It's been a long time since I last made a polymer clay charm - for me, at least. I should have been writing for Camp NanoWriMo or doing the coding project in Khan Academy in the evenings but I wanted to play with my clay. I got tired of conditioning and mixing different shades of green for my Kili and Tauriel project and badly wanted to make something easy and fast. 

So I made this with the scrap yellow clay.

Meet my tiny minion in a leaf skirt. I watched the tutorial from Polymomotea and made mine smaller.

Polymer clay minions are listed in my excel spreadsheet (uhum, for once I am following what is written and not adding the charm after I made it). I am going to do a set of them, like the 14 Happy Meal toy collectibles. Ever since I saw the commercial on tv, I've been wanting to buy them. 

Last Saturday, my sis and dad had dinner at McDonalds. And my sis ordered a Happy Meal just for the toy. She got the Chatting Bob. The next morning, Sunday, she asked what I got and I stared at her clueless. And I almost weeped when she told me that dad was supposed to get me one too >_< Instead, dad bought me a regular meal. 

That evening, I made myself a tiny minion.

And then last night, my sis came home with a the Guard Minion. And she gave it to me! Yay!

Since my sis and I are going to watch the Minions movie this coming Saturday, I decided to make more of them :3
