The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and the wind was blowing a nice breeze. It wasn't supposed to be like that. Today was a depressing day. Sungyeol had just lost the one he loved, and he didn't want to show his tears. He just wanted it to rain, pour. He wanted the rain to mix with his tears, and he wanted to rain to cry for him. Today was the day his loved one died.

"Sungyeol-ah... I'm really sorry." Sunggyu whispered into Sungyeol's ears. Sungyeol leaned back into the comfort of Sunggyu's chest, and continued to cry.

"Don't be sorry. It wasn't any of our faults. It wasn't your fault that it happened. Life is life and we have to bare with it. I wish I got to see him one last time, and say I love you one last time before he died."

"Sungyeol-ah what's wrong!" Myungsoo cried.

"Finally! Damn take your boyfriend!" Sunggyu yelled as he handed Sungyeol over to Myungsoo's arms.

"My pet hamster died!" Sungyeol cried.   

"He had a pet hamster..." Myungsoo whispered toward his brother.

"Yeah...he named it M-"

Sunggyu was shut up when Sungyeol covered his mouth. Sunggyu Sungyeol's hand, which caused him to pull his hand away.

"Ewww!!" Sungyeol shouted, wiping his hand on Myungsoo's shirt.

"He named it-"

"I named it Mingsoo."

"Mingsoo...you mean as in Mingsoo…”

“Yes...as in Mingsoo.”

“Awww…. that’s so adorable of you to do so!”

“Shut up!”

“Flower Boy Band!” Sunggyu shouted from the side.

“Hyung...stop being a block.” Myungsoo stated.  

“Whatever. I’ll be going back now. I come all the way down to Seoul because Sungyeol sounded like he was crying his eyes out, it turned out he was, but it was about a hamster.” Sunggyu walked away, waving goodbye behind him.

Maybe one day…

Dongwoo quickly put on his clothes, and attempted to put it on without making any noise. Once he successfully did that, he quickly ran out of the door. Dongwoo made sure not to slam the door, and he made sure that there was no trace of himself in Hoya’s apartment. With the exception of his ring. A couple of weeks ago Hoya’s parents had called Dongwoo, and warned him about the consequences about staying with Hoya. It was also the day that Hoya had given Dongwoo the promise ring.

“Right now Hoya is just working at a place until I pass on the family business to him. I’m sure you’ve heard of our Corporation. SM Corporation?” Hoya’s father explained.

“Yes sir.” Dongwoo replied.

“Well. I plan on passing the business down to my son, Howon. I don’t want any disturbances when he takes over. That means you and his so called son Sungjong. I’ve already set up a marriage for Hoya, and his future has already been decided. Fortunately you aren’t in it. I’ll allow you two more weeks with him, but afterward I hope you never contact him. You can’t tell him about our conversation, and if you do not go through this plan I will destroy the daycare. Please have a nice day Mr. Jang.” Hoya’s father hung up the phone, and Dongwoo was left standing there looking toward Hoya’s bed room. Dongwoo didn’t know how long he had been standing there, but apparently Hoya had woken up.

“Good Morning baby.” Hoya greeted kissing the top of Dongwoo’s head, and walked to the kitchen to make himself some coffee.

“Good Morning Hoya.” Dongwoo pulled Hoya back, and leaned his head on Hoya’s chest. Hoya didn’t know what was going on, but the fact that Dongwoo was being clingy made Hoya happy.

“What’s wrong?”

“Nothing but can I add another promise to your list.”

“Sure babe.”

“Promise me that you’ll never forget anything that we did together, and that you’ll never forget me.”

“I promise.”

“Now seal it with a kiss.”

Hoya leaned down and planted a kiss on Dongwoo’s lips.

“I love you Hoya.” Dongwoo whispered for the first time.

“I love you too Dongwoo.” Hoya smiled, and dragged Dongwoo back into the bedroom.

I love you Hoya.

Hoya noticed that the bedspread to the right of him was cold. Dongwoo’s body would’ve been right beside Hoya, but he wasn’t. Hoya walked to the kitchen to check if Dongwoo was there, but he found a sheet of paper, and the promise ring that Hoya had given Dongwoo.

I’m sorry you have to find out through this, but I’m moving to Seoul.

My parents found me a job there, and I thought it would be a good opportunity

to work in Seoul. I thought about you a lot when making this decision, and I

wanted to stay here. I love you and maybe one day I’ll see you and Sungjong

again.

Hoya put down the slip of paper, and took the ring into his hand. He held it to his heart, and just waited for the ring to warm up in his hands. However, the ring stayed cold.

Sungjong was awake when Dongwoo left the house. Sungjong was awake to see his father brake down. Sungjong was there, at the daycare, to see Dongwoo secretly look at Hoya, as he dropped Sungjong off. Sungjong was there for every moment of the couple's lives. However, he wasn’t there when his father was taken away from him. Sungjong was left alone, in the apartment, once again.

Why does everybody leave me? Am I not important?
