Breaking News:

AFF's Terms of Use has been updated. And there is a new section,  Content Guidelines. Make sure to read and understand it. Then, obey, unless you want your account to get deleted. You can access that page via the link on the site footer where all the important links are housed. I won't link so that you know how to find it, just scroll down. (Thank you, chunlocked for the heads up)

Also, the subject titles/headers in the drop down menu of the report content box are updated (news through oppach). 

Notice that there are different headers for plagiarism of a published book, images and fanfics.  I am assuming that we should contact the original author of the fanfic to make the report, to avoid those instances that the author has actually given permission to the "plagiarizer" to re-post his/her fanfic.

Please indicate that you have been given permission to re-post, and link the original fanfic. And in the original fanfic, there should also be a note or  message stating that the original author allowed reposting his/her story. Otherwise, we would assume that you plagiarized because... where is the fun in posting another person's story - unless its a translation or the story is no longer available online and the original author doesn't mind you posting (but that too is confusing, if he/she put it down, why let another one put it up again?) Before I confuse everyone even further, let's move along...

What if the original author is no longer active? Are we allowed to report the fanfic?

And since AFF is not a site, explicit images and video are not allowed. Report those as well.

Rainbow Loom creation update:

Star bloom bracelet

This would be the last floral bracelet in a while (I think). It's just a simple chain bracelet because I don't have enough of the olive green bands (only eight olive green bands left in my pack, woot!) and I spent a lot of time doing these star flowers. A lot of them broke >_< It's actually based on the waterlily tutorial of YarnJourney, except that I didn't pull out all the petals. 

Because I like stars. And starlight. And Kiliel.

And speaking of which, I will re-create the Elenlote flower bracelet once I get my hands on red jelly bands, white glitter bands, metallic gold bands and dark green bands. I had some red jellies in the mixed pack but it might not be enough. I tried making an Elenlote mini bloom using that band and weeeee... the bloom is so cute! And the bands are easy to use. They are waxy and they just slide through the pegs and hook. 

I don't have a lot but I have to find a way to use the other colored bands - I have a mixed jelly pack, mixed pastel colored jelly or gummy (is there such a thing, because these are really nice to use as well; reminds me of gummy candies), mixed metallics minus the gold, and the opaques.

I won't buy more packs until I used up most of what I have - especially the slime green and eggplant violet bands. I don't know what came to me that I picked up those two >.> I made a long fishtail with the green and a triple fishtail with the violet but I had to add something to them to make them useful, not as bracelets.

Smaug Update:

I closed up the square opening where the airconditioning unit would be installed. BUT Smaug just appeared once again. Anyway, I was able to shoo him away to my sister's room, HAHAHAHA! 

Internet Connection Update:

After three months of using the Smart broadband pocketwifi, we now switched to Globe broadband :3 Thank you to all those who gave suggestions when I asked. Hoping that this is the better choice and that I could ease back to my AFF routine ^^ - story updates, layouts, etc.
