked them and they instantly shook her head "no". "Good. Apologize." She demanded the kids and they did and sprinted somewhere far away from her. She turned back to Seokjin and returned his action figure with a smile. "Kid, don't be afraid to stand up for yourself." She advised him paatted his head and left.
After a few minutes sitting down and going back to writing in her journal she saw that a hand, holding out a Choco Pie and when she looked up it Seokjin with a smile. "I just want to say thank you, noona." She just giggled at his cuteness and patted a sit next to her, "Want half?" She asked as she opened the packet he nodded his head yes and they were just sitting on the bench sharing a nice piece of Choco Pie.
"What's your name?"
"Seokjin."
"Jinju." She held out her hand.
THEIR STORY »
♡ Let's get the obvious thing off the table. First of all, Seokjin and Jinju never knew each other before. So, when he saw her for the first time, the first word that came to mind was, beautiful. Jinju thought of him as a cute boy. But Seokjin had a crush on her on the first time they shared a Choco Pie together.
As they were growing up, Jinju treated Seokjin as a little brother. Sorry, Jiyong oppa... She always and takes care of him. So when he entered high school, Jinju was more than glad to see him and more so Seokjin was more over excited. He sits with her at lunch, if she was gym he always manages to escape class and hand her a towel and a bottle of water, no matter how many times she told him to stop. Many other classmates call him"Gaejin" (Gae means dog in Korean) because he was always following her like a dog. Also, he can be very jealous when she was with another guy but with Jinju, being withdrawn with majority of her class he didn't have to worry about her interacting, let alone date some other guy. Also when she was in SMTM3 he kept posting their selcas on his SNS page cheering her on.
I cleary say that he was in love with her. But with every struggle with a guy who likes an older woman, it's hard to have the woman to see them as a man. Jinju is oblivious when a guy likes her. Seokjin tried bulking up, and deepen his voice a bit but Kinju didn't notice a thing different. It killed him on her graduation day when she told him that he was, and I quote, "the best friend she could ever have." Right in the heartstrings.
That's when he started to have a mental breakdown if they are only going to be just friends. But he sook the head up and remembered the words Jinju said on the first day in the park. "Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself." He was going to do exactly that. He's going to stand up for himself and his feelings to get what he wants.
Now as Jinju is an SM trainee and the time is ticking when Jinju will have ver little of time to spend with him, he was to build up the courage and the assurance that he will confess to her.

She was so close to actually resigning herself from the contract, but then she remembers thw reason why she was doing this in thr first place, to make a name for herself.
