APPEARANCE. Daphne is tall, always has been, but she's one of those girls who can really carry their height. Her posture is impeccable and every step she takes showcases clearly how completely at ease she is in her own body. Her body is a healthy mix of fat and muscle, and her skin is of a tanner complexion, something that really adds to her overall aura of a classy kind of y. She keeps her hair dyed a deep brown colour and mostly lets it grow and fall freely around her shoulders. Whether she wears makeup or not depends entirely on her mood and how much time she's had to do it, but in general she does enjoy wearing a light face of makeup. She's just an all around babe tbh
STYLE. Fully prepared for the winter Daphne wears fur-lined leather gloves and a cozy beanie on her head. She couples this with stylish and warm leather winter boots and a thick black coat. Underneath this she wears thermo leggings and woolen socks on her legs, and a long sleeved collared dress on her upper body. She's not planning on going out too much, not wanting to risk getting sick, but she still packed a pair of ski pants and a scarf in case she felt like playing in the snow.

DESCRIPTION. Daphne's one of those people who, when you first meet them, drive you up the wall with how disgustingly perfect they are. Apart from Daphne's pretty face and model body, she's also a Mechanical Engineering major who excels(through an impressive mix of talent and dedication) in pretty much every one of her classes. She's that one who somehow managed to get brains and beauty. She's very kind and highly protective, always the first one to come running when someone is hurt or sick, and never one to hesitate going in between two people fighting. She's not one to think of her own safety first. She tends to step into the role of mother quite easily, always doting on and caring for her friends, even when they don't particularly want her to. At her worst she can be over bearing and nosy, always wanting to know what everyone is up to and who they're with. But at her core Daphne is a very genuine young woman, cracking lame "mom jokes" and forever keeping the peace in their little group of friends.
BACKGROUND. Daphne was adopted from Korea to Canada at just six months old, so she has very few emotional bonds to Korea. Her adoptive parents, whom she loves dearly, are both wildlife photographers, and since she grew up in a community with less than 500 inhabitants, she's always been very connected to the outdoors. When she got a bit older her parents started taking her with them on some of their photography excursions, and while Daphne did enjoy this aspect of her life, her passion has always been towards the mechanical and theoretical. She very early on started excelling in math and science, so her parents did what they could to encourage her studying and to give her the best opportunities despite their rural living and limited funds. The whole family's efforts paid off when Daphne later got a full scholarship to BCIT, where she now studies Mechanical engineering full time. Having come to Vancouver without as much as a distant relative in the city, and most of the people in her major being huge dickheads who enjoyed making her the of every racist and ist joke they could come up with, Daphne resorted to taking an evening course in Korean to try and make some friends. It turned out that the teacher, a Mrs Nam, had a set of twins almost Daphne's age. And that's how she met Aiden and Julia, two of her most precious babies, and it was through them she met the rest of the group(her other precious babies).

"If I'm being honest I think I'll pick honesty" She laughs unashamedly for a little too long before continuing; "You should always do what's right, and being honest usually works best, in my experiences. Sadly not all of my kids believe me when I say this..."

"I can't say I wasn't a bit hesitant at first-" Her face is twisted in a slight frown."I mean it sounded far too good to be true, and I have so much going on in school that I figured I wouldn't even have the time to go, but then-" She lets out a slight laugh. "Julia has far too much power over me, she convinced me to come with. Not that I could let them all go alone." She gets a very serious look on her face. "Someone has to make sure they don't get themselves in trouble"

They're my dearest friends, my kids, and I love them so so much, that makes any time I spend with them precious."
