SJ+ELF = Teen Choice Awards Win

I don't know if it's even relevant to post something like this, but I just want to express how happy I am that my fandom won and the best guys in my life won at the same time.

People often times neglect and look down on Super Junior nowadays. I don't know why. It's as if whatever they did in the past doesn't matter now. How they also did something to pave the way for present KPop artist in other countries, in and out of asia. It's sometimes irritating. But being their fan for 3 and a half years now, almost all of us have grown to ignore those people who bash on them. We let them do the talk while we do the work. A lot know how hardworking ELF are. I've seen it for myself. I've run a fanbase for three years now. We put all our love and effort for SJ every day. We never cheat. We always play fair. Sometime it's just weird how a lot of things here and there get manipulated and stuff. However, with the unfair treatment of the company, I want to rant about it, but I could tell that even if they are having problems with the company I know how big the members' hearts are that they just overlook it. So, we do the same thing, and just poke fun on it at times. Well, if it's in the past most of us will probably be blabbing about nonsense, but basically as you mature as a fan, you learn to accept a couple of things, you learn to let things slide, you learn to just focus on your idols and nothing more. It's how I've grown, I guess.

If in the past Gayo Daejuns and other wins are important, things changed now. I guess the awarding ceremonies grew tired of letting us win. I mean, let's face it, i think we do a good job in strategizing things just to let SJ win. We play fair. We see the results and we beat a couple of artist but I guess it's time for the rookies to shine. In a way I get the organizers' point, so I just learned to accept it. Awards doesn't really matter to us now. Probably it's just the cherry on top. If we win, then we win. if we lose, then it doesn't matter. we'll just stand again and continue fighting.

In the beginning, I've always contemplated whether I should be an SJ fan or....an EXO fan. Heck it was a hard choice. I mean, I was really new to kpop at that time. And during those days, I was actually crushing on Suho when I saw him first. It's just that, I just wanted something to hold onto for a long time since I'm the type to fangirl from one boy band to the other, or from one artist to another (remember the backstreet boys, nsync, green day, etc etc days? Or the Kdrama days?). Haha. I get easily bored and move on easily so when I stuck myself with SJ, it was a gradual process. First, I just wanted to be a Kyuhyun fan until I learned to admire th whole group, their songs, their performances, the fandom, and everything about them. All of it. And will it sound funny if I say that I want to be their fan till I'm 40 or even 60? I think it's cool that way. My boys are amazing anyway, because they are not just a boy band, but a family. Out of all the idols out there, I think they have the strongest brotherly bond (Don't you think too?).

Anyway, enough of the drama.

CONGRATULATIONS SJ & ELF!

I've been into kpop for about two years and SJ has always been my top group.
I have grown to like other groups, but it always makes me smile a little extra when SJ wins at something. I like EXO, but sometimes they're so over hyped, it's irritating. I mean, they are talented, yes. But there's a limit Kay? :3
So, I was delighted that for once I didn't have to see EXO on some article :D
