"the name is jin. remember that." jin gets along with everyone despite being the popular girl. she is the so called "queen" in the school. one of the reason why she became so popular was because she would stand up to anyone who tries to pick up a fight or even bullies someone else. Her charisma is no joke when it comes to matters like that. But despite being charismatic, she just likes to have fun with her friends and tends to tease people in a joking way. Another reason why she's so popular is her fashion in and out of school. I'VE COME TOO FAR TO TURN AROUND

background. Jin was born in Seoul and practically lived her whole life there in her normal looking house until her father decided to send her to Sungil High. Her middle school friends were all going to the same school except her. She argued with her father about this but ultimately she couldnt win over his decisions. She decided to move into the sharehouse when she began her first year at Sungil High because she was upset with her father about his decision. But ultimately, Jin realises it wasnt a bad idea after all but still decides to stay at the sharehouse cause she prefers it there. She still comes back on alternate weekends to see her parents cause her mother feels like the house is empty without her. Her older brother, Kang Junhee is a college student who is also rarely at home but they would sometimes meet up on the weekends just cause Jin loves her brother that much and looks up to him. Jin and Mingyu had been childhood friends till middle school when Mingyu had moved away and went to another school. Jin was devasteted. They kept in contact but shortly after that, they stopped talking and lost contact with each other.
lifestyle. In the sharehouse, Jin is like the leader even though she admits she finds it burdensome. She sometimes help the members with their fashion and even lends some of her clothes to them. She takes cares of everyone in the sharehouse and everyone goes to her for advice. She would volunteer to do the dishes after eating as a thanks for helping her be a tidy person aka helping her clean up her untidiness. She would sometimes cook for everyone when she's in the mood and would drag people into her cooking experiments that would usually end up badly. but despite that, shes like the moodmaker and advisor of the sharehouse, making sure everyone is happy.

Jin doesn't really like them following her like that but she treats them as friends and jokes around with them despite them being afraid of Jin. Jin has a rival named Jang Bo Ah who is jealous cause Jin gets all the attention. But Jin doesn't really treats Bo Ah as a rival as she doesnt like to fight but gets jealous when Bo Ah goes too close to Mingyu.

— Older Brother. Kang Junhee. 20. (10 of 10). Junhee is your normal overprotective brother who adores his little sister to death. He likes to annoy the crap out of Jin whenever they meet up on the weekends and vice versa. Just like Jin, Junhee is popular in his school and also has his eyes set on charisma mode. Jin loves his older brother a lot and looks up to him. In front of Junhee, she would be the annoying little sister. Junhee knows Mingyu as the guy who tries to hook up with my sister and doesn't trust him easily. f/c : hoya ; infinite.

— Childhood Friend. Kim Mingyu. 17. (9 of 10). Mingyu and Jin grew up together ever since they were small kids. They went through elementary school together and just when they thought they would grow up together, Mingyu had to move away and soon they lost contact. When Mingyu moved in next door, they didnt realised it was each other. Mingyu would ocassionally call Jin, Jinnie to annoy her out. They were awkward at first when they found out that they were childhood bestfriends but they clicked back quickly and became best friends. Mingyu would get on Jin's nerves by getting closer to Bo Ah just so he could see her get jealous which he rarely sees.

— Love Rival. Jang Bo Ah. 17. ( 4 of 10). Bo Ah was always jealous of Jin ever since they started high school. Bo Ah was supposed to be the popular girl in school, the diva and everyone would follow her around but her spotlight was taken by Jin ever since the bullying incident. Bo Ah would try to do anything to bring Jin down to shame but nothing worked cause Jin didn't want to argue with her about the title and Jin never treated her like a rival. Yein who has lots of aegyo in her and has a cute smile that all the guys swoon over. Jin and Yein practically shares everything together even though they are in different houses and different classes. "what's going on over there ?"

— so when did you move into the share house and why. Well I moved into the sharehouse because I argued with my father about not going into the same high school with the rest of my middle school friends and I just needed to get away from him cause I really upset at his decision. After doing so well in the new school and the sharehouse, I decided it was a good idea after all and decides not to leave the sharehouse cause it became like a home to me for the few months I was upset with my father.
— what do you expect when living in the share house with other girls. Well I expect everyone to help out with the chores even though yes I get untidy sometimes but teamworks will keep the house clean and sparkly and everyone to get along with each other even though it might take some time but we will surely get there.
— how's it like living with the other girls in the share house. Its been wonderful of course. There were of course disagreements here and there but we manage afterall. And I just love having them around, i can dress them up and drag them into my cooking experiments and I can just be as comfortable as I am at home.
— would/do you help around the house (like chores and cooking). Well yeah. The sharehouse can't be dirty or untidy. I would volunteer sometimes to do the cooking and clean the dishes. And maybe when I feel like working even more, I could help clean up the entire house.
— would you ever consider moving out of the share house. Nope never. Its like my second home to me and besides the house is closer to the school from my first home. I can wake up later or if i forget something, I can just rush back and take it. Its much easier for me.
— what do you think about the group called of 17, do you know them. Well I don't really know them other than Mingyu who was my childhood friend who seemed to have changed a lot after a few years away from each other.
— what are your thoughts about having 17 as your neighbours. they seem friendly and nice although that kid jun stole some of our stuffs. but I wouldn't mind being friends with them afterall what harm can they do.

personality. mingyu is a hot tall cocky person. he knows he can get any girls he wants so he likes to play hard to get. even so, he is kind towards girls and would help them when in need and is a true gentleman. Though with his friends, he's just the same as any ordinary boy - rowdy and crazy. he likes to cook and cooks for the 17 members back at their sharehouse. He even joined the culinary club for the same reason. He doesn't like to stand out and blends in with everyone. But overall , he's just a sweet gentleman who is rowdy and can be wild at the same time.

love story. Mingyu and Jin had been childhood friends since they were little. They were best friends and ocassionally played with each other. They went through elementary school together. Even their parents were loving their relationship. But sad to be told, Mingyu moved away before they could start their middle school life together.They lost contact shortly after. Jin continues to keep a picture of them in her wallet and in a picture frame which she keeps in the sharehouse on her table just because she couldn't forget about her first love and best friend. When 17 moved next door, Jin headed next door to introduce herself to them. Jin noticed Mingyu and immediately realises the resemblance between Mingyu and her childhood friend. But that quickly went away, when she realises that Mingyu is a cocky person who believes he can get any girl. Mingyu had taken a liking to Jin ever since they met and Mingyu would obviously annoy Jin by calling her Jinnie to make it sound like they are close and just cause Jinnie is a more feminine name than Jinhee. Jin sees Mingyu in her culinary club and realises that Mingyu can cook. Just when she stared at him in awe, Mingyu returns to his cocky self and teases Jin like he always does. Mingyu would appear everywhere Jin was just to get on her nerves. Mingyu and Jin would hang out with each other after school although not to Jin's liking. Jin asked Mingyu "why do you keep playing hard to get ? is there probably someone out there, you're waiting for ?" Mingyu just smiles and ruffles Jin's hair and said "You are smart afterall." which in return had Jin annoyed by him. When Jin began to be annoyed by Mingyu, she accidentally dropped her wallet. Mingyu picked the wallet up and opened it only to see himself when he was a child with his childhood friend. Realising that Jin was the childhood friend he had kept hidden in his heart, Mingyu is shocked and realises that they had really changed after the few years they had been apart from each other and returns back to his sharehouse. Jin was feeling annoyed by Mingyu decides to go out for a walk at night, but she didn't realised someone had been following her all this while. When she was about to go into a dark alley, she realises it and starts freaking out. She turns away from the dark alley and starts to walk as fast as she could. She calls Mingyu but Mingyu doesn't pick up the first time thinking that it wasn't important. She calls Mingyu the second time and the third time, Mingyu answers the phone. "Stop calling me so many times will you ?". She pleaded to him. "Mingyu, help." Mingyu asked where she is and gets up and runs out of the house without caring whether it was cold or not. Mingyu runs up to Jin and hugs her tightly, eyeing the stalker that had been following her. He leads her back home and makes sure she's okay before he leaves. At home, he realises that even though they had changed, he still loves Jin and wants to protect her. He smiles to himself and decides that he will tell Jin the truth. When he meets Jin the next day to check on her, he returns her the wallet and tells her that its been a long time that he almost forgot about the first love he had kept away in his heart. He confesses that he is Jin's childhood friend and showed the exact same picture in Jin's wallet. Jin and him suddenly became awkward but tried to reconcile their friendship. And after a few days, they went back to normal with the ocassional teasing here and there and maybe a tinge of flirting. Mingyu would sometimes get close to Bo Ah just to make Jin jealous as he rarely sees that side of her and he likes it when Jin gets jealous. But Jin would play hard to get and tries not to show that she's affected when she really is.

relationship. they are in a relationship where they both know they like each other the same way but doesnt want to admit it to each other. hence they are both trynna play hard to get.

Jin is your bipolar kind of girl. She can be charismatic and whoop your in seconds but she can be your normal average girl who likes to play around and hang out with her friends. She's the so called queen and fashionista of the school which is admired by everyone. She makes friends with anyone and stands up to those who bullies and pick on the weak. The leader and the advisor of the sharehouse, she would casually help anyone who is in need and volunteer to do most of the work if she's not too lazy. Likes to tease and annoy people especially Mingyu and she plays hard to get around him. Just as much as she like to party, she likes to find calmness while she skates around while listening to her. Although just be careful around her, she tends to get moody here and there and especially on rainy days. she will be blunt with you if she's in one of the moods. but despite that, jin is just a clumsy girl who forgets and is careless when it comes to her stuffs.
