Need help with posters.

Can someone please suggest a good website or software for poster making? I know I can request at shops, but I really cannot convey what I exactly want. So I wanna try designing my posters myself.

Any suggestions anyone? Please?

Sweetie I'm not sure of what good software other website but I have always been using PicsArt to do up my posters (: hope it helps you, but the best software is still photoshop I guess.. I used it once years ago not bad.. but the new versions are like alien to me so yeah.. I'm sticking to phone apps XP hahhas
