Taeyeon take a break from her work and stayed with Tiffany and there is day's that she sleep with Tiffany at the hospital 

Months has passed and Taeyeon didn't lose the hope of Tiffany coming back

One day Jessica has came and told Taeyeon to take a rest and she will stay with Tiffany 
Taeyeon went for her apartment and lay on her bed she was so tired so she slept 

IN TAEYEONS DREAM:

 She wake up in the hospital and she didn't remember she slept in the hospital she walked to Tiffany bed but she wasn't there she get panicked  she runs to the doctor and when she asked him about Tiffany

" Tiffany, umm I don't think we have someone named Tiffany "

" Tiffany hwang your patient , I came here everyday to see her " Taeyeon said she wanted to scream but it will never be good in this situation 

" there is no ONE named Tiffany hwang here miss??"

She glared at him then run to Tiffany's room she find it empty she searched for the Telephone and finally she find it she called Jessica but no one respond 
She closed her eyes to thinks for something 

She opened her eyes and find her self in her room she rushes to the hospital and when she opened the door heard some people talking inside the room 

" how many fingers do you see miss hwang ?" The doctor said 

Taeyeon didn't believe her eyes Tiffany is a wake again and she looks so beautiful Taeyeon's eyes was tearing  she get closer to where Jessica was standing 

" she's finally a wake Taeyeon " Jessica said 

" they are two " Tiffany said to the doctor 

The doctor smiled " no they are 11 , I'm joking, welcome back miss hwang " then he left with the nurses 

Tiffany looked at Taeyeon then at Jessica 

" Jessi , for how long i have been in the coma ?"tiffany asked 

" it's been 7 months Tiffany " Jessica said 

" oh it's been awhile then " Tiffany said 

Taeyeon thought " why she don't look at me ?"

Taeyeon then came near from Tiffany and hold her hands 
Tiffany get shocked 

" i miss you Tiffany welcome back " Taeyeon said with smile 

"  umm I'm sorry but who are you ?" Taeyeon get shocked at Tiffany respond then she looked at Jessica
