Fan Service, do you know what that means? For most kpop fans know the meaning of what that is. Is when a celebrity, specialy male, get extra frienly with another male celebrity in front of the fans. That means hugs, kisses, and the best part skinship. But why do they love it so much? It could be a different reasons, and the main one is because, fans reather than see them date another girl, they like to see them have a crush on eachother. 

Girls are not afraid to show all the eximent toward their idol, screaming, crying, even fainting. SO wuth that same entuciastic effort they can show the bad side of jelauosy. Male idols own their popularity to their fans, the more fans they get the better, so in a way they became their fans entreteiner. Lets give the fans what they want. The sceaming fans knows that actually dating their idol is imposible, but they are not ready to let them be free to date who ever the idol wishes, and thats is why see them with another man is more satisfying. Besides, in Korea culture is more commun for two guys to hold hands than america, even though Korea is not to open to gay community.

Anyways, fan service has become a great deal between the fans, it involves a lot of fan fics about male idols couples, photoshop pictures, drawings, and infinities of videos and post all over social medias. It could be fun, but some fans had taking it to far when they have big arguments about who is the best couple TaeKai or KaiSoo (Taemin from Shinee or Kai from Exo, or Kai and DO from Exo). As long as the arguments are peaceful, I see no problem with the fan service. It entretening to see all the different couples the fans like to see, and above all, it gives the fan a reason to get in to literature and art, just to express their oppinion about who looks better with whom. Keep on writting, who knows maybe that hunch about your favorite couple been an item might be true.
