Still not sure as to why they are arguing about this

Another YouTube argument. In the video, the participants were playing an innocent game of “Ten Second Movie Challenge”. The players are divided into two teams and each of them have at least ten seconds to give their teammates clues about the movie and know the name of it. The team who reaches ten points first wins. The video was good and all…until at the end. YouTube users were shocked at the fact that the girl who was in the losing team slapped her boyfriend (he was in the team that won). The uploader had to write down a comment about the issue. His girlfriend would never hurt him (both on and off camera). The game was only for s and giggles.

However, there are still some people disagreeing.

This is my comment reply to the uploader’s response to the video: i thought the slap was hilarious. i watched this video (the day it was uploaded) before, so i kind of read what the over analysis said. haha, Julia must have inherit some of her mom's power.

Then another user decides to reply: Not buying it. She hit you so hard, she left a mark. She HURT you. That's never ok. There was real anger behind that slap, it wasn't playful banter. You're a great guy for sticking up for her, shows a lot of love but it should be Julia speaking out and apologising for her actions. She should just be straight up and say emotions and the moment got the better of her. End of.

The same user took the time to reply my comment: you guys are forgetting they're good at making serious, ed up situations funny. It's their job. Just watch just kidding news. You can tell everyone was not cool with what Julia did but they covered it up by joking about it. What Julia did should never be ok. You guys are just mindless idiots who can't think for yourselves. Just coz they laugh about it, doesn't mean you should to?

I couldn’t believe this user. So, I just wrote a very sarcastic comment: wow. you're right. i'm sorry for not noticing this any sooner.

I waited for a few days to see if the user will reply back to me. This person never did. I think she/he might have seen through my comment or just took it blindly. If the user did, I feel sorry for you. The members of the YouTube channel will never “fake” or cover up situations. The games they play and the way they behave are real. There is no script. Hell, even their news channel has no script. True, there are moments where they joke in a serious news article situation. However, you must know that they were only lighting up the atmosphere and none of them took it as offensive.

Users who took the comment as “no, she still hit you and that’s unacceptable” are pretty ridiculous. Didn’t they see that the uploader said that they will never punch or slap each other? I agree that physically hurting a person is wrong, but there is a difference between serious and playful. In the video, the girl slapped her boyfriend because he won and playfully taunted the losing team. The slap was never meant to be harmful. None of the members who played the game called out the girl. Yes, they were shocked, but they didn’t kick her out. It was just a game. Calm down.

people always find something to argue against. I know not to take youtube seriously at least with the amount of videos that are made for comedic purposes. If it really hurt him then he should tell the girlfriend. The audience doesn't really have a say in what is wrong and not because it is their relationship not ours.
It's not right to assume, like what they are saying about the slap.
At the end of the day, they should not take youtube so seriously.
