This story is based in Korea in high school. Krystal Jung has a rare health condition where if she has to be donated blood in order to stay alive. Her personal doctor said that she is to drink the blood straight from the veins of the donor. The boys at her school have offered their blood to her, she tried their blood but she said that their blood tastes "disgusting". A new boy transfers to her class, his name is Lay Yixing. Krystal approached Lay because she was bored and asked him if she could try his blood. Krystal had never seen someone reject her, until now. Lay said 'no' to her.
Krystal finds this boy to be different from the others, normally the boys will say 'yes', but he said 'no'.
