Daycare Inspirit
Sungyeol walked into the teachers lounge on a Monday morning, tired and frustrated. His damn neighbors were yelling again about who was going to turn off the lights, so Sungyeol and Woohyun weren't able to fall asleep until 1 in the morning. Dongwoo and Sunggyu watched as Sungyeol slumped down into his chair, looking exhausted as .
"How was your weekend Sungyeol?" Sunggyu asked.
"Okay. Although my neighbors were being such es, and they were yelling all weekend about nothing." Sungyeol explained, while taking out his things for
today's lesson.
"I know. Our neighbors are annoying too. Both of our neighbors actually." Dongwoo explained.
The three stopped talking to get their things ready for class, and time eventually flew by. The time was 7 am, and by this time the parents will start dropping their kids off. 7:30 was when class would start, and 4 pm was the time that the kids would be picked up. Running the daycare wasn't that complicated except for the fact that a kid would cry every five minutes about something random. Although the three didn't mind because if they did then they wouldn't be working at a daycare. However, there was one kid that would bother the three. His name was Sungjong. He was a smart . They didn't call him that in front of him, but the three all thought he was a smart . They all had problems with him, and when ever a parent teacher conference was set up, his dad would reply stating that he was busy, and maybe they could set another conference later. They never got to the parent teacher conference, but after a while they were used to Sungjong's attitude. What problems did they have with him exactly?
For example (Sungyeol):
"So today we will be talking about how dinosaurs went extinct." Sungyeol said with his sweetest voice.
"Didn't the hunters shoot them." A sweet kid, that went by the name of Niel, said.
"If that's what you want to-"
"No. Most researchers say that a 10km-wide meteorite had smashed into the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico, causing worldwide forest fires, tsunamis several kilometres high, and an 'impact winter', in which dust blocked out the sun for months or years." Sungjong interrupted Sungyeol.
boy, you're only 4. how the hell you know this stuff. Sungyeol thought.
Another example (Dongwoo):
The kids were outside for recess and most of them were on the playground. However, there were a group of kids who decided to play "basketball", and Dongwoo decided to teach them how to play.
"All you need to do is throw to ball into the hoop." And Dongwoo gladly demonstrated for them.
So that's what the kids did, yet one kid decided to kick the ball.
"Ricky! You're supposed to throw the ball not kick it." Sungjong yelled and demonstarted how to throw the ball, aiming right on into the hoop.
"See. It's not difficult."
this is just a game. if Ricky wants to kick the ball, let him kick in the ball. Dongwoo thoguht.
Final Example (Sunggyu):
"Alright kids! It's nap time!" Sunggyu clapped his hands together to gather the kids attention.
"Why do we need nap time? I want to play!" Chanjo screamed.
"You guys are going to get tired later, so it's best if you re-energize yourselves." Sunggyu said sweetly.
"Actually nap time is actually to help your brain. It helps reboot your brain, and your thinking process increases." Sungjong explained, while climbing into his blankets.
I think I need a nap time. Sunggyu put his face on his desk.
That is why Sungjong is called a smart ...
It was a pretty nice day at the daycare. Except for the fact that Sunggyu had paint all over him, Sungyeol was covered in dirt, and Dongwoo was actually perfectly fine. The parents came to pick up their kids at four, and the three were able to leave by 4:30.
"See you guys tomorrow!" Sungyeol yelled as he walked out of the pair of doors. Sunggyu and Dongwoo waved bye to Sungyeol, and they proceeded to make
their way back home ten minutes later.
"Hey, I'm going to the grocery store to pick up some food. Do you want anything? NO CANDY!" Sunggyu asked, while reaching his hands our for Dongwoo to
place money into them.
"You said I can't have candy, so...I would like you to shove your face up your !" Dongwoo replied, giving Sunggyu a fifty.
Sunggyu stuck his tongue out at Dongwoo and started to make his way to the market, as Dongwoo made his way to their apartment.
Sunggyu was looking through the candy aisle and found Dongwoo's favorite candy. Sunggyu took ten bags for the shelf to put them in his cart as he turned around he saw someone stare at him as if he was crazy.
"Why do you need so many bags of candy?" The stranger asked him.
"My roommate eats a lot." Sunggyu replied.
"How old is he?"
"He's 26."
"He's a bit childish isn't he."
"No. He just likes candy."
"If I were him I would go to the dentist, his teeth are probably ed up."
"Don't say that about him. He has amazing teeth, and he's healthy. You're the ed up one."
"If you're going to call me names. Call me by my actual name. Nam Woohyun. Nice to meet you wipe."
"I'm rubber and you're glue whatever you say bounces off me and sticks on you. Kim Sunggyu at your service."
"wow both you and your roomate are both childish..." Woohyun rolled is eyes, and walked away. Sunggyu stomped his feet, and made his way in the opposite direction before realizing that the check out line was the other way.
Sunggyu, angrily, made his way back to his apartment. He, angrily, opened the apartment door. He, angrily, put down the bag of groceries. He, angily, slammed the door of his bed room. To sum it all up, he was angry. Dongwoo watched as Sunggyu slammed the door, and started to look through the groceries bags. Once he found his favorite candy he began to stuff his face.
To sum it up, this is the first chapter!
