In Big Bang's latest appearance in YHYS, it was revealed that Ji would suddenly become sickly if there was a girl he was interested in. He himself confirmed it and said something like wanting some TLC.

So...that brings me back to the time when he kicked off his 2013 solo world tour in Seoul. I think he started okay but on the 2nd day maybe, it was reported that he got really sick. That was also the time that Dara was supposed to go to the Philippines to support MBLAQ's concert. Just like what she did for BB the previous year. BUT...the G(reat) Dragon was ailing and he need another act in the middle of his concert to give him time to rest. AND...2NE1 (was forced to--errr) came to the rescue. Dara is known to attend other idols/singers' concerts (lately, an almost perfect attendance for BB's concert series, even dropping by--or onstage--in Japan), so I can just imagine being there for her brother and his group in their first concert in her second home was a very big deal for her. But she couldn't because she's part of her own group. Fortunately--or unfortunately to the group and their fans, the concert was cancelled because some of the guys themselves couldn't go. I personally think the reason was lame coz how couldn't they have known beforehand there was something wrong with their passports or something? Anyway, the girls did their thing and I couldn't detect any negative vibes while they were onstage. But, fancams of them leaving the venue later showed Dara not looking particularly in a good mood. If I was not mistaken, I could see a slight frown on her face as she went to her ride. Maybe my mind was just colored by her canceled trip, but she kinda looked just a bit angry.

Anyway, I probably don't have to spell it out that (in Daragon's world) Ji wanted Dee to be there for him. Even if meant stopping her from being there for HER OWN BROTHER! I know I didn't know--and still don't--the whole story but that supposition didn't set well with me. If what I thought was true, it was rather selfish/over-demanding/manipulative of him. Sorry, Ji. On the other hand, as what I could glean from what BB say about being empty and lonely after perfs, or in reality behind the spotlight, he was probably just a boy who needed a--his girl (or noona or grandma LOL) so badly.

I don't mean to be a "spoiler" or end this post on a sour note for applers, but that SP-KSH dating rumor? I think it could be true. However, it doesn't have to be romantic, right? Or am I just in denial as a Daragon fan? But she eats out with Jjangmae, Marshall, that guy from Hi-Tech, Winner though it's mostly a group thing. I think she did it alone though with Il Woo coz they were sharing some things though not about relationships, I think. Anyway, back to the latest rumor, I first expected to read subsequently that it was actually a scene from The Producers (you know, her anti-Cindy character trying to scheme with the producer) or that they were in a group. But I read instead that it was just the two of them. Oh, where is Jjangmae when we needed him? So no Jjangmae, then it was not a work thing. Anyway, I also read that KSH could be the new friend she's seeing and who was helping her learn to eat sushi, etc. Adios, ramyeon... So yeah, it could be true. Again: Sorry, Jiyong.
