people who speak spanish?

to those of you out there who speak spanish or can understand a pretty good amount of it, can you please help me translate this really short video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NLwQyxdSRmY&feature=youtu.be

it's for school and I can understand some but not all of it because they're talking too fast for me and my spanish skills aren't that great... this is really short notice because I need it by tomorrow morning but could someone please tell me the key points in the video?  you don't necessarily have to tell me everything they say word for word, but just some of the main ideas

thank you ^^

No wonder you had trouble with it, our Spanish (Spain) is harder to pronounce compared to others. But that's actually the standard Spanish within Spain, if you only listened to Andalusian you'd freak out haha xD

Cuca and her husband Roberto open their home to anyone who needs it but now they can be prosecuted by the law for helping immigrants without papers. "We've been helping people since 2006, the law can not decide who are our family. The thing is our family is just very big. Ali came here looking for opportunity and we decided he would be part of our family." Ali is part of this family and for him this family has been a life saver. (This is Ali speaking) "I started to study and stopped dealing or working in trafficking. When you arrive here if you don't know anybody you are sure to get into trouble". If the Ministry of Justice approves this project of the penal code whoever intentionally helps an illegal immigrant to enter or pass through Spain will be punished with a fine of between 3 and 12 months salary or a sentence of 6 months to two years in prison. The law currently punishes human trafficking with a sentence of up to eight years. The reformed law will reduce this to two years but will punish people who show solidarity to illegal immigrants. (we thought the law only punished people who traffic immigrants but now it will be expanded to us. Higinio also could finish in jail. (I'm indignant, how can they compare us with delinquent acts. We are not scared of jail anyway). Six years ago this Jesuit decided to create a project in his own home. This project is about the integration of people who arrive in our country with nothing. If the new law is put into action it will intimidate people who help illegal immigrants, people like Roberto, Cuca and Higinio, and the problem is that these people will finish completely isolated.

The accent probably doesn't help you either since its Spanish from Spain. The main point is that anyone that aids people to enter Spain illegally or to hide or get by while in Spain will face 3-12 months in jail. Meaning that even if they're your family members as long as they're illegal you'll be punished for helping them out.
